Vlad the Impaler himself, turned into a vampire after one fateful battle in 15th century. He is Lord of Vampires and serves as primary antagonist to more supernatural oriented characters. His outside appearances vary by the timeline from his initial ClassicalMovieVampire in the seventies to a "modern" long-haired WalkingShirtlessScene in 00s to an armor-clad warrior.

* ArchNemesisDad: For his daughter Lilith, who cursed to forever oppose him.
* Badass: Notably when he manages to singlehandedly thwart a ritual to resurrect some ancient gods all while hallucinating and thinking he's reliving his wife's murder.
* TheBeastmaster: He has control over rats, bats and wolves.
* BroughtDownToNormal: He's turned back into a human for couple issues when the forces of hell decide to punish him for pretending to be Satan during his takeover of The Scion of Satan.
* CardCarryingVillain: Dracula has referred to himself as "lord of evil".
* CompositeCharacter: This Dracula has traits of both Bram Stoker's fictional creation (who is in Public Domain) and the actual historical figure.
* DeathIsCheap: He's killed a number of times throughout the series but it never sticks.
* DecapitationRequired: Since he is more than your regular vampire, Dracula's head must be removed after a staking to kill him permanently. Lack of this knowledge or just plain circumstances around his defeat are the usual reason for his return after a while.
* EvilIsHammy: Being the vampire, Dracula has no reason to be subtle in his presentation and appearance, and is prone to make BadassBoast or two during combat.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: Saves a woman from a rapist, kills an abusive father, and when one woman is mortally wounded by her asshole husband he vamps her so that she can avenge herself (and even asked first).
* HolyBurnsEvil: He can't bear the sight of crosses and other holy symbols like the Star of David, and bursn if hr comes in contact with them.
* ImmuneToBullets: Unless they are made out of wood or silver.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: His eyes turn red when he's enraged or hungry.
* SuperSmoke: His usual form of dodging projectiles is turning into a mist.
* UndeathlyPallor: First few volumes of The Tomb of Dracula depicted him like this. His subsequent appearances has him going back and forth with pale and normal skin tone.
* VampireMonarch: He's the king of vampires and is often challenged for that title.
* VillainProtagonist: He's the protagonist and the BigBad in his own right in The Tomb of Dracula and Comicbook/DraculaLives.
* VillainousWidowsPeak
* WarriorPrince: When he was a mortal.
* WeakenedByTheLight: Of course.

!!Doctor Sun

Dr. Sun was a scientist whose brain was removed from his body and hooked up into a computer system after his loyalty to the Chinese government was put into question. The project ended up GoneHorriblyRight, as he took over the computers which in turn gave him "absolute power", and a craving for more.

* BigBad: Of two thirds of The Tomb of Dracula, as his machinations forced the desperate vampire hunters to join with Dracula to stop him from taking over the world.
* BodySurf: Displays this skill when he merges his consciouness with alien computers, and later with Reed Richard's robotic helper HERBIE in the pages of Comicbook/FantasticFour.
* BrainInAJar: Initially, he'd later have Cyborg a robot body.
* EvilGenius: Brilliant scientist when he had his body, Sun is just as brilliant as a scheming brain.
* EvilGloating: Revels in this. When Dracula is temporarily defeated and reduced to ashes, he specifically demands the ashes to be preserved so that he can gloat over them anytime he feels like it.
* KilledOffForReal: Died for good when HERBIE sacrificed itself to destroy them both.
* MorallyAmbiguousDoctorate
* RoguesGalleryTransplant: After he was defeated by Dracula, he went to antagonize Comicbook/Nova and Comicbook/FantasticFour.
