20	** A small Beagle dog among the zeppelin's wired animals to which Gorrister has to feed a human heart. It was apparently replaced by the Jackal in the final product.

22	** [[spoiler:Benny]] eating a baby. This explains the presence of an empty cradle in the first cave on the left.
23	** Inventory items such as a silex rock and an Egyptian spear (possibly would have been used as weapons). The remote control, only useable in the endgame, would have been in Gorrister's possession in his scenario.
24	* DescendedCreator: Creator/HarlanEllison himself voices AM in the video game adaptation, and he clearly enjoyed the role.
25	* DummiedOut: The entire Nimdok section of the game was removed in the German and French releases due to it being set in a concentration camp.
26	* MagnumOpusDissonance: Creator/HarlanEllison [[RidiculousProcrastinator wrote the story in one night]] and has stated his frustration that it's become so popular, while works to which he gave greater time and attention have been mostly forgotten.
27	* OneBookAuthor: With the exception of Harlan Ellison, none of the voice actors in this game had any other roles, at least according to IMDB.
28	* SelfAdaptation: Creator/HarlanEllison was heavily involved in the writing and development of the video game, and even [[DescendedCreator voiced AM himself]].
29	* SerendipityWritesThePlot: Nimdok's segment in the Nazi concentration camp has [[ArcSymbol the symbol of A.M.]] replacing the swastika. This was implemented out of hopes of helping the game get into European markets without being censored; these efforts were unsuccessful, but they still work in-game since they perfectly reflect A.M.'s ItsAllAboutMe PsychopathicManchild personality.
30	* ShrugOfGod: A unique case in that said shrug was the genesis of the game's basic story: when the developers asked ''why'' AM was torturing these five specific people, Ellison reportedly was stunned by the question, having never considered it while writing the original story; it helped take him from seemingly a bit apathetic about the project to really invested in working with the team to come up with ideas.
31	* UrbanLegendOfZelda: A popular rumor claims that the German and French versions of the game were made UnintentionallyUnwinnable due to them not being recoded to account for the removal of Nimdok's segment, which is set in a Nazi concentration camp. However, this was eventually proven false in 2023, when one player uploaded [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJmyN8jqNNw footage]] of themself achieving the best ending in the French version.

33	** The Benny scenario would have actually gone into his homosexuality; that implies that he killed Brickman because he was his lover, that he did not want the other soldiers to spread the word and he would have had to accept his sexuality as a way of winning at AM's game. Not to mention the game still keeps the puzzle where he has to plant a flower on his grave with a fruit as a sign of "compassion" and the fruit is later described as a symbol of "love"...
34	** It is possible that the Yellow Rapist was supposed to be shown as an undead {{Mummy}} in yellow bandages; this would be the reason why he is found in a sarcophagus and that a yellow bandage is found lying around.
35	** Creator/HarlanEllison wanted the game to be [[UnwinnableByDesign unwinnable]]. When David Sears responded that it would frustrate players, Ellison considered it "[[TrollingCreator a noble endeavor]]." Despite this, the finished game came with a [[MultipleEndings good ending]] ([[{{Irony}} that frustrated players]] [[GuideDangIt trying to achieve it]]).
36	** A Platform/PlayStation port was planned for release in Summer 1995, but was ultimately cancelled.
