* Miku's awesome driving skills in "Urbandonment" where she doesn't let a little thing like the end of the road slow her down.
* All of "World's End Dance Hall", but especially the Chance Time bonus event wherein Miku and Luka exit the stage by standing atop flying dragons.
* With "World Is Mine" on Project Mirai, Miku is stood in a heavily curtained room based on the song cover, instead of the iconic well-lit stage area. Near the end of the video, you suddenly see the floor sliding away, the curtains pulling up and away, and then a cross-shaped platform appears out of the floor, revealing she's been in the Project Diva stage area all along!
* The climax of "Tengaku" wherein Rin is still shredding on her guitar and singing despite the fact that the entire room [[TrashTheSet she's in is on fire and burning down around her.]]
* Getting the Chance Time bonus in "Senbonzakura" in F treats the player with the only opportunity in the game to see all six Vocaloids dancing together.
** In ''F 2nd'' though, all 6 are also dancing together from halfway through "Decorator", in a huge concert hall in SPAAAACE!
* ''Project DIVA F'' getting announced for localisation at ''all'' is a moment of awesome in itself.
* In Black Rock Shooter, there's Insane Black Rock Shooter's cameo, and there's Miku actually surviving a confrontation with her.
* Just getting perfect on any song in project diva F on hard or extreme is [[NintendoHard no easy task,]] but doing so on every hard or extreme song, like [[https://www.youtube.com/user/AureoluxHD this wonderful man]], automatically merits itself as a CMOA due to the sheer amounts of practice, patience, and satisfaction involved.
** Of course, because of Edit mode's independence, some edits made it 400% harder than the official ones. Take a look at [[https://www.youtube.com/user/hisokeee/ this person]], [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CG3N6G94sg8 making a final boss song a walk-in-the-park]].
* What better way to build up hype for ''Project Diva F'' in Japan than to debut the music video for "The MMORPG Addict's Anthem" in ''VideoGame/PhantasyStarOnline2''? Said music video also ''takes place'' in [=PSO2=], with Miku dressed as a character in-game!
** Even better, the cross-collaboration with ''Project Diva F'' means that one of the costumes in ''F'' and ''F 2nd'' is that same costume, and the entire stage area for [=PSO2=] is in Edit Mode for both games.[[note]]Both Project Diva games came west. Phantasy Star Online 2 hasn't come until Spring 2020.[[/note]]
* Around the same time as ''Project Diva F'' came out in English, people like [[https://www.youtube.com/user/metragoon this user]] have taken the new English voice bank that was released around the same time, and have made fully English versions of many of the songs without changing the tempo or melody, and with some of the songs, it is both a SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome and a SugarWiki/{{Heartwarming Moment|s}} when you can, finally, understand what she was really singing...
** Only for SEGA to pre-empt every single fan-translator and announce full english lyrics for most of the Project Diva F 2nd and X songs.
*** For Project Diva X, with the one song that didn't get translated lyrics, they did something which was revolutionary, considering the game's western QuirkyWork status in the past... ''Sharing The World'' didn't need them to translate the lyrics, since it was ALREADY IN English!
* The demo of ''Project Diva F 2nd'', as well as having all the modules for the three songs it includes unlocked automatically, and the Help/Challenge items being free.
** This was trumped by ''Project Diva X'', which has an unknown number of modules and items... since it also demonstrates the new unlock system in full, being the first Project Diva demo to retain needing to unlock modules.
* After the great sales of ''Project Diva F'' in English, people were expecting a future announcement of the English release of ''Project Diva F 2nd''... for the announcement to come less than 24 hours before the game was to be released in Japan, and the release date to be only a few months away, and be, identical to the Japanese release, a simultaneous [=PS3=] and Vita release.
** A trailer released shortly after E3 2014 begins with the expected phonetic translations that Project Diva F was well known for. Less than a minute into the trailer, the subtitles change into near-perfect English, for SEGA to reveal that a new option allows for the standard "translation" or brand new fully English subtitles.[[note]]Also done for Project Diva X, but not for Mirai or Future Tone[[/note]]
*** These subtitles are made even more awesome by who worked on them. SEGA, Crypton and the composers of the original songs themselves. This means several classic Project Diva songs now have definitive translations for the world.
** During the Project DIVA series' 5th anniversary talk show, a new ''Project mirai'' title for 3DS is actually being released exclusively to Asia and Western countries in 2015. It's now awesome that English-speakers can finally get the chance to sing-along with the chibis![[note]]Subverted slightly by Japan getting a version, but the fact it got an english release at all is the Crowing Moment.[[/note]]
** SEGA's biggest 'San-Kyu' is in the DLC plans for F 2nd. There's around 30 costumes and 5 songs announced as of the release in the West. SEGA outright confirmed all of them for the western release, plus any other costume or song coming out ''AFTER'' it's released!
*** This was illustrated in a wonderful way with their first two post-launch DLC packs. The first pack was the Christmas costume pack which had only just been released at the same time as the English localization, and the second includes 'Look This Way, Baby' several weeks early.
** Future Tone's DLC plans, overall, are a massive 'San-Kyu' anyway, with each one being a roll-up of the content added to the original arcade version, with all of the content released over the period of several months in a single release, released every couple of months in Japan, and monthly in America and Europe, mirroring how Future Tone itself releases songs.[[note]] Some months have songs, while others only have one or more modules.[[/note]]
*** Pack 1 consisted of February 2016 to May 2016, and was released in September 2016 in Japan, and globally in February 2017.
*** Pack 2 consisted of June 2016 to October 2016, [[note]]One module released in June was released with the game, as part of cross-promotion.[[/note]] and was released December 2016 in Japan, and March 2017 in America and Europe.
*** Pack 3 consisted of September 2016 to February 2017, and was released March 2017 in Japan, and globally in April 2017.[[note]]This includes the Snow Miku 2017 module, which, to date, hasn't been added to Project Diva X[[/note]]
* The first song in 'Project Diva F 2nd' is Melt, originally from ''Project Diva 1'' with a completely different PV. The new PV is a three-dancer PV, with the epicness be that it's a PV that fans would do themselves if they could have... Hatsune Miku's original Vocaloid 2 design, her futuristic Append design AND Hatsune Miku's new Vocaloid 3 design all appearing in the same song, and the F 2nd costume unlocked being Hatsune Miku V3. Yes, ''Project Diva F 2nd'' BEGINS with a PV that shows, through the years, It's still Miku every time.
** The Chance Time bonus event for ''Melt'' even warps away from the PV, where Miku is dancing in her new Vocaloid 3 redesign... to show Miku in her original Hatsune Miku design, and behind her is [[ShoutOut the menu background of the game this song first featured in]].
* When Project Diva F 2nd was released for early review, it was found out that 'most of' the songs... is all but ONE song, [[note]]Kagerou Daze, due to licensing and content issues[[/note]] and that the Japanese cloud saves are able to be turned into English saves through a simple process.
* Wintry Winds in ''F 2nd'' is awesome not because of heavy action or one of the characters being a badass, but because Kaito and Meiko's duet and graceful moves harmonize so well and both the song and PV perfectly capture the traditional beauty that makes one respect Japanese culture and traditions.
* Most of the returning songs in ''F 2nd'' got updated videos but special mention goes to [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TqYo47ruevU "magnet"]]. The change in lighting (which ups the forbidden romance aspect), Luka and Miku physically touching each other (complete with IntertwinedFingers), and the butterflies in the Chance Time bonus event made the classic even better! Kudos to the development team.
* "Gigantic Girl" in ''2nd''. Miku vs. Godzilla and Miku ''wins''!
* Several of the returning songs for Project Diva X originally sounded very poorly mixed, due to the limitations of Miku's original voice bank. They remastered them to bring them into line with the rest of the songs using Miku's most recent voicebank, and they sound miles better than originally.
* One song, verging on a SugarWiki/{{Heartwarming Moment|s}} is with ''Sharing The World'', since it has a unique standing compared to almost every single other song in that it's the only song in the entire series that only has the ENGLISH lyrics!
* Succeed in Chance Time on the ''F 2nd'' version of "Rolling Girl". The result adds ''that'' much more emotion to an already-powerful song.
* The Story Mode of ''Diva X'' begins with Miku being the only one still capable of singing and the Classic Cloud can only be completed with her. Upon clearing all of the initial songs the first Main Event opens up, which is a medley of OSTER Project songs. In the PV, as the medley progresses, all of Rin/Len, Luka, and MEIKO/KAITO each join in with each new song leading up to all of them getting their abilities back and finishing together. BackFromTheBrink indeed!
* ''Mega Mix'' gets one just by having [=PlayStation=] button icons as an option ''on a Nintendo console!''
* ''Project Diva: Mega Mix+'' has two major awesome aspects, being the ''first'' official Project Diva game on Windows, and, including DLC, has almost every single song from Future Tone, including at least one originally ''cut'' from Future Tone.
** And Sega has promised the extra songs will be added to Switch, allowing Switch owners to have the full Arcade experience on a handheld.
