* {{Narm}}:
** "Thank you for the important thing!" (Some versions have corrected this to "Thank you for helping us!", but both versions have her say it in a close-up image with the letters appearing very slowly above her)
** In the arcade and Genesis versions, Balrog's evil speech is pretty typical about how he'll rule the world alone and kill you. In the [=TurboGrafx-16=] port as the first localization project of Creator/WorkingDesigns, he randomly namedrops and believes himself to be quoting ''Creator/CarlSagan'' during this speech and makes a ShowdownAtHighNoon joke to boot.
* PolishedPort: Despite the lack of saving or continues, the [=TurboGrafx-16=] port rebalances the game and adjusts level layouts to be better suited for a home console and at least a bit more fair overall if still NintendoHard. It's also surprisingly minimal on compromises besides the obvious graphical changes, having all four character classes and no content cuts as well as keeping the cutscene presentation that the Genesis version lost. Some consider it a better way to play Cadash compared to the arcade as a result.
* PortingDisaster:
** As an arcade game, it was designed to be particularly difficult to complete without continues, forcing the players to insert additional coins. The Genesis and [=TurboGrafx-16=] versions do not allow you to continue (unless you know the codes), and do not make the game any easier to compensate.
** The Genesis version also removes two character classes, leaving only the Fighter and Mage. (Note that the two removed classes are also considered the better classes, adding another layer to the difficulty)
