->'''Franchise:''' WesternAnimation/TransformersAnimated\\
'''Played by:''' @/ColonialEleven

Eons ago, Megatron overthrew the Decepticon leader Megazarak and took control of the faction for himself. He gave speeches and wrote manifestos calling for the Decepticons to rise up and take control of both Cybertron and the [=AllSpark=] from the Autobots. Finally, on the Cycle of Infamy, he took the Decepticons from mere rhetoric to outright war. The Decepticons overran Autobot space but the Autobots under Ultra Magnus had one major advantage - space bridge technology, which allowed them to move about the galaxy more easily.

If you were to ask Megatron to describe himself in one word, he'd probably go with "heroic". He sees himself as a freedom fighter, leading the Decepticons out of the days of "Autobot tyranny". The fact he's hoping to replace that with Decepticon tyranny isn't really a concern. A fanatic at spark, he revels in every Autobot who suffers at Decepticon hands and doesn't register humans as anything more than "collateral damage." With the combined threat of a sharp mind, his fusion cannon, a pair of deadly swords and simple brute strength, there aren't many who'd dare cross him.

Zod is a Creator/DCComics supervillain and a long-time adversary of Superman, one of the most poignant villains of the franchise due to the character hailing from Superman's home planet of Krypton. Once Military Director of the Kryptonian Space Center, Zod had known Jor-El, Superman's father, when he was an aspiring scientist.

When the space program was abolished after the destruction of the inhabited moon Wegthor by the renegade scientist Jax-Ur, Zod attempted to take over Krypton and created an army of robotic duplicates of himself (all bearing a resemblance to Bizarro). He was sentenced to exile in the Phantom Zone for his crimes. Zod was first released by Kal-El during his career as Superboy when his term of imprisonment was up. However, he attempted to conquer Earth with the powers he gained under the yellow sun. Zod was sent back into the Phantom Zone, occasionally escaping to target Superman.

While most others are driven by a lust for power or revenge, Vanitas is perfectly content with destruction and causing others as much pain and suffering as possible.

She was a key enemy of Team Avatar, chasing Avatar Aang and her banished brother far across the Earth Kingdom accompanied by her two best "friends" Mai and Ty Lee. A Firebending prodigy, Azula is sadistic, manipulative and obsessed with power. She is a skilled tactician who orchestrated the Fire Nation victory over the Earth Kingdom capital Ba Sing Se and halted the invasion on Day of Black Sun. Upon the arrival of Sozin's Comet, Azula was soon to be crowned Fire Lord; however, her defeat at the hands of her brother Zuko and Katara caused her to suffer a complete mental breakdown.

He is the head of [=OsCorp=], a company contracted by the United States military to create a new supersoldier. Needing to prove his formula can succeed, Osborn experiments on himself and becomes the Green Goblin after the experiment fails. The process drives him insane, however, and he murders his way through the military and other personnel who cross him. Eventually he crosses paths with Spider-Man- but instead of hating his new enemy, Norman views Spider-Man as the son that he always wanted, and attempts to recruit him to his side.

Green Goblin pilots a high-tech Goblin Glider, armed with seeking missiles and machine guns. He also wears green armor that cybernetically connects him to his glider and weapons. He is seen using three varieties of his signature "pumpkin bombs": one which is a simple explosive; one that releases a bright, radioactive flash which reduces people to skeletons; and one that splits into flying, razor-bat blades. The Shocker Rider is an alternative Rider created by SHOCKER, based on the template of Kamen Rider 2 aka Hayato Ichimonji's cyborg surgery prior to his defection. They were mass produced as SHOCKER troops and are enhanced in terms of abilities and powers under nanotechnology with the intention of eventually replacing the SHOCKER combatmen in frontline service. With this, it gives him superhuman strength as the nanomachines enable him to be stronger than a regular person while allowing him to be operational without the need of having to undergo blood transfusions in order to live another day.

In the course of his presence and interaction with the other Overlords after he came to the lair, the Shocker Rider had taken the name "Hopper". The name was first used by Hongo as his codename when he was brainwashed to serve SHOCKER as their cyborg agent before he fully regained his real memories. When Shang Tsung cheated in a fight and stole his opponent's soul, the Elder Gods cursed him to rapidly age and die unless he consumed the souls of others. This backfired, as he grew more powerful with every soul he took, and his knowledge grew with it. He became the Grand Champion of Mortal Kombat, but his title was taken by the Great Kung Lao. Soon after, he corrupted the tournament with the aid of his greatest student, [[MultiArmedAndDangerous Goro]]. They were one victory away from opening the portal between Outworld and Earthrealm when the monk [[BruceLeeClone Liu Kang]] defeated both Goro and Tsung.

She sneaks out once in a while, but generally she listens to her big sister and stays in her room.

Then the Scarlet Mist Incident occurred. She got to watch her sister fight with a shrine maiden and a witch, but she mistook it for playing. After everything was resolved she broke out in order to play just like her big sister did. The shrine maiden and witch managed to calm down the little vampire, but not easily. One of the highest-ranking commanders of the Yeerk Empire, Visser Three is infamous for being the only Yeerk to successfully infest an Andalite. His host body's use of the morphing technology lets him acquire the DNA of other species and morph into them, a power he often uses for combat.

----
* AcidAttack: One of his morphs, the ''kaftid'', is a creature which can spew torrents of incredibly powerful acid at foes.
* BizarreAlienBiology: His Andalite host body lacks a mouth and feeds by absorbing nutrients through the soles of its hooves, a fact which weirds some of the other Overlords out. It also has two ExtraEyes on stalks, which can look independently in any direction.
%%* TheBrute
%%* LargeHam
* OneWingedAngel: He can morph himself into a variety of monstrous alien creatures, nearly all of which are much bigger, tougher, and nastier than his host body's natural size.
* PuppeteerParasite: The mouthless, scythe-tailed centaur that the other Overlords see is just Visser Three's Andalite host body. His real body is a tiny sluglike creature that squats in the Andalite's brain.
* {{Telepathy}}: His host body communicates through "thought-speech", which he can broadcast to specific individuals or to everyone nearby. He doesn't have the power to read minds, however.

[[caption-width-right:282: [[MemeticMutation "Blast you, Richards!"]]]]
->'''Franchise:''' Franchise/MarvelUniverse\\
'''Played by:''' @/SullenFrog
One of his world's most infamous supervillains, Doctor Doom is many things: a brilliant scientist, a powerful sorcerer, a charismatic dictator, and a raging egotist. He is no stranger to being kidnapped by godlike aliens and plans to deal with the Nomads the same way he dealt with the likes of the Beyonder: by stealing their powers for himself and using them to remake the world in his own image.

Doom was part of the initial group of Overlords brought into the game. He stopped appearing shortly before the Battle For Wesnoth challenge, though his actual departure from the game would not be confirmed until much later when Levistus was brought in to replace him.

----
* ActuallyADoombot: As the TropeNamer, this is a given. Doom conjured up a few dozen Doombots--android replicas of himself that are practically indistinguishable from the real thing--as soon as he figured out how the All-Lair's summoning properties work. He set these Doombots to the task of interacting with and keeping tabs on new arrivals in the All-Lair while he's off participating in challenges, and they did their job so well that nobody realized they were interacting with android replicas of Doom instead of Doom himself until the end of the third challenge.
* AwesomenessByAnalysis: Doom was able to swiftly deduce various characteristics of his fellow Overlords, the chamber where they stay between missions, and Centum himself through simple observation. It was also through such observation that he could discern the workings of a lightsaber and create one of his own.
* BadassArmFold: This may as well be Doom's signature pose. You could almost make a drinking game out of the number of times that he's shown doing this over the course of the game.
%%* BadassCape
%% * BerserkButton: Call him anything besides Doom. Sir, Your Majesty, and Milord seem to be acceptable as well.
%%* CoolMask
%%* DeflectorShields
* DisproportionateRetribution: In the first challenge, he threw a hapless page from the battlements of his castle for the heinous crime of calling him King Aella instead of '''DOOM'''. Also a case of MisplacedRetribution, as it was the Nomads who made him stand in for [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aella_of_Northumbria the historical King Aella]] in the challenge; the page had nothing to do with this.
%%* DoomyDoomsOfDoom
%%* EmperorScientist
* EvenEvilHasStandards: Doom may be a tyrannical dictator and supervillain, but he despises the Nazi party and all who emulate them. This nearly brings him into conflict with SHOCKER Rider after he notices the Nazilike iconography on the latter's armor, though he ultimately decides not to bother once he realizes the Rider has no idea whether his organization has any ties to the Third Reich.
* EvilSorcerer: Doom relies just as much on his considerable magical prowess as he does on his inventions and his armour's weapons systems. Among other things, he has been shown summoning demons to guard his door in the All-Lair, infusing an artefact with vast amounts of magical energy and reanimating a dead wyvern to serve as a zombie mount.
* ExperiencedProtagonist: This was hardly the first time Doom had been kidnapped by godlike entities and forced to perform for their amusement.
* FingerFirearms: From [[EnergyWeapon photon array emitters]] to [[FireBreathingWeapon flamethrowers]], Doom has a lot of fancy weapons built into his gauntlets' fingertips.
* HandBlast: Doom is fond of shooting concussive force blasts from his gauntlets.
%%* InTheHood
* KungFuWizard: Even without PoweredArmor to enhance his strength, Doom is immensely strong and can hold his own in a brawl. During the first challenge he fells barbarians left and right with punches, kicks, and various spells.
* LargeHam: ''TREMBLE WITH FEAR BEFORE DOOM'S TITANIC MONOLOGUES!!''
* LaserBlade: He managed to create a functional if crude lightsaber after studying the effects of Darth Maul's signature weapon on one of his robots.
* {{Magitek}}: His reverse-engineered lightsaber (a.k.a., the Doomsaber) is a fusion of magic and technology, with its blade being able to harm foes spiritually as well as physically.
* MechaMooks: Many of his minions were robots or machines of some description, [[ActuallyADoombot including his signature Doombots]].
* NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast: He calls himself Doctor ''Doom''. A cheerful and friendly fellow, he is not.
* NervesOfSteel: Very little fazes Doom. He treats vicious monsters that want to eat him as annoyances to be dealt with, curiosities to be puzzled out, or both.
* PoweredArmor: Doom's suit of armor may look like something out of a Renaissance Fair, but it's actually a highly advanced piece of technology crammed with sensors and weapons systems.
%%* RoyalsWhoActuallyDoSomething: Extremely active, to say the least
* SummonMagic: Doom frequently used black magic to summon demons for various purposes, such as guarding his door in the All-Lair or spying on suspicious reinforcements during the first challenge. He also used this magic to summon Gilgamesh out of the astral plane and force the Heroic Spirit to take corporeal form.
* ThirdPersonPerson: Downplayed. Doom is as likely to refer to himself as '''''Doom''''' (emphasis optional) as he is to use personal pronouns.
* TinTyrant: Doom is a major league supervillain and ruthless dictator who wears a suit of deceptively primitive-looking PoweredArmor at every waking moment.
* WardrobeWound: During the first challenge, a wyvern damages Doom's cape while trying to eat him. Doom takes offense to this, and after killing the beast his first order of business is to summon a tailor to have it replaced.

It all went downhill when Mengsk used devices call Psi Emitters to call a ravenous race of aliens call the Zerg down to the Dominion capital planet of Tarsonis. Even though she questioned it, Sarah trusted Mengsk and went along with his plans to set up the Emitters. Once they were in place the Zerg started to arrive and Mengsk started to pull his forces off planet, except for Sarah. He abandoned her on the planet as revenge for a mission she carried out for the Dominion years ago. Kerrigan fought as bravely as she could, but the Zerg numbers were far too great and she fell.

Kerrigan did not die that day though. The Overmind noticed her incredibly powerful psychic powers and formulated a plan for her. Instead of being killed she was infested and changed into one of the Zerg, becoming the Queen of Blades. Her transformation left her angry and blood-thirsty, especially against Mengsk's new Dominion.

He thinks he owns the whole world and everything in it because the kingdom he ruled in his mortal life, Uruk, comprised the entirety of the "known world" at the time. The size of his monstrous ego is matched only by the vast arsenal of prototype legendary weapons that he keeps tucked away in his Gate of Babylon.

Fawful (known as Lord Fawful by his minions) is an eccentric Beanish character who is a recurring antagonist in the ''Mario & Luigi'' series. He is notable for speaking in grammatically incorrect English and making obscure food metaphors. Fawful is a mechanical genius, but his common sense suffers due to his extreme fury which often causes him to act in a delusional manner.

Though he is a bit of a loon, Fawful is an extremely intelligent genius, shown by how complex his Vacuum Helmet is. He uses the rocket-jets on his Vacuum Helmet to get around places. There is also a vacuum peripheral on the helmet, which can be used to shoot energy balls and was also used to suck in Cackletta's spirit to transfer to Bowser and create Bowletta.

[[caption-width-right:242:You poor, simple fools. You think you can defeat ''me''?! '''Me,''' the Mistress of all Evil!]]

A sorceress of awesome power, Maleficent was content with simple dreams of ruling the world of [[WesternAnimation/SleepingBeauty Enchanted Dominion]] until the sinister old Keyblade Master, Xehanort, opened her eyes to the existence of other worlds and of seven maidens whose hearts were utterly without darkness; when brought together, these seven hearts of pure light would open a door to Kingdom Hearts, the heart of all worlds. To accomplish this goal, Maleficent traveled the universe by means of her dark sorcery, gathering a coterie of like-minded Disney villains under her leadership, and together her group spent the next nine years laying waste to the worlds in their search for the seven Princesses of Heart and Kingdom Hearts. Fortunately, the Disney villains were thwarted just short of attaining their goal; one by one, Maleficent's allies fell to the power of Sora, and when Maleficent herself took the boy on, she proved no match for him and was slain.

Maleficent returned to life a year later, though her power had been reduced to a pale shadow of its former glory. Maleficent looked for new ways to return to power, though she was ultimately unsuccessful; after her latest scheme was thwarted, she found herself transported to the All-Lair against her will. Now the dark sorceress seeks to turn this predicament to her advantage.

She carries a staff with a glowing green orb at the tip through which she casts her spells, which include an ability to teleport herself, or send bolts of lightning at enemies.
