''Wheel Squad'' is a '''really''' obscure French cartoon series focused on a group of youngsters who race on wheels. Mostly roller skates, albeit one of them isn't quite good on them. Their regular enemies are a bunch of juvenile delinquents and a white-collar criminal.
----
!!Wheel Squad contains examples of the following tropes:

* AdultsAreUseless: Averted in "Hands Off My Brother". When the wheels failed to discourage the Snakes from bullying small children into stealing stuff for them, the wheels called for adult help and the adults did make it stop.
* AlliterativeName: Samir Souab and George Grunt.
%% * CaughtOnTape: Akim and Johnny. It was a doctored tape.
%% * ChineseLaunderer: Mr. Shiba, albeit he doesn't show the typical stereotypes. He once [[AllChinesePeopleKnowKungFu taught martial arts]] on the sice.
* CommunityThreateningConstruction: In "Stay on Track", Enzo intends to build a tunnel that'll grant people easier access to World Mart. Unfortunately, the construction work is causing earthquakes at the community where the heroes live.
%%* CoolOldLady: Mrs. Rosaly
%%* CorruptCorporateExecutive: Enzo
* CryingWolf: The Wheel Squad made up a story about dinosaurs to stop the making of a tunnel because the works were threatening to destroy the neighborhood but were caught. Later on, they found out the remains of an Ancient Roman bath house and Enzo, who was behind the idea of making the tunnel, told them nobody would believe them. Fortunately, he was wrong.
* DisappearedDad:
** Jessica's father, who appeared in only one episode. He's working in England, which explains his absence.
** Emilie's birth father, whose absence has never been explained. Fortunately, Mr. Rotter is happy to fill in.
%%* GoNagaiSideburns: Akim
%%* GrumpyOldMan: Mr. Grunt
%%* HappilyAdopted: Emilie by her stepfather.
* HeelFaceTurn: Ruined with the Snakes when somebody [[NiceJobBreakingItHero accused them of a crime they didn't commit]], prompting them to restore the {{status quo|IsGod}}.
* LandmarkDeclarationGambit: In "Stay on Track", The Wheel Squad fakes evidence of dinosaurs to prevent Enzo from developing a tunnel because the construction was causing earthquakes. They're soon discovered but later find out ruins of an ancient Roman bath house.
%% * LittleOldLadyInvestigates: Elderly actress Rosaly did this in one episode.
%%* LongHairIsFeminine: Inverted with Jessica and Emilie.
%%* MassiveNumberedSiblings: Akim and his several siblings.
%%* MeaningfulName: Enzo's henchmen Hool and Igan.
%% * ObliviousToLove: Akim to Jessica's feelings.
* OneOfTheBoys: Jessica. And she wasn't aware of how boyish she was until she entered a figure skating contest and her adversaries said she had no chances because she wasn't feminine. When her friends wouldn't tell her she was feminine, she asked for the opinion of her mother, who delivered the killing blow by ranting that she can't be expected to be considered feminine given how she usually acts and dresses like a boy.
%% * OpposingSportsTeam: The Snakes. The Wheel Squad and the Snakes entered a rollerball tournament.
%%* ParentalSubstitute: Mr. Rotter.
* RaceAgainstTheClock:
** In "Souab's Deadline", Mr. Souab's business were slow and his supplier gave him one week to pay his debt. Meanwhile, Enzo, the manager of World Mart, was given one week to bring 100% of its potential customers like he promised his plan would.
** "Close Call": Mr. Rotter, the owner of World Mart, gave the beauty parlor's owner (Jessica's Mom) three days to do the needed repairs or he'd not renew the rental contract. Being friends with the owner's daughter, his stepdaughter persuaded him to extend the deadline.
%%* SunglassesAtNight: Mr. Rotter and Enzo.
%%* TomboyAndGirlyGirl: Jessica and Emilie
%% * UptownGirl: Emilie is this to Bob. Bob's Dad gives private music lessons for a living and Emilie's stepfather is a wealthy businessman.
* VillainWithGoodPublicity: Enzo is an example of the trope. The most of what we get to see of the good publicity part was in "Water, Water, Everywhere". The heroes took photographs linking him to a scheme of illegal waste dumping that was contaminating the community's water supply and he managed to explain it away by claiming he was there to investigate and help. Fortunately, in order to give credence to these claims, he had to finance a project to de-pollute the water supply.
* VisitByDivorcedDad: Jessica's father once visited her. His absence is explained by the fact he works in England.
* WhenIWasYourAge: Jessica's mother berated her for her grades by claiming to have gotten better ones. Jessica then got her mother's old report cards to verify the claim.
%% * WickedStepmother: Subverted, despite the series having a "Literature/{{Cinderella}}" parody.
