Ishut's and Pinger's childhood friend, who has known Ishut for ten years. He has a long-standing crush on Pinger that he only seems able to express through pigtail pulling, which has only made Pinger despise him and cling to Ishut more. Velgas resents Ishut for this and for being strong enough to fight honestly instead of having to resort to trickery, and joined Black Fang in order to defeat Ishut once and for all. He is killed by Blackmore early into the game, but is later revived and turned into a cyborg by Tracey and Ajo Grafor.
