The walk is pretty distinctive: a kind of bouncing with smiling face that seems designed to accentuate any jiggling that may occur. Usually accompanied by hands raised to shoulder height.
The most recent example I can think of is in A Very Harold and Kumar 3D Christmas. Harold's wife thinks she sees Harold in line at "Midnight Mass", she puts on a smile, hikes up her bustier, and starts tottering over to him, sort of bouncing on the balls of her feet, walking with maximum jiggle potential.
I've seen this before in a number of places. Not sure if this is really a trope or just a stereotypical stage/film acting pose/action. Kind of like standing with your hands on your hips when you are indignant with someone else on camera.
