The portrayal of plastic surgery in fiction as perfect.

Needs a better name.

In Real Life people who get plastic surgery, let's just say tend not to look the same way as in fiction. In fiction they tend to look like they never had plastic surgery at all. Sometimes they look like a completely different person all together.

I know, the description sucks eggs. I couldn't really think of how to put it. Anyway, I have two examples.

    Moe from the Simpsons.

The other one, I don't know the name of the show but I think the character was named Hae In.

Family Guy in one episode Peter gets surgery and turns into Mr Fanservice. Everyone is surprised.

The name isn't catchy, but it isn't bad per se.

Why not start off with something like: "Plastic surgery can be risky Irl... And then explain how it is presented in fiction.

^ So it is. Thanks Paradissnake! I'll add my Moe example and try to find who Hae In is. (If that's even her name)
