* Buttons, Rita and Runt fighting off Plotz and Ralph, with an exploding elixir no less!
* The scene when Pharfignewton saves Pinky, Brain, and the Goodfeathers from a DisneyVillainDeath.
* It's small but, when the people of Acme Falls are being penned up by the kings men. While just about everyone else is despondent, Buttons looks like he's ready to take on the entire army if they so much as ''try'' to harm Mindy. PapaWolf indeed!
* It seems that Salazar has broken the Warners by torturing them with an amusement park ride with {{CallBack}}s to previous episodes, so much that they beg for it not to happen. Then it turns out they weren't completely broken, by messing with him about how wishes are literal so he needs to be careful. When Salazar orders their execution anyway on realizing the {{Troll}} intent, Dot charms the guards into letting them go and faking their deaths. Who knew cuteness could be such a weapon?
* Dot brilliantly faking her own death to get King Salazar arrested and turn his own men on him.
* Wakko making his wish... two ha'pennies!
* Yakko, Wakko, and Dot finally getting rid of Salazar -- by triple-kicking him in the ass, causing him to land in front of [[HoistByHisOwnPetard his own angry guard dogs]].
* The final verse of the song that closes off the movie:
--> '''Cast''': ''To state our message with greater clarity, we now spin [[ContinuityNod The Wheel Of Morality!]] Wheel of Morality, turn turn turn! Tell us the lesson that we should learn!''
--> '''Yakko''': And the moral of our story is:\\
'''Cast''': ''When you're blue, buy a clue, try not to mope. Ya gotta cheer up and never ever give up hope!''
* After several seasons, Brain finally gets a victory; the Warners make him Prime Minister when they resume their rightful thrones. That essentially means he's in charge of a kingdom and can improve it, which was all he wanted to do. The Brain even tells Pinky that this was a good ending for him. They'll TakeOverTheWorld in the sequel after he's properly taken over the kingdom, but for now he's satisfied.
* Your mileage may vary on the movie itself, but the soundtrack by Richard Stone, Steven Bernstein, Julie Bernstein, Gordon Goodwin and Tim Kelly [[SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic clearly had a lot of work put into it.]] Doubly awesome considering that longtime series composer Richard Stone was dangerously ill with pancreatic cancer that ended up killing him in 2001, but nonetheless continued work on this movie and lived long enough to see it finished. HandicappedBadass or what?
