Two, her injury is not one that would give her something like bad hair or horrible eyes; three, that she is actually attractive could reflect on the arc's lesson on how greed for beauty and not feeling enough could leave someone feeling ugly, even if they are genuinely attractive; fourth, she dies shortly of a parasite, and it is revealed by Jizabel that he didn't put the parasite in Marywether after all, hence it was put into the villainess. Since it was said that the parasite makes women conventionally prettier before it kills them, it would make sense that she is pretty.]] |

It's even mentioned that he and Cain met when they were younger and played music together. Owl seems to have a twisted view of the world, relishing in seeing the world ending, but would rather be an observer than an instigator. And [[spoiler: after Alexis dies and]] the end of the world is once again put on hold, Owl waits for the next person to come along who will fulfill the role. He sounds interesting and as if his character could be made much more, maybe even a protagonist of his own story, but he disappears in the final chapter. |
