!Samuel "raocow" Tanguay
[[quoteright:32:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/raocow_1487.png]]

* AllLowercaseLetters: The proper way to spell his name.
* BilingualBonus: Expected given his native language is Québécois French.
* BreathlessNonSequitur: Near constantly. Lampshades in the title of his Website/YouTube channel, which says "WARNING: non-sequitur content ahead"
* BuffySpeak: Justified, as French in Quebec has many words that mean "thing" with connotations that don't translate well into English.
* CatchPhrase: Plenty. See the main page for details.
* CloudCuckoolander[=/=]TalkativeLoon: This is raocow's "gimmick" as a Let's Player. He has noted that he plays up this aspect of himself for his videos, and he is not nearly so wacky in real life.
* DepartmentOfRedundancyDepartment: [[LampshadeHanging "I need to resist the allure of constant repetition."]]
* {{Dissimile}}: All the time.
* GenkiGuy: He tends to be very excited and laughs a lot during his videos.
* GentleGiant: Apparently, he's very tall in real life, and he's also a very kind person. Averted with his appearance in the games, though, where he's just normal sized.
* IMeantToDoThat: Often said after he dies, usually with one of two catchphrases: "That was a demo" or "That was ForScience".
* LargeHam: He will often indulge in overacting for the funny value. Be warned that it can happen without warning.
* TrappedInTVLand: In ''A Super Mario Bros. X Thing'', raocow himself gets sucked into the game as a playable character. He never escapes, or even tries to, as in [=A2XT=] he goes along with the events and claims he doesn't really know what's been going on since he became TrappedInTVLand in the first place.
* TheUnseen: Never seen in real life, other than a VERY cropped self-portrait and his hands in the Christmas unboxing videos. In [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Utdgc4qsK00 this video]], a reflection showing a distorted version of his face is shown.

!Zbambabar
From Super Talking Time Bros.

* BigDamnHeroes: [[spoiler:Saves Demo and Sheath from Luigi's deadly trap in one of the extra levels in [=MAGLX3=], thanks to his expert knowledge of crates.]]
* ButtMonkey: Has "died" a few times.
* TheCameo: Made an appearance inside the flesh-lord in [=A2XT=].
** He also appears at the end of Spike Castle in [=MAGLX2=].
** He also shows up in many levels in [=MAGLX3=], introducing a bathroom and two boss fights, among other things. He's also one of the key characters in the 11-X level, one of the very few levels in the compilation with an actual storyline.
* {{Crossover}}: Zbambabar appears in a Mario-themed VideoGame/SuperMarioBrosX fangame. In Super Talking Time Bros 2, there are a few Kirby references. In Super Talking Time Bros 2.5, he's pretty much the only Kirby character in the maingame [[spoiler:besides of the final bosses, Galacta Knight and Dark Matter]].
* EldritchAbomination: Implied to be one in a [[VideoGame/SuperMarioBrosX Make a Good Level X]] level.
* InSeriesNickname: Calls the Super Squad "Unca Weegie". In levels which are built around Link, he calls him "Auntie Link".
* MesACrowd: In [=MAGLX3=], it is revealed that there's a Zbambabar factory inside the Sun.
* ShoutOut: In Zbambabar's cameo in [=MAGLX2=], he says he "saw (implied to have defeated Needle Man too) [[VideoGame/MegaMan3 Needle Man]] [[note]]The background music of the level was Needle Man's stage from Mega Man 3 and the door leading to Zbambabar was similar to boss doors in the Mega Man series[[/note]], but he was nothing compared to [[WebAnimation/DeathBattle Majin]] [[Anime/DragonBallZ Buu]]".

!The Ghost of Christmas Ghost
raocow's actual real-life cousin and roomie. Occasionally operates the camera in raocow's Christmas unboxing videos.

* TheGhost: raocow respects her privacy, so she never appears on-camera and only rarely speaks (and then only in French). Despite this she's become something of a fan favorite.
