* BileFascination: The reason many people even checked out the show was just to see how bad it was. Some things, like the poor (even for the time) animation and the theme song that goes on for far too long needing to describe every detail, really need to be seen to be believed. Coupled with the bad plot, strange lessons, and weird characters, many weren't disappointed.
* FridgeLogic:
** In "Defeated Graffiti," Stanley needs quarters to call the police even though emergency numbers are free.
** Gramps was the previous user of the magic shoes, but he needs to find a successor due to becoming too old. However, the theme says "Gramps and his ''granddaughter''," meaning that he already had a son or daughter, but we're never shown his child, only his grandkid. The show never addresses the fact that Gramps had either a kid or an in-law who could possibly become his successor. This would not be so noticeable were it not implied in the theme song.
*** One episode does have a ''very'' brief mention from Gramps that Jody doesn't have parents, so either her parents are dead or she's not his biological grandchild. However, there is no further clarification, and Stanley apparently never thinks to ask.
** Jody went with her grandfather to find Soulman's successor. She knows Stanley, and she knows Hammerman, and she knows about the magical shoes that gave her grandfather his powers, but she doesn't know Stanley is Hammerman.
* MemeticMutation:
** The show's extremely cheap animation, which is very stiff and unmoving, is always brought up in any discussion of the show.
** It's become a meme to describe a long and boring story in the same style as [[ExpositoryThemeTune the show's theme song]], which goes on for an extremely long time and feels the need to describe every little mundane detail about Hammerman's origin story.
* SoBadItsGood:
** The theme song.
** The show itself, from the choppy animation to the cheesy raps and lines.
* SpecialEffectFailure: Almost the entire show consists of this, like the extremely low number of frames per second or its editing errors.
** A major one is in the opening credits, where Hammerman's model doesn't go all the way off the screen.
* SuspiciouslySimilarSong: The theme song is reminiscent of Hammer's own "U Can't Touch This".
