!!The film
* The beginning of Oskar's HeelFaceTurn after the one-armed man he just hired is killed.
-->'''Schindler:''' [[MeaningfulEcho He was a metal-press operator. Quite skilled]].
* When Schindler convinces the head and guards of Auschwitz, first by bribes, to let the women who accidentally got sent there free as well. Then he convinces the guards to let the children go by saying that their smaller hands are needed to polish the inside of shells. The kids never end up doing that, and the factory becomes "a model of non-production" (as stated in the on-screen text) for the seven months of its operation.
* Itzhak getting the Jewish workers jobs in the factory before they can be marked nonessential at the beginning of the film. He's clearly determined to rescue as many of his people as he can.
** Itzhak in general is just one big (albeit understated) moment of awesome. He faces every awful thing that happens to him with absolute dignity, and is basically the unsung hero of the film, as it's doubtful Schindler would have been able to save so many lives or grow as a person without him.
* When the Brinnlitz factory starts up, Schindler calmly tells the SS guards that if they shoot any of his workers without a good reason, they will go to prison and he will collect compensation from the government. He then forbids the guards from entering the factory without his permission, and brings out cases of liquor to secure their cooperation.
** This actually happened; the real Schindler did keep the guards supplied with good food and alcohol as an incentive to leave the workers alone. They were fine with it, since any other assignment at this juncture of the war would've resulted in almost certain death. Very few German men from barely teens to middle-aged survived the war.
* At sundown on Friday, Schindler reminds a rabbi in the Brinnlitz factory that he should be preparing for the Sabbath -- and then offers to let the rabbi use some wine he keeps in his office. The rabbi recites the prayers loud enough for every guard in the facility to hear, but suffers no negative repercussions whatsoever.
* The ending, where Schindler is going over how to deal with releasing the Jews he has saved, and he talks to the guards.
-->'''Oskar Schindler:''' I know you have received orders from our commandant, which he has received from his superiors, to dispose of the population of this camp. Now would be the time to do it. Here they are; they're all here. This is your opportunity. Or, you could leave, and return to your families as men instead of murderers.\\
''([[WhatYouAreInTheDark The guards slowly leave]].)''
** Attentive viewers will notice that Schindler never said that the workers were UNARMED. If you've read the book, you'd know about the weapons Schindler prepared for his workers in case they needed to defend themselves.
** Watch the scene closely as the guards leave; Stern looks at Schindler almost in awe, ''Schindler winks back.''
* A brief moment in the epilogue: Amon Göth [[KarmicDeath being hanged by the Polish army]]. While he [[FaceDeathWithDignity has a stoic face throughout]] and even [[DoNotGoGentle says "Heil Hitler" as his last words]]. However, his death is [[UndignifiedDeath not as dignifying]] as he might have wanted, as the executioners have to deliver several kicks to the chair he is standing on before it finally gives way.
** Just the fact that this thing masquerading as a human being gets hanged like a piece of meat [[DyingAlone at an execution attended by practically no one]].
* The whole operation Schindler pulls off in rescuing his workers, both in the movie and in real life.
* During the Krakow liquidation, one man attempts to physically restrain a German soldier from shooting a fleeing boy. It's all for naught, but gotta give the guy points for trying to put up a fight.
* The scene of the list being typed, intercut with Schindler badgering his various colleagues to chip in, either with money or just by doing the same thing he is doing.
* Stern's mild speech to Schindler where he makes clear his belief that no, Goth is not a PunchClockVillain.
* While most to all of them ultimately don't make it, it's impressive seeing some of the various hiding places of the Jews who hide when the ghetto is liquidated (inside a piano, strapped to the bottom of a bed, under the floorboards etc.)
* Poldek managing to survive the ghetto liquidation by turning around when his tunnel escape is ruined and then pretending to clear the roads for the Germans so they'll overlook him.
