* This [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJA495w41Ks scene]]:
-->'''Xion:''' [[SuicideByCop Don't hold back, Axel. Promise?]]\\
'''Axel:''' [[WhatTheHellHero ...WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM?! You both... think you can do whatever you want... well, I'm sick of it.]] [[ThePowerOfFriendship Go on, you just keep running! But I'll always be there to bring you BACK!]]
** Once again, Creator/QuintonFlynn shows how awesome he is. Do Disney and Square Enix get a Moment of Awesome for picking Flynn as Axel's voice actor?
** It's even better when you realize at this point, Xion had inadvertently taken on half of Roxas's strength in addition to her own. Axel goes up against her one-on-one, and when we see them again, he's won - Xion's unconscious, and Axel ''is at his utter limit, but he won.''
* Opening to the ''Believe'' mission, which lets you ''play out'' Deep Dive, by giving you the control of a vastly powered up dual-wielding Roxas, who can pretty much OneHitKill everything. [[DoomedByCanon You still know how it is going to end...]] but you play it anyway, determined to take down the Organization all by yourself. "Believe" indeed.
** Roxas deciding to fight the Organization by himself earns another one. These are the guys that give ''Sora'' trouble, and Roxas goes to fight them without anything more than two Keyblades.
--->'''Roxas:''' ''I am DONE WITH THIS.''
* The escape from the Castle That Never Was is pretty awesome too, in which a ''weakened'' Roxas takes down Saix, one of the stronger members of the Organization, who spent the whole game up to that point [[KickTheDog kicking Roxas and Xion]], seemingly without breaking a sweat.
-->'''Saix:''' [[ResignationsNotAccepted We don't accept resignations]].\\
'''Roxas:''' I've got nothing to say to you.\\
'''Saix:''' Then let's keep this short and sweet.
* Finding out that [[HeroOfAnotherStory Roxas, a side character defeated]] a OneWingedAngel-ed up EldritchAbomination while [[TheHero Sora]] was [[TenMinuteRetirement out of commission]]. It also helps that the entire mission, and the cutscenes surrounding it, were one big TearJerker.
* A stealth one for Xion: despite having been specifically created to be a puppet for the organization, she singlehandedly does more damage to the Organization's plans than just about any individual character outside of Sora and Riku. She manages to uncover the truth of her origin from Castle Oblivion, escapes from The World That Never Was MULTIPLE times, makes contact with Namine, the most important person to waking up Sora, and even when captured a final time and seemingly rewritten, remains in control enough to [[SuicideByCop get Roxas to kill her]], ensuring that She won't accidentally drain his life force away, give him a reason to fight back against the organization, and make it possible to wake Sora up. The character most important to gridlocking a major part of Xehanort's plans not only did so from within, but seemingly wouldn't even be remembered for it.
* Beast's one-man-war against the heartless trying to invade his castle is mostly an OffscreenMomentOfAwesome, but he does have one good moment partway through the game. After Roxas and Xion accomplish their objective of defeating a Neoshadow in Beast's Castle, two more pop up right behind them... which are promptly ripped to shreads in [[OneHitKill one shot each]] by The Beast [[BigDamnHeroes flying in out of nowhere]].
* Then there's the next story mission taking place in Beast's Castle. Roxas hands Xion his keyblade, which also doubles as a SugarWiki/{{Heartwarming Moment|s}}, and decides to improvise by fighting using a stick, which he then proceeds to '''beat the living hell out of the Heartless with'''... '''a''' '''''stick!''''' For context, Sora in [=KH1=] tries twice to defeat Heartless with a Wooden Toy Sword, and only on the second attempt is he powerful enough to even scratch them and thus has to rely upon the Beast to make it out alive. Roxas defeats several dozen Heartless with an ordinary stick with hardly any more effort than it would have taken him using a keyblade.
** And keep in mind that the main target of this mission has the ability to inflict Silence, which prevents you from using magic. In KH1, this was the only way Sora was able to damage heartless while using the wooden sword. Roxas just defeated an enemy with minimal trouble that would have been [[ThatOneBoss That One Boss]] at BEST for Sora.
* From the manga is when Xigbar, Xaldin, Demyx and Luxord join Roxas and Axel in confronting Riku in Twilight Town. That's right... a ''six-on-one'' battle against a blindfolded imposter. Despite being outnumbered and handicapped, Riku escapes by tricking his opponents into attacking each other in a comical matter.
** More awesome if you remember that all of them apart from [[FakeDifficulty Luxord]] are considered ThatOneBoss in the games. Riku just figured out how to easily incapacitate them and avoid the difficulty that Sora would go through when he wakes up.
** And earlier, we see that Demyx was beaten by Riku in an OffscreenMomentOfAwesome for the latter. Demyx is infamous for his water clones. Somehow, Riku was able to beat Demyx and the water clones, while ''blindfolded'', to the point where Xigbar calls him "weak", showing how much of a threat Organization XIII considers him.
* The 1.03 patch of ''[[VideoGameRemake 1.5+2.5]] [[CompilationRerelease HD ReMix]]'' adds a brand new cinematic for the ''358/2 Days'' cutscene collection: A remake of the semi-final boss fight against Xion's OneWingedAngel form. As a last hurrah with the old graphics engine and style used for almost every ''Kingdom Hearts'' game until ''VideoGame/KingdomHearts02BirthBySleepAFragmentaryPassage'' and ''VideoGame/KingdomHeartsIII'', the battle is well choreographed, complete with SugarWiki/VisualEffectsOfAwesome for Xion's [[EnergyWeapon Frickin' Laser Beams]] and [[LimitBreak Trinity Limit]], and [[NotQuiteFlight supergliding]]!
** Everglow's [[https://youtu.be/mpDIk3bFLVc?t=155 take of this battle]] for his "Kingdom Hearts Timeline" series, splicing together the 1.5+2.5 HD [=ReMix=] and upscaled DS versions of the battle, with a [=KH2-style=] HUD manually edited in on top of this, turning portions of the HD Remix's version of the battle into faux Reaction Commands. Including the final blow, the information bar saying [[TearJerker "Finish her!"]]
* The final battle of Roxas VS Riku. [[GodzillaThreshold This is what forced Riku into]] [[ShapeshifterModeLock tapping into the powers of the fragment of Ansem within.]]
** Right before the battle, wielding Oathkeeper and Oblivion, mowing down Neoshadows in two hits at most.
** Everglow's [[https://youtu.be/mpDIk3bFLVc?t=1185 recreation of this battle]], using a combination of the cutscenes in 1.5 and an extensive amount of Kingdom Hearts 2 modding. And, just like his take on the Final Xion battle, lots of audiovisual editing, including the same extensive HUD editing and adding in weather sounds such as a thunderclap when Roxas casts Thunder.
*** Furthermore, [[https://youtu.be/mpDIk3bFLVc?t=965 the lead-up to the battle]], adding in footage of Another Side, Another Story, and the opening of Dream Drop Distance.
* The way in which Riku confirms that yes, Roxas is Sora's Nobody.
-->'''Riku:''' ...Come on Sora, I thought you were stronger than that.\\
'''Roxas:''' ...Get real, look which one of us is winning. \\
'''Riku:''' ...So it's true, you really are his Nobody. Guess [=DiZ=] was right after all.\\
