Usually being Cursed With Awesome makes you, well, awesome. However, some people are just so snot-nosedly uncool no amount of undeath, lycanthropy, cyborg implants or what have you can turn them into suave, tormented and edgy characters.

Kind of like a Law of Conservation of Butt Monkey status. This is usually played for outright or macabre laughs. The end result is usually a Smug Super with an overinflated ego and a case of Transhuman Treachery. Expect the Comic Relief to take them down most satisfyingly, and/or forcing them to help talk about the Big Bad's plan.
