[[folder:Kugo Ginjo]]
http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ginjo001_2395.png

->''"Time will try to constantly try to catch up with you. And with a roar, it will overcome you. Do not look ahead. Hope only lies within the unforeseeable current that will close in from behind."''

A mysterious and manipulative individual, Ginjo is the apparent leader of Xcution, although he doesn't seem to care too much of it, or acknowledge any real ladder within the organization. He approached Ichigo, tempting him with bogus investigative questioning regarding his father to arouse his interest concerning Xcution.

His Fullbring, ''Cross of Scaffold'', allows him to transform his cross pendant into an enormous claymore that can use an explosive energy attack.

----
* AntiHero: Of the UnscrupulousHero variety. Though he helps Ichigo, he's especially [[TrainingFromHell brutal]] towards him for little reason other because he can.
* AntiVillain: [[spoiler:His motivations stem from feelings of betrayal from his time as a Substitute Soul Reaper, largely directed at Ukitake. That said, he ''did'' go overboard with some of his schemes.]]
* BadBoss: [[spoiler: Tells Tsukishima to kill Shishigawara after they're done fighting the Soul Reapers since his Fullbring might become too much for them to handle]].
* {{Badass}}: He's easily the most powerful member of the group and the only one that can match Tsukishima. [[spoiler: The Gotei 13 also saw him as a threat, and had a hit out on him, and used Ichigo to lure him out for the kill]].
* {{BFS}}: Ginjo is able to use Fullbring to turn his pendant into a very large claymore.
* BroughtDownToBadass: [[spoiler: Sometime in the past, after he lost his Soul Reaper powers]].
* CombatPragmatist: During his training with Ichigo, he's perfectly comfortable with slashing his eyes to move things along more quickly since he knows Orihime can just heal it anyway.
* DarkIsEvil: [[spoiler:He dresses in all black, is manipulative, rude and brutal and constantly toed the line between hero and villain in appearance until the reveal finally came]].
* DeathByAdaptation: [[spoiler: While he ''did'' die in Manga, the anime cuts off before we get to see him in the Soul Society]].
* EnemyMine: Implied. [[spoiler: Following his death at Ichigo's hands, he's seen training with Kukaku and Ganju (who've been revealed to be Ichigo's cousins)]].
* EstablishingCharacterMoment: When he first bumped into Ichigo, Ginjo acted like a spaz as his bag gets dropped, but right after Ichigo hands it over to him and leaves, Ginjo flashed a smirk while having his FaceFramedInShadow. All you needed to know about his character was revealed in his very debut.
* EvilAllAlong: [[spoiler:Via MemoryGambit he made himself forget his actual intentions and believe that Tsukishima was his actual enemy. Upon getting bookmarked again, he goes back to being the actual ArcVillain.]]
* EvilCounterpart: [[spoiler: He's like a darker, more cynical Ichigo, something that Kubo admitted was intentional on his part and integral to Ginjo's characterization. Both are {{BFS}} wielding Substitute Soul Reapers who have a SwordBeam technique. Both are {{Blood Knight}}s with no qualms about letting out their inner CombatPragmatist (Ginjo's TrainingFromHell and Ichigo's mutilation of Shrieker), but Ichigo tries to keep it at a minimum due to his EnemyWithin problems, whereas Ginjo has no such limitations. Both can empathize with their opponents through battle, up to and including having inner monologues about it, but neither will let sentimentality get in the way of their goal - to win. Both have rude personalities with a gentler side, but Ginjo rarely shows the latter part (and even appears indifferent at times to his colleagues), whereas Ichigo nearly had a mental breakdown over his killing of Ulquiorra. Both incorporated fur (think Ginjou's jacket, Super Hollow Ichigo's fur, the fur in the coat worn by the Hollow Ichigo/Tensa Zangetsu fusion) and skull/bone (the Substitute Soul Reaper badge, Super Hollow Ichigo again, Ichigo's Fullbring, Ginjou's OneWingedAngel sword) motifs in their designs. Both are Soul Reapers with Hollow powers, though Ichigo is more literal due to being a Visored, whereas Ginjo obtained Fullbring (and presumably his Substitute powers) due to his mother being attacked by a Hollow before his birth. Hell, the Kanji in Ginjo's name also resembles Ichigo's]].
* EvilLaugh: [[spoiler: A ''spectacular'' one near the end of chapter 458]].
* EvilSoundsDeep: [[spoiler:Like other bulky Bleach guys he's got a deep voice to match.]]
* FaceFramedInShadow: Like Aizen, whenever he says something dramatic, a shadow covers most of his face.
* FacialMarkings: His [[spoiler: Bankai]] slaps a cross mark on his face, keeping in the theme of his Fullbring name.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: [[spoiler: There was his eye-reflection on Tsukishima's sword, that bogus info about Isshin to bait Ichigo into Xcution, the HalfTruth to Chad about "Book of the End", the brutal training inflicted upon Ichigo, the self-admittance that he'd make a cliched villain, and finally, [[LastNameBasis the dropping]] of a FirstNameBasis with Ichigo after Tsukishima cut Ginjo]].
** A massive one to his [[spoiler: return]] was when Kubo stated that Ginjo's backstory would reveal a lot about [[spoiler: Soul Society's history]], how could [[spoiler: his story be told if he was dead]]?
* GenreSavvy: He knows what the expected stereotypes are for {{shounen}} villains and therefore deliberately invokes them to make Ichigo feels as though his life is on the line to [[TrainingFromHell obtain the power-up]] he desperately needs.
* GoodColorsEvilColors: [[spoiler: When he is playing the role of the "good guy" and his "Cross of Scaffold" is untainted, its guard is a shade of gold. After he got cut by Tsukushima to regain his memories and infused his Combat Pass with Cross of Scaffold, the guard became black in addition to gaining a skull.]]
* HalfTruth: He said that Tsukishima's sword can cut through anything. Just a sword that cuts through anything, and it doesn't have any special powers. It sounds like a massive lie, but in chapter 477, Riruka confirmed that Tsukishima can 'switch' from his {{Retconjuration}} sword to a regular, cutting blade.
* HeelFaceTurn: [[spoiler:In his final moments, he seems to realize that his grudge was petty, which seems to be the reason why he's training with Ganju and Kukaku (recently reveal to be Ichigo's cousins) to fight the Wandenreich after his death. While he might not have forgiven Soul Society, he's definitely on the good guys side this time]].
* [[ImportantHaircut Important Hairstyle Change]]: [[spoiler:After being released from Tsukishima's Fullbring, he lets his hair become messy with strands hanging over his face.]]
* InterimVillain: [[spoiler: He's the only other major antagonist in the manga storyline (along with Tsukishima), sandwiched between Aizen and Yhwach. He had nowhere near the same power, longevity or threat level as either, but he was responsible for [[HeroicBSOD handing Ichigo's ass on a platter]] and indirectly causing Ichigo to regain his powers. What sets him apart from Tsukishima is backstory; he was the first Substitute (and thus, Ichigo's predecessor), so he knows ''something'' about the Soul Society that Kubo isn't willing to reveal yet]].
* LastNameBasis: Virtually everyone calls him by last name. He does the same with Kutsuzawa and Tsukishima.
* LeaningOnTheFourthWall: "[[TemptingFate I make a hell of a clichéd villain]]."
* MemoryGambit: [[spoiler:One that rivals ''Manga/DeathNote'' in effectiveness.]]
* MysteriousBacker: He's even shadier than Hirako.
* ObfuscatingStupidity: His first encounter with Ichigo, in which he pretends to be a spaz and has him return his lost bag to him.
* OhCrap: He's far from immune to these, trust us.
** After TheReveal, when [[spoiler: Ichigo gets his Soul Reaper powers back]].
** [[spoiler: And again when he actually sees Ichigo in action for real]].
* OlderThanTheyLook: He was a fully grown adult when he met [[spoiler: a very young Tsukishima]]. He's also [[spoiler: the first Substitute Soul Reaper, but more than one has been alluded to in the past]].
* PetTheDog: [[spoiler: Okay, he's a villain, but he never had any intention of actually killing Ichigo and after stripping his powers he went on to spare him. Came back to bite him in the ass, though]].
* PowerDuplication: He has the ability to take the power from others and use it himself. However, he states this is the ability of a substitute Soul Reaper and that Ichigo can do it, too, which might explain what Ichigo was doing to Uryuu's power during their fight with the story's first Menos Grande.
* PowerDyesYourHair: [[spoiler: His bankai turns his hair white]].
* PowerGivesYouWings: [[spoiler: His bankai gives him these weird energy ''things'' on his back. Jury's out on whether they're actually wings or [[CombatTentacles some kind of tentacle]]]].
* PowerParasite: [[spoiler: His apparent goal, but in an unusual twist, he personally trains with TheHero himself for it. After completing the training, Ginjo literally backstabs Ichigo, merges his substitute combat pass badge with his sword, impales Ichigo through the chest and absorbs his Fullbring. After going OneWingedAngel, he can give upgrades to his fellow Fullbringers by slashing them with that same sword. In addition, Ishida ascertained that Ginjo now has Getsuga Tensho and the same reiatsu level as Ichigo. According to Soi Fon, it's also how he acquired Soul Reaper powers in the first place]].
* PragmaticVillainy: [[spoiler: Really hates Tsukishima's sadism, because [[MindRape mind raping]] people makes them useless]].
* PsychoticSmirk: He has a habit of letting these slip out. His first introduction to the storyline even included one. As he once confessed to Ichigo, when he's forced to play the role of a villain, he tends to go for the cliché.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: [[spoiler: His Bankai turns his sclera red]].
* RedOniBlueOni: Subverted. He's the Red Oni to [[spoiler:Tsukishima, but for all his bravado, Ginjo is the more pragmatic of the two. See Tsukishima's section below]].
* SkeletonsInTheCoatCloset: [[spoiler: After absorbing Ichigo's powers and enhancing himself he's now wearing a sort of bone armor. Even part of the handle of his sword now looks like a spine]].
* SmugSnake: [[spoiler:Is haughty and arrogant when in control. Breaks down fast when unanticipated events (e.g.: the discovery that Ichigo's got ''way'' more reiatsu than he thought).]]
* SwordBeam: A rather massive one. [[spoiler: He also gains the ability to use Getsuga Tensho]].
* TakingTheBullet: [[spoiler: Saved Ichigo from Tsukishima, but [[MemoryGambit it reverted him back into]] [[EvilAllAlong his true self]] as a result]].
* TallDarkAndSnarky: He's big, heavily built and is quite sarcastic.
* TellMeAboutMyFather: Played with as he approaches Ichigo while saying "I know about your father's DarkAndTroubledPast. Do you want to know?"
* ThighHighBoots: Part of his his Fullbring armour chapter 461 onwards.
* TrainingFromHell: Subjects Ichigo to this, to the point of [[EyeScream slashing his eyes]] and blocking Orihime's path when she tries to help him.
* VictoryIsBoring: When [[spoiler: Tsukishima suggested bookmarking Ishida]], he refused because according to him, a fight they can't lose is boring.
* VillainousBreakdown: [[spoiler: When he realizes that Ichigo has no intention of joining him whatsoever despite knowing the truth, he seems to realize his grudge was petty and loses the will to fight. This begins the set up for his HeelFaceTurn in the next arc]].
* WholeCostumeReference: It would be quite a coincidence indeed if Kubo didn't borrow the wardrobe of [[FinalFantasyVIII Squall Leonhart.]]

[[folder:Shukuro Tsukishima]]
http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tsukishima001_6701.png

->''"How pitiful... Are you so overcome with rage that words won't come out?"''

The founder of Xcution, he successfully transferred several Fullbringers' powers to a Substitute Soul Reaper, but killed everyone directly involved afterward and disappeared. He reappears in the present as the apparent main antagonist, causing Ginjo to take Ichigo under his wing and help him unlock his Fullbring powers. He is cruel, manipulative and possesses a power to either cut through anything or alter the memories of others.

His Fullbring, ''Book of the End'', is a katana capable of cutting anything. Supposedly...

-->Voiced by: Creator/DaisukeOno (JP), Creator/MatthewMercer (EN)
----
* AdaptationExpansion: The anime greatly expands his role in the first part of the Fullbring Arc. In the Manga, he attacked Uryu and then disappeared until he attacked Orihime. In the Anime, he makes an EarlyBirdCameo before his [[spoiler: and Ginjo's]] attack on Uryu Ishida, his attacks on [[spoiler: Tatsuki, Keigo, and Mizuiro]] are shown rather than implied, he has a few confrontations with Ichigo before they properly met, and he is shown using his powers to send Hollows after Ichigo.
* AntagonistAbilities: His MindManipulation ability makes him incredibly difficult to fight even for captains. He doesn't have to cut the target: he can cut the ground to turn the environment against the target and he can cut an item that's deeply connected to the target to get at the target that way. Once he's into the mind and past of a person, he knows everything about their powers and tactics and can counter all of it. [[spoiler:He cuts a single petal of Senbonzakura to brainwash Byakuya. The only reason it doesn't work is because it brainwashes Byakuya student/weapons mentor bond instead of the bond he has with Ichigo and Byakuya already has a history of killing people he loves if it's the right thing to do.]]
* ArchEnemy: Tsukishima is the only person Ichigo has ever [[MurderIsTheBestSolution suggested flat-out murder as the way to defeat him]]. Barring Grand Fisher [[spoiler: and Yhwach]], he's easily the most personal antagonist.
* AwesomenessByAnalysis: A rather convenient side-effect that Book of the End gives him. Bookmarking a weapon gives him instant knowledge of the complete ins and outs of said weapon.
* AxCrazy: Tsukishima's power has apparently "broken" and rendered "useless" many people before according to Ginjou, and it seems like Tsukishima does it just for fun. Also, it seems like he likes making [[SlasherSmile deranged smiles]], which is hardly a sign of mental health in fiction.
* {{Badass}}: Easily the most dangerous Fullbringer, he managed to put up a better fight against [[spoiler: Byakuya than either Espada he's fought]], and genuinely cornered him for a bit. Even [[spoiler: Kenpachi]] could tell from a single glance that he was deadly, and in the end [[spoiler: Byakuya acknowledges him as a WorthyOpponent]].
* BadassBookworm: His Fullbring takes the form of a katana manifested from his bookmark. He seems genuinely fond of reading as well, and associates his power to various references to sci-fi literature.
* BigFancyHouse: Lives in a mansion in the middle of a forest.
* {{Bishonen}}: As you can see from his profile picture.
* CloseCallHaircut: Inflicts this on Orihime [[spoiler: and Riruka]].
* DangerouslyGenreSavvy: Tsukishima's power is based around destroying ThePowerOfFriendship and ThePowerOfLove. He can insert himself into anyone's memories, destroying the bonds that exist between them and others and replace himself as the deepest bond his victim holds. Through judicious use of his power, he manages to turn Ichigo's entire world against him - friends, family, allies, co-workers, everyone. [[spoiler:Except Byakuya - not because Byakuya can't be brainwashed, but because Byakuya's UndyingLoyalty is simply that overwhelming.]]
* DeadpanSnarker: He shows signs of this in chapter 459, on why [[spoiler: He changed Ginjo's memories to make him think they were enemies]]
-->"That's not true. You're just horrible at acting. That's why we did it."
* DeathByAdaptation: The anime [[spoiler: ends before his soul makes it to the Rukongai, along with Ginjo and Kutsuzawa]]. Granted, they also cut out [[spoiler: the scene where Orihime forgets him, implying he died (Fullbringers powers wear off when they die), meaning he could very well have been SparedByTheAdaptation]].
* DissonantSerenity: He's calm, gentle, and utterly reasonable in his behaviour. All it does is highlight the level of insanity his powers inflict on those around him. You know it's bad when a villain can make it look like the horrified hero is the one who's being unreasonable to object to mind-rape.
* TheDreaded: A more subtle example. It's easy to see the nervousness in Giriko and Yukio's features as he makes polite jabs at their personality flaws.
* EvilOnlyHasToWinOnce: He stabs you once, and the battle is finished. [[spoiler:At least until he stabs Byakuya and then he discovers the one thing he can't defeat: UndyingLoyalty.]]
* EvilSoundsDeep: Not as deep as other roles by Creator/DaisukeOno, but still deep enough to qualify.
* FauxAffablyEvil: Rather serene and polite, even when he's faking it, but it just serves to [[KickTheDog further]] [[MindRape emphasize]] his status as an antagonist. It's especially noticeable when he's using his abilities as the combination of his gentle demeanour and his invasive abilities produces a very evil effect.
* FirstNameBasis: As part [[FauxAffablyEvil of his friendly facade]], he's pretty much the ''sole'' villain with a habit of calling everyone by their first name: Ichigo, Yukio, Byakuya. Oddly enough, Ginjo is the sole exception, [[spoiler: Which is ironic given he knows Ginjo better than anyone]].
* ForTheEvulz: In chapter 462 he begins messing with Orihime and Chad's heads for no apparent reason, while wearing an horrific SlasherSmile. Ginjo tries to get him to stop. Tsukishima's answer? [[PsychoticSmirk A polite smile oozing sadism.]]
* {{Foreshadowing}}: That picture of his sword reflecting Ginjo's eye means a lot more than it might at first glance.
* GadgeteerGenius: He built Riruka's gun. Possibly subverted considering the power of his Fullbring.
* GoodScarsEvilScars: A huge one on his forehead that he acquired as a young boy [[spoiler: right before meeting Ginjo.]]
* TheHeavy: He drove the plot of the Lost Agent arc in just about every way; [[spoiler: without him, nothing Ginjo did would've come to fruition. Even after TheReveal, he's manages to share equal ground with his partner on account of being more powerful and not at all subservient]].
* HeelFaceTurn: [[spoiler: After his death, he's seen training with Ganju and Kukaku, both of whom are still allied with Ichigo, given that Ginjo and Kutsuzawa are there two, the three will be combating the Vandenreich]]
* HiddenAgendaVillain: His motives and goals are just as much of a mystery as his Fullbring was at the time.
* IWasNeverHere: Inverted. [[spoiler:He can use his powers to actually insert himself in places where he hasn't been.]]
* ImpaledWithExtremePrejudice: Seems fond of this one. [[spoiler:At the end of chapter 472, Byakuya impales him with a hidden fistful of Senbonzakura's petal-blades.]]
* InSeriesNickname: "Shu" by [[spoiler: Yuzu, Karin, Tatsuki and Keigo]].
* InterimVillain: He gets a brief stint as an antagonist during the Lost Agent arc, just after Aizen's defeated and incarcerated in the Deicide arc. [[spoiler: While he shares the limelight with [[MysteriousBacker Ginjo]]]], he controls the flow of the plot and sets the pieces up for Ichigo's reacquisition of his powers.
* LeanAndMean: Very tall and slim, and undeniably malicious. Tsukishima stands at 198 centimetres tall (6'6), making him the tallest human character in the series
* LightningBruiser: Hard Hitting type. He can get behind you and stab you before you even notice that he's moved.
* ManipulativeBastard: He bookmarked all of the humans close to Ichigo, forcing Ichigo to get bailed by Ginjo and setting up for [[spoiler:Ginjo's MemoryGambit]].
* MartyStu: [[InvokedTrope Actually invoked by his Fullbring]], though it's portrayed ''much'' more seriously. Once he "bookmarks" someone, the victims act unusually protective and friendly of him [[spoiler:(e.g. Ikumi only smiles sweetly towards her son; Karin doesn't panic that easily; Tatsuki never calls others by nicknames), to the point where ''Chad and Orihime'' actually turned ''against'' Ichigo, convinced that he had gone crazy. He also makes it so that he was present for the important things in everybody's lives. He shoehorned himself into Aizen's defeat, everything Ichigo has done, and even replaced important people in Orihime and Chad's lives: her brother Sora and his "Abuelo", respectively.]]
* MindRape: When he realises [[spoiler:Sado and Orihime are beginning to fight his mind control]], Tsukishima takes advantage of this to inflict a brutal MindRape [[spoiler:instead of simply attempting to bring them back under control]]. According to Ginjo it's actually a bad habit of his where he deliberately [[spoiler:takes his mind control powers too far]] simply to permanently break his victims minds, and he does seem to be enjoying the torture they're undergoing. [[spoiler:Fortunately, Urahara and Isshin intervene just in time to save the pair.]] It fails horribly against [[spoiler:Byakuya.]]
* NeverFoundTheBody: [[spoiler:His fate is left ambiguous in the Manga, even more so in the anime where they omitted the part where Orihime forgets him which implied his death, his fate was left ambitious until chapter 518 of the manga where he was confirmed dead]].
* NothingIsScarier: In the first chapters of the Fullbring arc, Ichigo knew nothing about who he was, what his true motives were, nor did he know what his true ability was. The more he and the audience have learned, the more seriously he started taking his menace.
* PeacefulInDeath / DeathEqualsRedemption: [[spoiler:In his final moment, Shishigawara's YouAreNotAlone makes him realize that he was never alone and he genuinely thanks Shishigawara for his loyalty before passed away peacefully]].
* PowerParasite: A more mundane variant, but when he bookmarks someone, he gains their memories and learns of their abilities and counterattacks accordingly. There's only one drawback - [[spoiler: he can't predict when his opponent would improvise]].
* PrideBeforeAFall: He was correct in saying that [[spoiler:Byakuya]] couldn't win regardless of which ''known '' technique he would think of using, but he didn't expect [[spoiler:Byakuya to improvise instead. Especially in a way that's much more Kenpachi than his normal thing.]]
* ProphetEyes: When his [[spoiler:mind-control]] power kicks into high gear, his eyes take on an eerie, evil all-white (purple in the anime) cast.
* RedOniBlueOni: [[spoiler: Blue Oni to Ginjo. He's the more cautious and calm of the two by suggesting to Bookmark Ishida; calling Ginjo out on using a LastNameBasis with Ichigo, but he's far more malicious, while Ginjo wants to enjoy himself]].
* RememberTheNewGuy: [[spoiler:His power can make people believe he has always been a part of their life and this allows him to manipulate them.]]
* {{Retconjuration}}: He can make it so that he interacted in any way he pleases with whatever he cuts with his sword. [[spoiler:In his fight with Byakuya, he uses his power to enter the past of the place they were fighting in and set up a series of traps. He also cuts Byakuya's sword, which results in him knowing every single one of Byakuya's techniques because he 'helped' Byakuya create those techniques. In the end, Byakuya has to throw away everything he's ever known and learned and invent an IndyPloy.]]
* SlasherSmile: As the arc develops, Tsukishima upgrades his PsychoticSmirk to one of these to produce a NightmareFace.
* TheSociopath: He fits pretty closely to this. The only person he seems to care about at all is [[spoiler: Ginjo]].
* TheStoic: The amount of times his expression has can be counted on one hand.
** NotSoStoic: Briefly, upon temporarily losing his arm. It happens again when Ichigo gets his Soul Reaper powers back, again when [[spoiler:Kisuke and Isshin knock Orihime and Chad unconscious, saving them from his MindRape]], when [[spoiler:Senbonzakura's petals block his attack on Byakuya]], ''and'' when [[spoiler:Riruka blocks his attack on Ichigo.]] which is immediately followed by a SkywardScream.
* SurrealHorror: [[spoiler:Does one of the mental and emotional variety to Ichigo by affecting almost everyone around him with "Book of the End".]]
* TallDarkAndSnarky: Definitely tall, definitely dark. Mockingly polite to most, snarky towards Ginjo.
* UndyingLoyalty: Hard to believe this applies to him, but here goes.
** Deliberately inflicts this upon anyone that gets slashed by his Fullbring, making them rather friendly and protective of him regardless of their personalities. [[spoiler:But he's unable to do much about Byakuya's already existing UndyingLoyalty towards Ichigo, possibly because he deliberately attacked Byakuya's bond with his sword and didn't seem to realize until the very end that it wasn't Byakuya's most important bond.]]
** Tsukishima feels this toward [[spoiler: Ginjo]], believe it or not. In 478, we see him [[spoiler:[[SkywardScream screaming at the skies]] as he mourns Ginjo's passing.]]
* {{Unperson}}: [[spoiler: If he dies and/or is defeated, his targets completely forget about him. In Chapter 478; Riruka mentions him in front of Orihime, and though she can perfectly recall the other Fullbringers, she can't remember Tsukishima.]]
* UsedToBeASweetKid: [[spoiler: Possibly, if the last page of 477 (in which a pre-teen Tsukishima is comforted by Soul Reaper!Ginjo) is a hint]].
* VillainousBreakdown: Twice, one more mundane than the other.
** The first, while not exactly a "Breakdown" per se, is when he gets pretty pissed when [[spoiler:Byakuya]] continues to insist that he can ''easily'' kill him as he continues to improvise techniques.
--> '''Tsukishima''': Don't make me laugh, you think something like that can kill '''''ME!?'''''
** He does have an official one when [[spoiler:he sees Ginjo on the ground, begging for him not to die.]]

->''"Hide away all the things you want from everybody else and they become yours."''

An overconfident and vain young girl, she immediately [[LoveAtFirstSight falls in love with Ichigo upon first sight]] - [[{{Tsundere}} not that she'll admit it to him]]. She mainly assists him in his new TrainingFromHell.

Her Fullbring ''Dollhouse'' allows her to basically be a RealityWarper to anything or anyone she finds cute, permitting said things or people with heart-shaped "passes." This includes shrinking people down to the size of an action figure and "permitting" them into her cardboard dollhouse.

-->Voiced by: Creator/MegumiToyoguchi (JP), Creator/CristinaValenzuela (EN)
----
* AbnormalAmmo: Her gun stores miniaturized objects, which re-enlarge upon being fired, to hopefully catch an opponent off guard and crush them.
* ApologeticAttacker: Genuinely so, to [[spoiler:Rukia]], in chapter 471, since she actually ended up possessing her.
* BerserkButton: She really hates being called "a normal human".
* BlindWithoutEm: The problem is that despite this, she refuses to wear contacts since they're not comfortable ''or'' glasses since they're not sexy!
* BrattyHalfPint: Even more so in her backstory.
* ButNowIMustGo: In chapter 479, she's seen standing atop of a building and using her powers to leave the scene.
* CharacterDevelopment: Her [[spoiler:TakingTheBullet for Ichigo ''and'' Rukia]] was the single most selfless act she's ever accomplished. Guess that happens when you [[spoiler: hide inside someones' head]] and listen to their thoughts regarding their best friend.
* CryCute: In Chapter 478, after waking up and speaking to [[spoiler:Ichigo, Rukia and Orihime.]] [[{{Tsundere}} She denies that she's crying, though]].
* CurtainsMatchTheWindow: She has magenta hair and eyes.
* CutenessProximity: Sorta weaponized with her powers.
* DangerouslyShortSkirt: Her minidress is a curious fashion choice for a girl her age, but she's willing to fight in it all the same.
* DarkChick: Riruka's fiery demeanor and hilarious love for Ichigo puts her as one of the most memorable Fullbringer in Xcution.
* ElegantGothicLolita: Seems to be her default fashion style.
* ExpressiveHair: In the filler additions to canon episodes, her hair is very much this.
* FieryRedhead: Pretty much the standout example in ''Bleach''.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: Her grim expression upon learning of Orihime's past says a lot about how Riruka herself might feel about her family or more exactly, [[spoiler: her powers as well as the groups' intentions]].
* FreudianExcuse: She seemed like she was going to receive one, but it turns out she was actually worse in the past and used that experience to [[spoiler: become one of the less villainous members of the organization]].
* GirlishPigtails: Two long red tails. Because of them she qualifies for Grade S.
* HeelRealization: [[spoiler: Her exposure to Ichigo, Orihime and Rukia and how they think, especially given what Orihime and Rukia both say about how Ichigo can change peoples lives, leads her to one.]]
* HiddenDepths: In her backstory, she was a typical SpoiledBrat who used her abilities for theft like taking the local AlphaBitch's cute locket, but since she still was a little girl, she had no idea just how badly her powers affected her crush after she placed him inside her treasure box. Once she noticed that, she released him. Greedy, possessive brat, she is, but selfish, cruel brat, she isn't.
* HighHeelFaceTurn: [[spoiler: She was the only Fullbringer to protest what was going on, though it didn't stop her from fighting Rukia. After the end, though, she jumped in to save Ichigo after listening to Rukia's thoughts about him.]]
* HotBlooded: She's prone to snapping at people, often to hide her true emotions.
* ImTakingHimHomeWithMe: Actually ''weaponized''. At will, she did this in her youth but stopped when she realized how it affected her crush.
* LoveAtFirstSight: Falls for Ichigo the moment she gets to see him clearly.
* MotorMouth: She can get into ongoing, one-sided conversations about irrelevant topics, oblivious over the listeners nearby.
* NiceHat: The tails on the back of her hat, which stand up straight after [[spoiler: she's infused with Ichigo's Fullbring]]. Hilariously, this is just before she fights [[spoiler:bunny-obsessed Rukia]].
* NotSoHarmlessVillain: After [[spoiler:Rukia]] presses her BerserkButton, Riruka stuffs her into a plush devil. Later on in the fight, Riruka [[spoiler: [[GrandTheftMe inserts herself into Rukia]]]] making her the only Fullbringer who can be considered to have won their fight, though this is debatable.
* PowerNullifier: The consequence of [[ItMakesSenseInContext getting trapped inside a plushie.]] [[spoiler:Rukia is unable to grasp her Zanpakuto,]] depriving her of her best weapon, and attempting to use kido results in the magic backfiring on its caster.
* SpoiledBrat: Has the attitude, but she evokes it upon herself, instead of having someone else do it for her.
* SweetTooth: She likes her doughnuts.
* TakingTheBullet: She used her body to protect [[spoiler:Ichigo (and Rukia, consequently) from Tsukishima's blade]]. Her chest armor catches the blade, but it still left a very deep wound. Urahara treated her injuries.
* ThighHighBoots: Again, another curious fashion choice, but they seemed to have changed a bit after [[spoiler:she received an upgrade from Ginjo.]]
* TokenGoodTeammate: [[spoiler: For all her faults, she was the only one that tried to reject an upgrade from Ginjo; she seemed to gain an understanding of Ichigo and Rukia as people; she took a slash from Tsukishima while protecting the aforementioned duo; ''and'' she scolded Tsukishima for trying to save someone "that was already saved by Ichigo"]].
* {{Tsundere}}: Acts slightly like a DrillSergeantNasty towards Ichigo, but clearly worries about him when he's not looking. Also displayed the classic portrayal of one in her MoodWhiplash-full interactions with Orihime. She's ''not'' worried about her either but buying donuts. Cue LuminescentBlush.
* WhatKindOfLamePowerIsHeartAnyway: Her Fullbring allows her to "put" people inside things she finds cute...
** HeartIsAnAwesomePower: Her seal of approval manifests as a small sticker-like heart with an "R" on it, and its uses include shrinking Ichigo to fit into in a dollhouse for a TrainingFromHell and sealing a [[AssholeVictim Yakuza]] inside a stuffed pig. [[spoiler:She's the only Fullbringer to not be beaten outright, though whether she can be said to have won is unclear.]]
* ZettaiRyouiki: She wears boots that reach up to mid thigh. Coupled with her tsundere personality and the presence of twin tails, she qualifies for the vaunted Grade S.

[[folder:Yukio Hans Voralberna]]
http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/yukio001_5575.png

->''"I've never formed a real connection with anyone, Fullbring or no Fullbring."''

The youngest member of Xcution, just behind Riruka. Yukio is calm and quiet, usually not speaking unless something catches his attention. He seems fond of playing video games. He is slightly annoyed whenever Riruka kicks open a door, as he can see up her skirt whenever she does so.

His Fullbring, ''Invaders Must Die'', is channeled through his portable game console and allows him to imprison targets within a video game whose parameters (such as the gameplay system) and "characters" (his prisoners) are under his full control. It will only function as long as the battery is charged, however - unless it's plugged into a power-source.

-->Voiced by: Mitsuhiro Ichiki (JP), Creator/LucienDodge (EN)
----
* AGodAmI: Declared himself as such to his own dimension, which isn't entirely unsound, but [[spoiler:Hitsugaya still proved how low on the SortingAlgorithmOfEvil that Yukio really is]].
* AllThereInTheManual: For a while he seemed to be a case of OnlyOneName, until Kubo revealed his surname in his character profile in the back of Volume 53.
* BadassLongcoat: With a cravat, at that.
* BerserkButton: Do not EVER tell him that [[spoiler:he was abandoned]]. It was enough for him to [[spoiler:enter a VillainousBreakdown.]]
* ButNotTooForeign: As his blond hair and surname would imply.
* CharacterDevelopment: Following his [[spoiler:humiliating defeat at Hitsugaya's hands]], Yukio's apparently started opening up more. See PetTheDog for details.
* CreepyChild: He's quiet, reclusive and holds grudges [[spoiler:strong enough to decide to ruin his parents.]]
* CuteAndPsycho: He seems to want to be seen like this. He's a cute little kid, but he brags about how he [[spoiler:drove his parents to suicide and sneers at an ally's death. However, when Hitsugaya presses the subject it seems as though this is mostly just a protective facade he wears]].
* CuteMute: PlayedForDrama, since his lack of speech as a toddler is the reason why his parents rejected him. Later he ''is '' capable of speaking, but he never does so in front of them.
* FirstNameBasis: Is the sole Xcution member that calls Kugo and Giriko by their first names.
* FreudianExcuse: [[ParentalNeglect His parents never gave enough of a damn to raise him properly.]] Fully explained in chapter 471: he was a former CuteMute whose parents kept locked away due to his speech impediment, and was so lonely that he first used his powers to recreate images of his parents as a sort-of {{Imaginary Friend}}s.
* HiddenDepths: Claims to have enjoyed how he [[spoiler:drove his father to suicide]], but when [[spoiler:Hitsugaya]] insinuated that [[spoiler: Yukio's parents abandoned him]], Yukio was ''pissed''. He clearly takes issue with [[spoiler: abandonment]], but he went out of his way to defend [[spoiler: his parents]] whom he hated over it, saying that [[spoiler: ''he'' abandoned ''them'']]. He's subconsciously repressing his true feelings about his parents, since he doesn't know how to deal with it.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: [[spoiler: Sure, it's Toshiro who freezes his legs, but at the end, he's defeated by the monsters he created with Invaders Must Die. Hitsugaya spares him and takes out the creatures, but only because he figured that the dimension would remain even after Yukio dies. He froze Yukio up to his hands and head, forcing him to dispel the dimensions within 5 minutes.]]
* IgnoreTheFanservice: Whenever Riruka kicks open a door, he can see up her skirt, much to his annoyance.
* JerkAss: Can get rather condescending and arrogant, as [[spoiler: Hitsugaya]] noted.
* KickTheDog: When [[spoiler:Jackie sacrifices her life]] to save [[spoiler:Renji's]], he seems amused [[spoiler: by her death]], though he admits that he was impressed by her resolve.
* NiceHat: Wears a nice black cap at all times.
* PeekABangs: One of his eyes is always covered by a lock of hair, but which one is random.
* PetTheDog: In Chapter 478 [[spoiler: he says that in three years his company will increase in size and promises to hire Jackie and the surviving Fullbringers.]] [[spoiler: [[{{Tsundere}} Then he claims it's just because he thinks they can't survive without him]].]] This was omitted in the anime, however.
* ProductPlacement: His video game console is quite clearly a PSP.
* SelfMadeOrphan: [[spoiler: As he fights Hitsugaya in chapter 466, Yukio claims that he abandoned his parents, stole his father's wealth and bankrupted his parents' company, indirectly driving his father to commit suicide as a result. They might have had it coming considering their abandonment of him and it's not clear if it's really what he meant to do]].
* SimulationGame: His Fullbring, after being enhanced by [[spoiler: Ichigo's]], can create one outside of his videogame console, complete with copies of the other Xcution members.
* ShoutOut: ''Invaders Must Die'' is the name of an album by TheProdigy as well as its title track.
* SmugSnake: Actually has a powerful ability, but he was little more than a fly compared to [[spoiler:a Soul Reaper Captain.]]
* TheSociopath: Bemused at [[spoiler:Jackie TakingTheBullet for Renji, boasted that he drove his father to suicide, and completely fine with the prospect of Riruka dying]]. Subverted after everything is over, though.
* UnusuallyUninterestingSight: His reaction to [[spoiler:Jackie]] being NotQuiteDead:
--> "[[spoiler: Jackie?]] Oh good, you survived"
* VillainousBreakdown: After [[spoiler:Hitsugaya told him that he was abandoned]], Yukio completely loses his shit.

[[folder:Moe Shishigawara]]
http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/moe002_2186.png

->''"I'm gonna show you how man I am by pounding your face into the ground!!"''

From Miyashita Commercial High School, Shishigawara is the hot-blooded minion who devotes himself to Tsukishima. He is largely incompetent at everything he does, but underneath his recklessness lies a powerful Fullbringer ''not'' to be underestimated.

His Fullbring, ''Jackpot Knuckle'', takes the form of a knuckleduster with three slot machine icons. Depending on how lucky Shishigawara's roll is, the opponent will experience equal misfortune. Upon contact, the numbers roll, and if he hits a jackpot, Shishigawara can manipulate a probability related to whatever he punches; for example, he causes a piece of the hilt of Ginjo's sword to break off due to "simple wear and tear", or "just happens" to completely dislocate Ikkaku's shoulder with a single hit.

--> Voiced by: Creator/HiroyukiYoshino (JP), Creator/ToddHaberkorn (EN)
----
* ApologeticAttacker: A bit sarcastic about it, though.
* BlessedWithSuck: The unpredictability of Jackpot Knuckle means that he can't fight with any level of consistency, which makes him incredibly threatening nonetheless since with a lucky hit he can do some immense damage despite not hitting that hard.
* CrouchingMoronHiddenBadass: A ''lot'' more dangerous than his early appearances would have suggested.
* {{Delinquent}}: He goes to a school full of stereotypical Japanese thugs. While he doesn't exactly sport a perm, he more or less plays the part with the way he dresses and speaks.
* TheDragon: Initially seemed to be Tsukishima's, but he's just another member of Xcution.
* GoodOldFisticuffs: Resorts to it after he breaks [[spoiler:Hozukimaru]] in his fight with [[spoiler:Madarame.]]
* HotBlooded: Odd for a sidekick of a disturbingly calm man.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: He tries to act like a badass delinquent, but he's actually pretty soft hearted.
* LogicalWeakness: A probability power that gives a lot of payout up front is going to decline in value the longer the fight drags on.
* LoveAtFirstSight: Apparently, for Orihime.
* LuckManipulationMechanic: Moe's Fullbring to a T.
* NotSoHarmlessVillain: Has a slot machine-based Fullbring that, while unpredictable, is potentially very deadly. Ginjo even seems to consider him a greater threat than his fellow Fullbringers. [[spoiler: He comes closer than most of his allies to actually winning his fight]].
* OhCrap: He dislocates Ikkaku's shoulder and assumes he's got the fight won, but then Ikkaku nonchalantly sets it back into place with just his muscles. At the end of their fight he thinks he landed the deciding blow for his opponent to come back [[UseYourHead with a massive headbutt]] that ultimately knocks him out.
* UndyingLoyalty: He would die for Tsukishima, but he knows Tsukishima wouldn't do the same.
* WindsOfDestinyChange: His Fullbring's power. If Shishigawara can get a little lucky, his opponent gets to be a ''lot'' unlucky.
* WouldNotHitAGirl: If he finds a girl pretty, he won't bring himself to attack her.
* YouAreNotAlone: [[spoiler:To Tsukishima while the latter's dying]].
* YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness: [[spoiler: Ginjo intends to kill him when everything is all finished because his power is too dangerous and he's already served his purpose. This is why he didn't get an upgrade: Ginjo didn't want him getting any stronger than he already was]].

[[folder:Jackie Tristan]]
http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/jackie001_7755.png

->''"At some point I must have realised that these Fullbrings we bear are all that really holds us together."''

A member of Xcution. Jackie is a tall woman with short dark hair. She wears a dark long-sleeved shirt with tight fitting trousers.

Her Fullbring, ''Dirty Boots'', increases her physical combat strength as her clothes are dirtied.

-->Voiced by: Creator/AtsukoYuya (JP), Creator/JulieAnnTaylor (EN)
----
* AbsoluteCleavage: Shows as much as Matsumoto does, with a cleavage that's almost as large in some shots.
* ActionGirl: Tristan's the most action-oriented chick amongst the Fullbringers in Xcution.
* AdaptationExpansion: Enough that her backstory was the first to get revealed in the anime.
* AmbiguouslyBrown: For a while, at least.
* AntiVillain: How often will you see an antagonist [[spoiler:TakingTheBullet for]] someone that struck them down in a CurbStompBattle?
* ArmedLegs / TrickedOutShoes: Her Fullbring makes her stronger the dirtier her boots are. [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLVvSrMa9U4 They also make said boots heavier]].
* BerserkButton: She really seems to have an inferiority complex as when she trains Ichigo, she treats him like a novice only for him to show his skill and reveal that he had more then enough experience when it comes to fighting. She practically goes ballistic on him. Not that it does any good. When she faces off against [[spoiler:Renji]] after receiving some of [[spoiler: Ichigo's Fullbring power]], she comments again that she is the better fighter, but after taking the full brunt of her power the first time, he just treats her little more then an annoyance and tells her to hit him with all she's got. She gets pissed once more as a result.
* BrokenBird: Strongly implied in flashbacks, in which we see a teenage Jackie screaming and crying under the rain.
* ClothesMakeTheSuperman: Her clothes, specifically her boots, serve as her Fullbring 'Dirty Boots'
* FreudianExcuse: Out of all of Xcution, she's the one who has the best and more legitimate FreudianExcuse - she was from a very poor family, and her parents and siblings were slaughtered for her father's involvement in the black market.
* GettingCrapPastTheRadar: Her Fullbring is blatantly a dominatrix outfit. And the attacks get stronger when her boots get dirty.
--> '''Jackie''': "Sand, dirt, mud, blood, other bodily fluids, ''anything'' will work."
* HeroicSacrifice: Tries to [[spoiler:off herself to save Renji from being killed by Yukio]] though it turns out better than it initially appeared.
* {{Irony}}: She hated her Fullbring, but she admits to Yukio that she feels even worse without it.
* KickChick: Her specialty, but it doesn't work against Ichigo [[spoiler:or Renji.]]
* ShoutOut: "Dirty Boots" is also the name of a song by SonicYouth, given that TiteKubo is huge music buff, that probably isn't a coincidence.
* SoleSurvivor: The rest of her family was killed off while she was out. When she returned home, she found the bodies.
* StreetUrchin: In her past she roamed the streets while living with her poor family.
* WhatTheHellHero: A more subdued case, but she calls Ichigo out on his hero complex, something that his own friends have taken issue with for years.

[[folder:Giriko Kutsuzawa]]
http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/giriko001_6847.png

->''"The key truly does lie in having the correct timing."''

The eldest member of Xcution, and their apparent bartender at their base of operations. He is a very to-the-point person, and has a rather cruel way of training Ichigo in the use of his Fullbring.

Kutsuzawa's Fullbring, ''Time Tells No Lies'', allows him to place "timers" and restrictions on basically anything based on conditions of his choosing. If these conditions aren't met, the target is [[RetGone purged by the flames of time]].

-->Voiced by: Atsushi Ono (JP), Michael Sorich (EN)
----
* AdaptationExpansion: Gets a lot more screen time in the anime.
* TheBartender: For a large portion of the arc he just sits back cleaning glasses.
* ClippedWingAngel: He seems to have traded his time manipulation for raw strength, but it only served to give [[spoiler:Kenpachi]] a better shot at killing him.
* DeathByAdaptation: [[spoiler:The anime ends before we learn that his soul is in the Rukongai.]]
* DissonantSerenity: While explaining his Fullbring ability.
* DrunkWithPower: [[spoiler:Decides to take Kenpachi on in a battle of pure power rather than use his ability like it's supposed to be used.]]
* EvilGloating: [[spoiler:Upon getting his powerup he boasts about his ability and seems to view himself as invincible.]]
* EyepatchOfPower: Which he got when he [[spoiler: used his powers to kill his wife and had a brief MyGodWhatHaveIDone moment -- which caused [[EyeScream his eye to explode.]]]]
* HalfTheManHeUsedToBe: [[spoiler:Bisected by Kenpachi from top to bottom in a single blow.]]
* HeelFaceTurn: [[spoiler: Ganju and Kukaku are training him, Ginjo and Tsukishima, presumably to help Ichigo]].
* KilledMidSentence: [[spoiler: He [[EvilGloating wastes so much time bragging about his new powers]] that Kenpachi gets fed up and kills him with a single slash]].
* LargeHam: After [[spoiler: getting his upgrade]], he instantly drops the stoic act and becomes quite hammy.
* ObsessiveCompulsiveBarkeeping: He works as a bartender, and in almost all of the early episodes he appears in, at least once he's shown polishing a glass while standing behind the group's private bar.
* SharpDressedMan: He's always dressed in a nice bartender outfit.
* SmallNameBigEgo: Thinks he's strong enough to take [[spoiler:Kenpachi down]], but [[spoiler: he gets killed before he finishes his sentence]].
* TheSociopath: [[spoiler: No real regard for human life. His way of testing his powers was killing his wife. The trope was enforced by said ability when it made his eye explode for feeling bad about it]].
* TheStoic: For the most part [[spoiler: until he gets DrunkWithPower]].
* ThisCannotBe: After he was defeated by [[spoiler: Kenpachi]].
* TimeMaster: In the same vein as [[KingdomHearts Luxord]]: He has the ability to impose time limits that must be fulfilled under pain of death. According to Riruka, he's done this to several others before Ichigo joined up with Xcution.
