* The entire tribe fighting off Macavity after Munkustrap and Alonzo are defeated. Even [[TeamMom Jellylorum and Jennyanydots]] take a swing at him!
* Mr. Mistoffelees returning Old Deuteronomy to the tribe.
** During his dance routine, Mr. Mistoffolees shooting lightning from his finger- er, claw-tips, has to count as SugarWiki/VisualEffectsOfAwesome, especially if performed live on stage.
* Demeter full body tackling Macavity, who is heavily implied to have abused her and of whom she is immensely afraid, for the sake of the Jellicles.
* The costumes are stunning and very elaborate. The actors are obviously still human, but as catlike as they could be.
* One smaller, local production created the character of the Jellicle Guard for a longtime member of the company who had received a leg injury late into rehearsal and rather than replace him completely for a dance-heavy role, they created this character, whose limp made him seem like a battle-hardened veteran, who does what usually takes the entire Jellicle clowder: defeat Macavity all by himself.
* The entirety of "Skimbleshanks" is often considered to be one of the best (albeit few as they are) parts of the movie. Steven McRae is not a trained singer, however, that can be easily overlooked due to his amazing tap dancing skills that carry the entirety of the number. The original song didn't even HAVE tap-dancing, it was incorporated solely for the movie, which many feel is better than the **original**.
