* This is heavily implied with Cesare and Lucrezia Borgia in ''[[VideoGame/AssassinsCreedBrotherhood Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood]]''. Cesare kisses his sister Lucrezia in a lover's fashion before a military expedition in Romagna, is receptive to his sister's... suggestions, and it's implied that the whole chain of Memories where [[spoiler: Ezio must save Pietro, Lucrezia's admirer, from Cesare's personal assassin Micheletto Corella are [[EvilIsPetty all because of Cesare's jealousy]]]], albeit deliberately provoked by Lucrezia who mistakenly believes that he's cheating on her with the captured [[spoiler:Caterina Sforza]]. If all this wasn't enough, one of the accusations given to Cesare when he's imprisoned by the men of Julius II is of incest.
* There are no specific examples, but this was mentioned in ''VideoGame/{{Bully}}'' by Pinky when she brought up how her parents wanted her to marry her cousin. She went on to elaborate that her family used to keep relations between brothers and sisters before it was outlawed, with an offhand mention that her aunt has four thumbs.
* The titular characters in ''VideoGame/TheCoffinOfAndyAndLeyley'', there is one point of main characters' mother accused her son Andrew of having sex with his sister Ashley. Following that, along with another choice, [[spoiler: Andrew and Ashley will get a vision of them having sex in the future]].
* ''VideoGame/CrusaderKingsII'' has brother-sister RoyalInbreeding possible (and encouraged) for Zoroastrian and Messalian characters. The Seduction Focus also lets you target siblings, though the success rate is low and the consequences for being caught can be severe (unless you are Zoroastrian or Messalian, where it's treated as no worse than seducing anyone else).
** ''VideoGame/CrusaderKingsIII'' permits sibling marriages as long as their religion has no kinship restrictions on marriage, but the vast majority of base religions do have such restrictions. However, they can be removed with enough piety, either by [[ScrewTheRulesIMakeThem becoming the head of the religion and reforming it]] or [[StartMyOwn by starting a new one.]]
* Played with and ultimately [[spoiler:subverted]] in ''VideoGame/CuteKnight1'', where the PC can either marry Prince Kirelan or take her royal position as his sister, Princess Alexandra. But it turns out [[spoiler:she's not really Alexandra, she's just faking]]. But ''then'' it turns out [[spoiler:that she IS a princess by blood after all, she's Alexandra's older sister]]. But ''THEN'' you realise that [[spoiler:it's okay, because Kirelan's adopted]]!
* Janus and Lela in ''VideoGame/DivineDivinity''. And they have sex when they're only (pre-)teens. Thankfully, it's only told, and ''not'' shown.
* [[WordOfGod Mike Laidlaw]] felt the need to [[SuspiciouslySpecificDenial point out]] that you can't have [[PlayerCharacter Hawke]] sleep with either of his/her siblings in ''VideoGame/DragonAgeII''. In case you were wondering. [[NightmareFetishist Not that it stopped people]] [[IncestYayShipping from requesting it.]]
* Though it was {{Bowdlerized}} to remove as many references to incest as possible, the idea was too central to the plot of ''VideoGame/{{Drakengard}}'' to throw it out completely. The game has only one or two allusions to it.
* In ''VideoGame/DuelSaviorDestiny'' Mia is one of the available options and the only girl Taiga will not pursue, though it later turns out that this isn't because he's not attracted to her. She's simply genuinely off limits to him as a sister [[spoiler:until she basically rapes him into deciding that it's pointless.]]
* ''VideoGame/{{Fallout 3}}'':
** In the add-on ''Point Lookout'', the Swampfolk are a race of redneck mutants that used to be humans, but through inbreeding they mutated into violent and primitive humanoids.
** The small hamlet of Andale in the Capital Wasteland seems harmless enough, with two cheery families. Then you talk to young Junior Smith who tells you that he doesn't want to marry the little girl, Jenny Wilson, across the street. More than it just being a case of cootie-fears, he reveals that part of the reason it's weird is because his father is the brother to Jenny's father which makes him "... something, I'm not sure what." If for some horrifying reason you're not bothered by the fact that [[spoiler:Andale's residents have been, for the last few incestuous generations, killing wastelanders foolish enough to travel within their territory and then eating them]], then you can learn from Martha Wilson that the old coot living next to them is father to both her and Linda Smith (Junior's mother). That makes them [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coefficient_of_relationship#Human_genealogy double first cousins which is as bad as being half brother and sister, but not as bad as 3/4 brother and sister (aka, sibling cousins).]]
* ''VideoGame/FatalFrame'':
** In the [[VideoGame/FatalFrameMaskOfTheLunarEclipse fourth game]], it's strongly implied that [[spoiler: Ayako]] was the result of an incestuous relationship between [[spoiler:You Haibara]] and his sister [[spoiler:Sakuya.]]
** The [[VideoGame/FatalFrameI first]] and [[VideoGame/FatalFrameIII third games]] had always had one sided IncestSubtext from Miku directed at her brother Mafuyu, but what with him being dead and all, it was unclear if it was mutual. [[VideoGame/FatalFrameMaidenOfBlackWater The fifth game]] moves it to full blown text with the revelation [[spoiler: that Miku's daughter Miu is a Shadowborn, a child conceived between the living and the dead. It was implied that Miku and Mafuyu's spirit conceived Miu at the end of Fatal Frame 3 (which the [[AllThereInTheManual guidebook]] confirmed). It's also revealed that, when she sensed she was close to death, Miku entered a ghost marriage with Mafuyu to ensure they'd be together in death.]]
* ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyXIV'' seemingly offers us an "Adam and Eve" example with the dragons Bahamut and Tiamat. Both are among the seven children of Midgardsormr and travelled together to found the Meracydia Horde. Their love ended in tragedy however when Bahamut was felled by [[TheEmpire the Allagan Empire]] and Tiamat [[spoiler:was talked into trying to resurrect her mate by the Ascians, resulting in the bastardized Primal Bahamut]]. This is averted however - dragons in Final Fantasy XIV lore are single-sex alien creatures that reproduce asexually, so there is no associated risk or taboo in dragon culture.
* ''VideoGame/FireEmblem'':
** ''VideoGame/FireEmblemGenealogyOfTheHolyWar'':
*** [[spoiler: Deirdre]] and Lord Arvis, who marry in between Chapters 3 and 4 (though she is only confirmed to be his bride at the end of Chapter 5). [[spoiler: Having the two hook up and ''breed'' is actually a part of the BigBad Manfroy's plan to create a vessel for his Dark God, Loptous. And through MindControl used on Deirdre and Arvis not knowing they're half-siblings, it happens.]] It is hinted in a few early conversations viewable by the player (though unknown to the protagonist) that this is an incestuous marriage being plotted. And bits of dialog regarding other characters crop up, presumably to get the player's mind on the topic of incest and help him figure out what the villain's plot is.
*** This recurs in the second generation when Julia, daughter of [[spoiler:Arvis and Deirdre]], has a crush on [[spoiler:Seliph, son of Sigurd and... Deirdre, too]]. Because the first half of the story wasn't Greek-Tragedy enough. Hilariously, it is possible to get them to ''marry'' by exploiting GoodBadBugs with the RelationshipValues system.
*** Prince Eldigan and Princess Lachesis are re-written this way in the Oosawa manga adaptation, with them acknowledging in their last talk that they're in love ([[spoiler:with Lachesis almost asking Eldigan to be her first, but he refuses to taint her, settling for an implied LastKiss]]) and hoping there's a ReincarnationRomance deal out there. In the game itself, there are some [=NPCs=] that remark on how unusually close Lachesis and Eldigan are, and pairing of Lachesis's daughter Nanna with Eldigan's son Ares in the second generation will have Nanna show Ares a letter confirming that Lachesis had romantic feelings for Eldigan, although Eldigan's feelings are left much more ambiguous than they are in the manga.
*** Pairing Lana and Lester [[DoubleInLawMarriage with]] Faval and Patty at first seems to fall under KissingCousins, being the children of Edain and her sister Brigid respectively. However, Brigid and Edain are identical twins, meaning that their children are genetically indistinguishable from half-siblings. So while these pairings remain under KissingCousins in the social sense, in the biological sense they fall under BrotherSisterIncest.
** ''VideoGame/FireEmblemTheSacredStones'': Siblings Ephraim and Eirika have noticeable IncestSubtext and DubText throughout the game (their signature weapons are named after incestuous figures, for starters), with several characters taking note of their closeness. While they haven't done anything in-story, ''VideoGame/FireEmblemHeroes'' reveals there are people who believe enough to spread rumors about it.
** In ''VideoGame/FireEmblemAwakening'' [[spoiler: Aversa calls Robin "big brother" in their supports seemingly solely to appeal to this fetish, as they are in no way related; Aversa having been enslaved by Robin's father as a teenager whilst he was sitting in a field not knowing that he even had a father.]] This is more prominent in the Japanese, [[{{Woolseyism}} the English version]] has [[spoiler: Aversa]] only do it once to annoy [[spoiler: Robin.]]
** ''VideoGame/FireEmblemFates'': Corrin and Azura are allowed to marry their siblings from Hoshido or Nohr, and even have children with them. [[spoiler:While they aren't actually blood-related to their siblings, they ''think'' they are, and ironically are related to ''each other'' (though they're cousins rather than siblings).]] Also, quite infamously, the artbook revealed that the IncestSubtext between Leo and his half-sister Camilla was just regular text on his part, though the pairing is not possible in-game.
** ''VideoGame/FireEmblemEngage'': [[ZigzaggedTrope Kinda]]. Alear, the player character, can marry [[spoiler:Nel and Rafal who are children of Alear's father, Sombron, from an alternate universe. Nel, for her part, had romantic feelings for the Alear from her world, but ''that'' Alear was not Sombron's child, and her feelings do carry over somewhat to the Alear of the main game]].
** ''VideoGame/FireEmblemHeroes'':
*** In Book IV, Freyja has romantic feelings toward her brother Freyr, to the point of {{Yandere}} vibes toward anyone who threatens that.
*** Also in Book IV, under the influence of Plumeria's nectar, Sharena is among those that hit on her brother, Alfonse.
* This is possible with the animals in ''VideoGame/HarvestMoonAWonderfulLife''. It's one of the few games to have male animals (instead of giving Miracle Potions to female animals). If you have two adult animals of the opposite sex together, the female can end up pregnant even if you didn't order a Miracle Potion. The game doesn't note whether the animals are related or not so you can wake up one day and find a female impregnated by their brother, [[ParentalIncest son]], or any other related male.
* In ''VideoGame/JaggedAlliance 2'', you can run into a family of heavily inbred rednecks. One of them will tell you that the inbreeding is what keeps them strong. For some reason they have run out of women though and want you to give them one of your party in exchange for guns.
* In the Platform/SegaCD game ''VideoGame/LunarTheSilverStar'', protagonist Alex and his adoptive sister Luna have apparently been in love and [[FirstGirlWins have more or less betrothed themselves to one another]] since they were practically ''infants.'' No need to worry, they're NotBloodSiblings ([[spoiler:as Luna, as it turns out, is the [[TomatoInTheMirror reincarnated creator-goddess Althena]], either being a routine or the only reincarnation depending on what version of the game you're playing]]), but some critics have noticed that these two should've been affected by the UsefulNotes/WestermarckEffect by now...
* In ''VideoGame/MaxPayne'', one of the {{Mook}}s is watching a soap opera where a woman reveals to her lover that she is... his long lost sister!
* Possibly [[PlayingWithATrope played with]] with ''Franchise/MegaMan'' and Roll. In the original series, they're brother and sister (in the sense of being robots with the same creator). But in ''VideoGame/MegaManLegends'', they're LikeBrotherAndSister, with Mega Man being an AccidentalPervert to Roll (although in this universe they aren't related, and Roll is a human while Mega Man is not). In ''VideoGame/MegaManBattleNetwork'', they are actually dating, but are also unrelated. And in ''VideoGame/MarvelVsCapcom'', Roll is described as Mega Man's sister at one point, then as his ''girlfriend'' later! It was due to a translation error, but it's still makes it the only game where incest truly is suggested. Some ''VideoGame/MegaManClassic'' games (such as ''VideoGame/MegaManPoweredUp'') have [[IncestSubtext implications]] that Roll likes Rock romantically. Humorously enough, [[WesternAnimation/MegaManRubySpears the Ruby-Spears cartoon]] (which came out years before most of the examples described here) briefly poked fun at this concept in its pilot:
-->'''Mega Man:''' ''(upon meeting Roll)'' She's pretty!\\
'''Dr. Light:''' Yes. ''(quickly)'' And you can think of her as your sister.
* In ''VideoGame/MetalGearSolid2SonsOfLiberty'', Emma Emmerich, [[NotBloodSiblings stepsister]] of Hal Emmerich... well, to quote Website/{{Wikipedia}}: "It's revealed through conversations between her and Raiden and later between her and her brother before [[spoiler:she dies]] that she has strong romantic feelings towards Hal and wished for him to see her as a woman and not his sister." Which, of course, never happened, because Otacon was [[spoiler:being sexually abused by his stepmother/E.E.'s mother]].
* In ''VideoGame/NoMoreHeroes'' it is implied that Travis and [[spoiler: his half-sister Jeane]] might have been in that sort of relationship. Travis [[SurpriseIncest was completely unaware of the situation he was in]], and is appropriately shocked and horrified upon finding out.
* ''Franchise/{{Pokemon}}'':
** Maybe not so obvious as other examples but in ''Pokémon'' you are encouraged to breed between two Pokémon that came from the same mother and/or father if you want to have good stats [[LamarckWasRight because stats moves to the child]]. ''[[VideoGame/PokemonGoldAndSilver Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal]]'' ("Generation Two," since they came after ''[[VideoGame/PokemonRedAndBlue Red/Blue]]''/''[[NoExportForYou Green]]''/''[[UpdatedRerelease Yellow]]'' but before ''[[VideoGame/PokemonRubyAndSapphire Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald]]'') did not allow this, but subsequent games in the series do. This is not something that in-game characters suggest; this is a community-suggested tip.
** Espeon and Umbreon from ''VideoGame/PokemonSuperMysteryDungeon'' are very close and there are some implications that they might like each other romantically. A [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfrA3X_Qcwg promotional video]] for a ShowWithinAShow has two Jellicent interviewing them on their relationship. Espeon and Umbreon never deny the allegations that they might be in a SecretRelationship, but they don't confirm them either. The problem is that ''VideoGame/PokemonMysteryDungeonGatesToInfinity'' depicted the two as a BrotherSisterTeam. Either they were [[RelativeError mistaken for a couple]], the developers [[SeriesContinuityError forgot]] their bond and {{retcon}}ned them as unrelated, or they are romantic despite being related.
* ''Rapelay'' allows the player to force the two sisters to have sex with each other, as well as their mother, the player, and the player's friends.
* ''VideoGame/RedDeadRedemption2'' has Bray and Tammy Aberdeen, a seemingly normal couple who will invite the player inside their home for a meal and a drink. Their affection for each other is very apparent, but it's quickly revealed through conversation that they are brother and sister. The player character (either Arthur Morgan or John Marston) is appropriately freaked out by this revelation as his expression shows. Adding to that are several hints that they killed their parents. [[spoiler:Then they drug you, rob you, and dump you in an open mass grave with a corpse not far from their property.]]
* ''VideoGame/ResidentEvilCodeVeronica''? The relationship between siblings Alfred and Alexia Ashford is by far the creepiest part of the entire game.
* ''VideoGame/{{Seaman}}'' has a complicated biological evolutionary chain that its titular animal follows, but each step has one of the Seamen mating with one of his siblings, then passing away while the female goes on to bear the next generation, which repeats the process.
* In ''VideoGame/TheSims2'' half of the neighborhood of Strangetown is made up of the Curious Family. But since [=EAxis=] didn't bother to set all the relationships correctly, many players have unwittingly married the Curious brothers to their older half-sisters, Lola and Chloe (Curious) Singles. It's also possible for the sisters to have romantic interactions (without cheats) with their surviving father (PT #9 Smith), and probably everyone they're related to that's old enough. Thanks, [=EAxis=]. It could be a [[{{Squick}} squicky]] EasterEgg; Strangetown, Curious family... Makes you think.
* This was the original conception of ''VideoGame/SummertimeSaga'', until Patreon objected to the direction the dating sim was taking; the Main Character and his sister Jenny have now been RetConned to be completely unrelated people who happen to rent rooms in a shared house which is owned by a woman who now only ''looks'' as if she is their mother, but is also unrelated to either.
* ''VideoGame/SuperRobotWarsW'': Teased but averted. When Aria and Regulate join the Valstork family, Kazuma thinks that [[OppositeSexClone Aria]] is rather cute... until Regulate tells him that she's happy that Kazuma thinks of Aria as a sister and she [[BewareTheNiceOnes WILL be glad if he keeps that feeling (in an extremely cold voice)]]. Since Regulate reminds him of his mother, he quickly backs down, and this ship never sets sail.
* ''VideoGame/TalesSeries'':
** ''VideoGame/TalesOfTheAbyss'': In one skit, Natalia and Anise question Tear about her 'type' of guy. Although unknown to the latter two about their real relationship, they seem to think it quite obvious that Tear was attracted to Van, which caused said melodist to freak out and run away from the conversation. It really didn't help that he was also her [[PromotionToParent surrogate father]].
** ''VideoGame/TalesOfDestiny2'': Kyle, upon [[spoiler: discovering that Judas is really Leon from ''VideoGame/TalesOfDestiny'', asks him if he and Kyle's father, Stahn, were competing for the affections of Kyle's mother, Rutee. Kyle never does find out that Leon is in fact Rutee's brother. Leon is not amused. For extra fun, there are hints that there was a LoveTriangle, and Kyle is [[HoYay mistaken about who was at the center of it.]]]]
* ''VideoGame/TotalWarPharaoh'': Seti and Tausret are half-sibling spouses in the traditions of Pharaonic Egypt.
* ''VideoGame/TwelveMinutes'': [[spoiler:The married couple turns out to be half-siblings. The time loop turns out to be a figment of the husband's imagination as he tries to envision a future when they can be together.]]
* ''VideoGame/ValkyrieDriveBhikkhuni'' Ranka Kagurazaka really, really loves her sister Rinka. It comes to a point where she has already planned out their entire wedding and honeymoon, she only needs to find a country where two sisters can get married. In an unusual move for the trope, they are actual, blood-related siblings.
* ''VideoGame/VivaPinata'': The game does not track family relations between piñatas, meaning that there is no mechanical difference between mating two relatives and two random wild-caught specimens. Heck, getting the Fourheads practically requires this -- unless you want to put in a considerable amount of effort in catching four unrelated Twingersnaps, the simplest way to get it is two mate two consecutive generations of siblings. No wonder it's a mutant... product of repeated incest, ''and'' you have to [[spoiler:bash its egg open early]]. [[http://www.vgcats.com/comics/?strip_id=227 Parodied]] on ''Webcomic/VGCats'' when Leo kills a piñata's parents and feeds them to it. Aeris is shocked he did this and Leo emphasises that they were "his ''inbred'' parents".
* If you click the right window, you'll come across an example of this between Reed Hawke and his sister in ''VideoGame/{{Voyeur}}''.
* Very strongly suggested to have happened in ''VideoGame/WildArms2'' between [[spoiler: Lord Irving and his sister]], to defeat the BigBad (long story).
