* SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic: Some of the songs are really quite awesome.
* CrossesTheLineTwice: well...
--> '''Creator/CharlieSheen''': Creator/CharlieSheen fucked a [[DisposableSexWorker dead hooker.]]\
(later)\
'''Greg''': "[[RefugeInAudacity ...and the best thing about dead hookers is, you don't have to pay them afterwards!]]"
* CultClassic: Ratings for the show were nothing to write home about, but it's still fondly remembered by some loyal [[FanCommunityNickname Whosers]] as a refreshing variation on the ''Series/WhoseLineIsItAnyway'' formula. It introduced the fandom to the crazy antics of Jonathan Mangum, and the wit and professionalism of Heather Anne Campbell. Plus, it only cemented Jeff Davis' following.
* EnsembleDarkHorse: Heather Anne Campbell. Not many ''Whose Line'' fans knew who she was, but she debuted in episode 5 and nailed it, to the point that most of the fans agree that she's one of the best female performers to date in the greater ''Whose Line'' canon. Sure enough, she's in the 2013 revival of ''Whose Line,'' if not quite as prominently edited (courtesy of the dreaded fourth-seater edit on that show).
* GeniusBonus: Probably unintentional, but Ryan's idea of a cyclops having given up its other eye to become a cyclops does fit with one of the traditional origin stories for the cyclops - or maybe he watched ''Film/{{Krull}}''.
* HarsherInHindsight: A mild one during the "Surprise Birthday Party" ''Sound Effects'', where Ryan claims to be using a saber to slaughter a pig, leading to his voice guy letting out a {{Kiai}}. "I threw my back out!" Ryan's genuine back problem goes back to ''Series/WhoseLineIsItAnyway''... although it was played for laughs then as well.
* HilariousInHindsight:
** Apparently Ryan's regular use of the name "Gary" [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HM2k_eUWDPg summoned an actual Gary.]]
** The combination of Drew's weight loss and Greg's weight gain has caused them to resemble each other even more, a fact that has been lampshaded a few times.
** Heather Anne going by the name "Genevieve" in that infamous "Question This" game where Chip played host. Chip actually used that name on "Let's Make a Date" one time on ''Whose line''.
** Jokes about Chip's characters drinking (in the intro to "Flap My Jack", among others) can elicit a giggle from fans of ''Series/{{Nashville}}'', where his character Deacon was TheAlcoholic on and off.
** One soap opera scenario with Jeff paired with newcomer Heather Anne Campbell immediately went in an adulterous direction, with Jeff saying "it was with my best friend... and ''she'' hasn't been the same since." Heather Anne came out as lesbian some years later.
* HoYay: Wouldn't be a ''Whose Line'' type show without it!
** In Jeff's words, "We've all worked together for a long time, so we all have really great chemistry with each other."
* TheyChangedItNowItSucks: The new set, the new rules for certain games, the omission of others, the loss of the game show format... Basically everything that got lost in the shuffle between ''Whose Line'' and here. Even Jeff Davis' new modern hairstyle has drawn some hate.
