Created by Dave Polsky and directed by Dave Wasson (''WesternAnimation/TimeSquad''), the show centers on [[JerkWithAHeartOfGold Maggie]] [[GirlyGirlWithATomboyStreak Pesky]], an energetic, [[DelinquentHair pink-haired teenage]] fly girl who aspires to be a world-famous musician. Along for the ride are her best friend [[SassyBlackWoman Rayna]] [[NotSoAboveItAll Cartflight]], her younger brother [[TagalongKid Pupert]], and her older brother [[BigBrotherBully Aldrin]].
