No, Stoic, Tin Man, etc are only people who don't show emotions.

Practically,I want a trope to describe beings like nobodies(through there are other examples like these emotionless people whose technical name I forget at dragon age)

Oh, I guess I should add <<he might act like a truly emotionless, but in fact he is a tin man>>to the description. The two tropes are not mutually exclusive.

In this trope, do those who are 'Truly Emotionless' completely incapable of having emotions at all?

So should this be reserved for those for whom emotionlessness is not an Informed Ability? Because that's what I think Tin Man is (when it is).

Yes,for those that it is not an informed ability,it is for those that develop emotions but lack them in the beggining and for those that lack certain emotions(i.e.someone who is not abysmally calm, but lacks anger altogether). Some people might actually be tin men who seem to lack them, however.

Transformers Animated has Autobot Council member Perceptor, who is so obsessed with efficiency that he personally deleted all of his emotions just to make more room for everything else.

In Doctor Who when people are transformed into Cybermen all their emotions are removed. Occasionally this goes wrong, and the Cyberman in question Goes Mad From The Revelation of what's been done to him. The Doctor as also commented that the Daleks only have one emotion: hate. (That is may be just his opinion though, rather than an in universe fact.)

    • The Tranquil in the Dragon Age series are mages who have been magically lobotomized to prevent Demonic Possession. The demons in this universe are attracted to emotions, so the Tranquil are effectively invisible to them.
