4	''Neighbors from Hell'' was a [[ShortRunner short-lived]] [[UsefulNotes/AdobeFlash Flash animated]] sitcom created by ''WesternAnimation/SouthPark'' veteran Pam Brady that premiered on June 7, 2010 on Creator/{{TBS}}. The plot basically concerns the adventures of a family of devils that must relocate to Texas in order to keep a powerful new drill with the ability to plow straight into Hell itself from becoming active, thereby destroying their underworld.

8	Although produced by Creator/DreamWorksAnimation (through the very short-lived [=MoonBoy=] Animation banner), the series is produced by Creator/TwentiethCenturyFox and owned by that company's current parent Creator/{{Disney}}, making it one of the very few shows that [=DreamWorks=] Animation's parent Creator/NBCUniversal does not own the rights to. Ironically, 20th Century Fox distributed DWA's films from 2013-2017.
