In the season 1 episode "Naked," he tries to have sex with Amanda but is unable to when Jess ruins things. Early in the episode, he looks at himself naked in the mirror, probably because it would have been his first time.
41	** Very obviously jossed. Nick and Caroline dated for a long time before he even met Jess, and in "Bad in Bed," Schmidt mentions constantly listening to them have sex in college. Nick also sleeps with Julia in "Jess and Julia" because Julia confirms that they've slept together while ignoring the idea that she wants something more. Nick later canonically has sex with at least three college-aged students during the events of "Fancyman" and "Secrets" since he needs to take advice from Schmidt about how to juggle them. Nick is also shown having sex with Amelia, his college crush, in "Halloween," Angie, his stripper girlfriend, in "Santa" and "Cabin," and Shane, his boss, in "Quick Hardening Caulk." Nick gets around.
