* The Pokemon themed boat race at the beginning that Misty wins was pretty cool.
* When Misty and Brock's Pokemon rescue Ash, Pikachu, and Latias from the [[OurZombiesAreDifferent Zombie Kabutops]], and before that where Latias is towing Ash on one of the racing pods from the beginning of the movie with Aerodactyl hot on their heels.
* Latios and Latias, in the climax, destroy the wave that is attempting to destroy Alto Mare with a combined Luster Purge and Mist Ball, and it is ridiculously awesome. For Latios, this is also a DyingMomentOfAwesome: with his wounds, it's pretty clear he knew how it was going to end. He even dies with a smile.
* Just about any-time Annie and Oakley get to show off their gadgets and LeParkour, particularly their opening robbery.
