5	** After beating the boss of Florida, the cyborg scientist alligator, he becomes a bag. Also, the boss of the Chicago stage, a shotgun-toting mobster dog who wears a coat lined with knives, ends up getting smashed into one of the casks of wine in the background of the area you fight him in.
6	** The Ghost Buffalo, a giant monster made out of animated household objects and arguably one of the toughest bosses of the game, lets out a cartoony yelp every time it gets knocked down.
7	** The baseball bats holding baseball bats. While that alone is funny, they have a moment where a wave of them are preparing to strike... and dynamite blows them all up.
8	** The Windy Plane bawling when it's about to be beaten.
9	** When some enemies die, classical music plays.
10	* GameBreaker: The special combo attacks that the playable characters can use either via Street Fighter-esque button combinations, or by grabbing an enemy and hitting both the attack and jump buttons at the same time. They have massive priority (which means that enemy attacks won't stop them from being performed) and do tons of damage, enough to demolish bosses with only a few uses. Ryno/Green and Roger/Yellow, in particular, have access to the Inazuma Kick, the Dive Kick and the Foil Buster, respectively. Inazuma Kick is an attack that not only hits knocked down opponents, most of the time it can be used several times in a row, and dive kick (Attack + Jump during a jump, then Up, Down, Jump) covers the bases when Inazuma Kick fails. Meet Twinbats Ryno, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fvh0hYFzMro a ninja who could conquer the world with his Inazuma kick alone!]] Roger's Foil Buster (360º + Jump) works as both an effective attack on its own AND as a combo finisher. 12	** The submarine enemies with drill things on their heads and their pink electric variant. They have an rapid-hitting attack that is just slightly longer than your range, and tend to swarm you all over. Plus, the noise their rapid attack makes if it connects is very annoying.
13	** The bombs that can latch on you. They can die to any attack, but [[GlassCannon their explosions hurt]], and you will be distracted by them while stronger enemies try to kill you.

This makes it a lot easier to hide from it when it's attacking.
18	* VindicatedByHistory: Thanks to increased media exposure over the years as well as UsefulNotes/{{MAME}}, the game gained more popularity than the arcade game's initial release.
