1Started in 2002, ''[[http://nahast.spiderforest.com/index.php Nahast: Lands of Strife]]'' is a [[FantasyWebcomics Fantasy Webcomic]] by Alejandro Melchor which follows the story of a newly-created cadre of an order of female fighters called "Hawk Maidens". Despite the best efforts of their teacher, Derrexi Tzelan, the group garners little initial support from the people of the city of Beldatz. Worse, they end up caught in a power struggle between the factions in the city, at least one of which is determined to destroy them outright. Though the odds are stacked against them, the Hawk Maidens must pull together to protect each other and carve out a niche for themselves within the city.

33
34* PoorCommunicationKills: Niriko becomes convinced that Behari is planning on betraying the hawk maidens after partially hearing a conversation. Most of the readership found this development rather bizarre as Behari had [[TakingTheBullet taken a poisonous arrow]] for Niriko not long before.
