''Ms. 'Splosion Man'' is the 2011 follow up to Creator/TwistedPixel's 2009 game ''VideoGame/SplosionMan'' for Platform/XboxLiveArcade.

When the evil scientists finally manage to capture the deranged 'Splosion Man, the resulting celebrations inadvertently create ''Ms. 'Splosion Man''. Sadly for them, her love of pink, shoes, and dancing takes second place to her love of 'sploding.

Taking advantage of her 'splosive talents, players guide her through an assortment of death-laden levels going through the laboratories, a resort, and a factory. Aside from much more varied locations, levels have multiple paths defined by varying degrees of difficulty, mid-air checkpoints for more difficult moments and a shopping mall to purchase unlockables.

The game [[http://www.strategyinformer.com/news/13072/ms-splosion-man-explodes-july-13 was released]] on July 13, 2011.

The game was later released on the Platform/NintendoSwitch on November 22, 2018.

----
!!''Ms. 'Splosion Man'' provides examples of the following tropes:

%%* ActionBomb
* AntiFrustrationFeatures: "The Way of the Coward" makes its return, but there are also midair checkpoints and easier routes available through levels with tougher paths being marked with a skull and crossbones.
%%* AxCrazy
* BadassInDistress: 'Splosion Man in this one
* BigBrotherIsWatching: The society of Ms. 'Splosion Man reveals a secret ruler named Beard.
* ButtMonkey: Debbie. She stole the tutorial voice's boyfriend and is killed repeatedly in tutorial videos for it.
* CardiovascularLove: Ms. 'Splosion Man has an aura of hearts around her head.
%%* DeathCourse
* DistaffCounterpart: Ms. 'Splosion Man is female, while the 'Splosion man from the first game was male.
* DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything: The first bit of dialog Mighty Eternal has can come off as a bit... dark, whether it was intentional or not.
--> "''I'M'' your boyfriend now!" (Said shortly before Ms. Splosion Man starts screaming in terror.)
* EldritchAbomination: [[spoiler:The final boss at first appears to be a human bride. Knocking her down once reveals her to be a giant ugly monster, with the human part being the top of her head. Knocking it down again makes her take her clothes off, revealing her breasts to be another pair of arms, complete with brass knuckles.]]
* EscapedFromTheLab: As with 'Splosion man in the prior game, Ms. Splosion man seeks to escape the lab she was created in.
* FanDisservice: That booty Ms. Splosion Man gains when you cheat would have been FanService on pretty much any other video game heroine.
* GainaxEnding: The single player ending starts off normally, [[spoiler:with Splosion Man and Ms. Splosion Man getting married at a chapel. Then the scientists (and Meatenstein, who's somehow BackFromTheDead and much smaller) crash the party and chase them into the dining hall. The couple then fight back, 'sploding most of them, pouring punch on a few, decapitating three scientists, and Splosion Man even hangs off of them! Afterwards, the married couple ride off into the sunset, but not before Ms. Splosion Man tosses the bouquet. It lands in Meatenstein's mouth and 'splodes, destroying the chapel and killing everyone there. This is all done in live-action with costumes.]]
* GenkiGirl: Ms. 'Splosion Man.
* GeniusDitz: Even more so than 'Splosion Man.
* GrandTheftMe: One of Ms. 'Splosion Man's powers.
* GrotesqueCute: Ms. 'Splosion Man has this in common with her male counterpart.
* {{Homage}}: Players now navigate through a world map that is a homage to ''VideoGame/SuperMarioWorld''.
* KissOfDeath: Ms. 'Splosion Man can apparently do this as a DeusExNukina.
* LetsGetDangerous: Before starting the final boss, Ms. Splosion Man shows just how serious she's getting.
--> "I hope you leave enough room for my fist because I'm going to ''[[Film/TheRunningMan ram it into your stomach and]]'' '''''[[PrecisionFStrike BREAK YOUR *Censor* SPINE]]!'''''"
* LowerHalfReveal: The game's FinalBoss is [[spoiler:the Bride, who at first seems like a human female with large breasts and a white dress. However, phase 2 of the fight reveals the Bride to be a giant purple monster with a human-shaped upper head, with the breasts revealed to be its eyes and the dress revealed to be a face veil that it tears off]].
* [[MadeOfExplodium Made of 'Splodium]]
* MotorMouth: Holy crap, she loves to talk. [[TalkativeLoon Not that it makes any kind of sense.]]
* MythologyGag:
** Pausing the game and going to the menu screen features the song "Donuts, Go Nuts!"
** Meat Tips might appear during the loading times.
* NintendoHard: Even harder than ''VideoGame/SplosionMan''.
* NoFairCheating: The game has a feature which gives the option to skip to the next checkpoint if you die too many times. This can be useful in completing the game quickly; the only catch is that you're awarded no coins for beating the level (which can unlock items), and you're given a huge ass for the rest of the level.
* NotQuiteDead: Mighty Eternal, the giant robot boss from the first ''VideoGame/SplosionMan'', is fought again halfway through the first level. He is heavily damaged from the previous fight, missing a hand and eye, and even stutters when he talks, yet he's hellbent on trying to kill Ms. Splosion Man.
%%* {{Pink Girl|BlueBoy}}
* PlatformHell: It starts in World 1-2 and doesn't let up.
* RightWayWrongWayPair: The tutorials consist of this kind of pair, featuring Sarah and Debbie. The narrator makes no secret that she prefers Sarah over Debbie
* RuleOfFun: Much in the same vein as its predecessor.
* ShoutOut: The entire ''game'' is wall-to-wall Shout-Outs. Now it has [[ShoutOut/MsSplosionMan its own page]].
* SomethingPerson: "Ms. 'Splosion Man"
* [[IntercourseWithYou Splode With You]]
* {{Squick}}: [[{{InUniverse}} Ms. 'Splosion Man's]] thoughts on the Music/SpiceGirls' lyrics "You wanna be my lover, you gotta get with my friends" is 'ew'.
* StuffBlowingUp: The Game (Part II).
* StuffyOldSongsAboutTheButtocks: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1bGey2O77k&feature=related Badonkadonk]], which replaces the normal stage music when cursed.
* TakeThat:
** In the first level, the scientists have captured Splosion Man and have hoisted a huge star-spangled banner stating "[[UsefulNotes/GeorgeWBush MISSION ACCOMPLISHED]]''. Enter Ms. Splosion Man...
** [[spoiler:Reaching Star Road will have [[VideoGame/ComicJumperTheAdventuresOfCaptainSmiley Star]] realize how lame a punny rip-off the Star Road joke is and ask if Capcom made this game. Creator/{{Capcom}}, of course, made a ripoff of the game called ''[=MaXplosion=]''.]]
* TakingYouWithMe: Mighty Eternal tries to pull this after his defeat in the first level. It fails.
* TentacledTerror: Octo Poosie is a boss you’ll face in world 2, and is a cephalopod-like robot.
* TertiarySexualCharacteristics: Ms. 'Splosion Man looks very much like 'Splosion Man, except she's pink, has a bow, and a slightly larger bust. Lipstick and eyelashes also included.
* UnexpectedGameplayChange: The fight against the final boss is [[spoiler:done Punch-Out style]].
* ValleyGirl: "Oh em gee!"
-->"Hey girl! Blahblahblah'''shoes'''blahblahblah'''boys'''blahblahblah'''dra-ma'''! 'Kay bye!"
* WomanScorned: One achievement is called "Hell Hath No Fury."
%%* {{Yandere}}
* YourHeadAsplode: Happens to the Bionic Bommando boss via KissOfDeath, [[spoiler:and a pastor in the single player ending.]]
