Down the Street by Heroesdaughter is a Webcomic/Buildingverse s. This one is focused on a nearby building where the classic but unlikely pair of Dr. Frankenstein and Dracula are sharing an apartment, Mrs. Lovett runs her Pie Emporium and Dracula Mina Harker has temporally moved with her.

A comic full with intelligent and disguised cult references.
----
!!This comic provides examples of:

* AbsentMindedProfessor: Victor Frankenstein is a teacher at the same university as Erik and James, according to the Webcomic/Roommates continuity
* AffablyEvil: Dracula whenever a girl (except Mina) is around.
* AllLoveIsUnrequited: Almost every character has or is the focus of one or more unrequited loves.
* AlternativeCharacterInterpretation: Invoked. The main characters are adapted in order to make the plot plausible; otherwise it would have all already ended in a bloodbath.
* ArtShift: Related to the mood of what’s portrayed.
* BloodBath: Mentioned by Dracula during the Blind Date arc.
* BishieSparkle: Mostly committed by Jareth (naturally) and Edward in his cameo appearance. Dracula does have his moments, however, and insinuates that it might be a side affect of the time he bit Jareth.
* BlondeBrunetteRedhead: The brides. Averted to white in Leuca's case possibly to reserve the brunette place either for Mina or Sarah.
* CompositeCharacter: Dracula is a mixture of almost every Dracula portrayed (including Count von Count, which is mentioned by the very Vlad in the story). Victor stands as a mixture between the literary character and Creator/KennethBranagh.
* CreatingLife: Quoted by Victor.
* Dracula: Vlad, of course.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: Jareth and Dracula.
* EverythingsBetterWithSparkles: Glitter and sparkles are a recurrent topic in these series.
* EvilMakeover: Dracula, several times.
* FailureIsTheOnlyOption: This building shares the Fail Field surrounding the one of the other two comics.
* Fanservice: Mostly takes place whenever are vampires related.
* FemmeFatalons: Jareth when showed gloveless.
* FunWithForeignLanguages: Dracula, so badly
* GratuitousForeignLanguage: Recurrent.
* GlowingEyesOfDoom: Dracula, Crowley.
* Goth:
** In terms of general mood since many of the characters are taken out of goth literature.
** In fashion terms, one of the brides is designed as a GothicLolita
* HighCollarOfDoom: Dracula
** Erik is also portrayed with one.
* InsistentTerminology: Doctor Frankenstein. It isn't quite a BerserkButton...yet...but it does rather peeve Victor when his degree is forgotten.
* IntercontinuityCrossover: The comic crosses over not only content from the stories the characters are taken from but also the original Webcomic/Roommates and the Webcomic/GirlsNextDoor spin off.
* KissOfTheVampire:
** Vlad on Jareth.
** Also on Mina.
* LoveHurts: Almost everyone; it seems to be a structural condition of the series.
* LoveTriangle: Victor-Mrs. Lovett-Sweeny Todd, Mina-Dracula-Jonathan, Sarah-Jareth-Dracula, Dracula-his brides-their victims, …
* MadScientist: Obviously Victor Frankenstein.
* MadScientistLaboratory: Victor has mentioned having one.
* ManOfWealthAndTaste: Dracula.
** Jareth too can fit here.
* MassiveMultiplayerCrossover: Par for the course in a Webcomic/Roommates spin-off.
* MistakenForGay: Jareth every time Dracula is around.
* MonsterMash: Several characters show inspiration/make reference to the classic Universal horror movies: Frankenstein, Dracula, The Phantom of the Opera...
* ObliviousToLove:
** Arguably, Sweeney Todd to Mrs. Lovett.
** Also Victor, regarding his "inmunity" to the Brides' seduction.
* OminousFog: pages 19-20.
* OminousOperaCape: Dracula and the Phantom of the Opera.
* OperationJealousy: Mrs. Lovett starts entertaining Victor's attempts at romance in the hope that Sweeney will notice. It works.
* PetTheDog: Averted, with Sweeney and the Rabbit of Caerbannog.
* RecursiveFanfiction: This is a Webcomic/Roommates SpinOff which is a MassiveMultiplayerCrossover fanWebcomic comic... or more precisely a Webcomic/GirlsNextDoor SpinOff which makes it doubly recursive.
* RescueRomance: Vlad to Sarah.
* RunningGag: The MistakenForGay between Jareth and Dracula
* SiblingTriangle: Dracula’s brides.
* SceneryPorn: Erik’s room.
* StalkerWithACrush: Almost every man in the story.
* SugarAndIcePersonality: Mina, so far.
* TangledFamilyTree: Dracula not only has three canon brides, but has mentioned Lestat as his grandson and the historical Florescu as his legitimate descendants.
* TheKlutz: Victor shows it in general terms. He once forgot that a scalpel was stuck in his thigh until Erik pointed it out to him.
* TheRival:
** Jareth-Dracula.
** It can also be applied to Victor-Sweeney even when we don't know yet if Victor is aware of it or not.
* ThePornomancer: Dracula
* TricksterArchetype: Jareth
* VillainsOutShopping: Dracula updating his wardrobe and holding errands for Victor.
* VillainProtagonist: Almost the whole cast.
* WickedCultured: Insinuated on Dracula.
* YourVampiresSuck: Suggested inner confrontation between Dracula’s vampiric concept, the Vampire Chronicles’ one and Twilight’s one.
