She admits that it's a crummy thing to do when he accuses her of essentially using him for the horses, but points out that he's generally rude to her too, so that was pretty much the only real reason she'd want to go on a date with him anyway. After that, they actually get on much better.
* TomboyAndGirlyGirl: The Girly Girl for Diana's Tomboy.
* ViolentlyProtectiveGirlfriend: While the others hit various levels of anger over Jack mocking Bruce's dead parents, Karen absolutely ''snaps.''

A smug little creep in a child-size business suit, Lex is the leader of a group of older kids who bully our heroes.

A creepy, silent tall boy who mainly serves as Lex's muscle.

* CallForward: A single panel focusing on his face briefly alters the tint, making his skin appear paler, he hair more greenish, and his hoodie closer to purple. It's likely no coincidence that he refers to Bruce as "the Bat" in it as well.
* CreepyChild: Rarely interacts with the other characters, preferring to observe them with an unsettling smirk on his face. When he does interact with them, he delights in BreakThemByTalking and constantly tries to goad the heroes into hitting him, which he grows increasingly good at.
* TheFettered: Being a child, he doesn't indulge in the wanton violence of his adult self. You can ''tell'' that the little bastard would if he was physically capable of it yet.
* ShoutOut: At one point, Bruce has him pinned down and looks ready to strike, but he hesitates. In turn ‘Jack’ taunts him: [[Film/TheDarkKnight “Come on! Come on! HIT ME!”]]
