2** Soldiers. Good god, soldiers.

5** There is an event in which a fire may burn down one of your civilization's huts, wasting all the wood you used to build it and reducing your population cap until you rebuild it. For an unlucky player, this event may happen multiple times within the span of minutes.
6** Plagues. As soon as you have ''any'' medicine stockpiled and enough villagers, you might get an event where a plague hits your village. Unless you have five or more medicine (in which case you expend five and lose between five to ten villagers), ''the entire village'' dies. Again, the unlucky might see this happen repeatedly within minutes.
7** If you are defeated on a journey you lose all items you found ortook with you. Including expensive weapons and medicine.
8** Having any functioning weapon denies you your punch attack. This can be a drawback if you purposely trained to become an unarmed master. You have to avoid picking up ''any'' weapon especially in hard areas inside the ship, where the security automatons tear you to bits in no time if you don't rapid-punch them into debris.
9* ThatOneLevel: Any part of the Ravaged Battleship - the automated security is still active and will rip you to shreds in no time. What's worse, if you die to a single enemy, not only you have to start all over again but also lose everything you found and all the items you equipped yourself with.
