An Bad Guy has a plan... maybe it's The Final Solution, maybe not, but a common euphemismistic name for the plan is something including the word 'solution' - a clear reference to the Nazi Final Solution, intentional or not, and a great way to make the plan seem incredibly sinister even before we know what it is.

Right now I can only think of one example, but I'm sure I've seen it loads of times... just can't remember where.
