Rename The Umbridge?

Pros: The name is unintuitive if you aren't familiar with the Harry Potter stories, and even if you are familiar, there is a chance that the name alone will remind people to another aspect of the character.

Facts: On a full check of the main page, there was around 40% misuse, usually referring to sadistic authority figures (which Umbridge in Harry Potter herself is) instead of characters who have came into power and make lots of changes.

Cons: The Harry Potter franchise is so popular that a sufficiently large number of tropers are expected to be familiar with the character and know what she is famous about.
