Do We Have This?

Character is on the lam or has been set up by a Big Brother government. He goes someplace -- a bank, a gas station, a post office -- and while he's buying his sundries or otherwise taking care of business, he notices a wanted poster with his face on it, or worse yet, sees on a TV in the background a story about his being wanted. He immediately starts acting differently, perhaps becoming boisterous to distract attention from the report, perhaps mussing his hair up, putting on a hat and sunglasses, and shrugging into his jacket.

Definitely seen this in Enemy of the State.

We have Wanted Poster. I don't think we need this more specific trope.

Adjusted to make it clear that this is not just about the Wanted Poster, but about the change in behavior when one learns one is wanted, on TV, on the radio, overhearing a conversation, etc.
