Anthony Anderson (born August 15, 1970 in Compton, California) is an American comedian, actor, writer and presenter. Anderson is best known for his film and television roles, such as starring in the series ''Series/BlackIsh'' as Andre "Dre" Johnson. Anderson previously starred in another sitcom ''Series/AllAboutTheAndersons'' and has made appearances in the films ''Film/Transformers2007'', ''Film/KangarooJack'', and ''Film/Scream4''.
