* DevelopmentHell: The third season; the writers had plans for it and there was never an official cancellation announcement, but there's been no update since the 2nd season's end.
* TheOtherDarrin: The entire cast in the Polish dub was recast in the second season.
* OutOfOrder: In the Creator/DisneyPlus release of the show, a couple of episodes are swapped with each other. In order, "Whiplash" and "Iron Man vs. the Crimson Dynamo" (Which creates a plothole as the former has Pepper learn Tony's identity as Iron Man, something the latter quickly follows up on), "Seeing Red" and "Masquerade", and "Control-Alt-Delete" and "Iron Man 2099".
* QuietlyCancelled: At first, it was stated that Season 2 isn't the end, but ultimately, while an official statement still seems to be absent, there have been no news since 2012.
* RoleReprise:
** Mark Gibbon reprises his ''WesternAnimation/FantasticFourWorldsGreatestHeroes'' role as the Hulk.
** Creator/VenusTerzo and Dale Wilson reprises their respective ''WesternAnimation/XMenEvolution'' roles as ComicBook/JeanGrey and Senator Kelly.
* SelfAdaptation: Classic Iron Man comic writers David Michelinie and Bob Layton wrote two episodes of the second season.
* WhatCouldHaveBeen: [[https://web.archive.org/web/20160925051541/https://www.newsarama.com/10843-iron-man-armored-adventures-producers-look-back-at-series.html Had there been a third season]], it would've featured more of Tony, Rhodey, and Pepper juggling life in college with being outed, public superheroes. It would've included team-ups with Wolverine, Captain America, Thor, and the Fantastic Four, as well as more with Hawkeye and Black Widow. Planned villains included Mauler and the Raiders, as well as greater-scale foes like the Skrulls and Galactus.
