1	A theatrical adaptation of Norwegian alternative rock band Music/KaizersOrchestra's first three albums: ''Ompa til du dør'' (2001), ''Evig pint'' (2003), and ''Maestro'' (2005). It is, by admission of the scriptwriter, famed author Tore Renberg, only his own interpretation of the lyrics and characters found in the song lyrics, and should not be considered {{canon}}. It was only planned for a limited run, and no recordings for posterity have been made.

4	* AdaptationDistillation: Any ties between the three albums are only obliquely referred to in its original form; here, things are changed around to combine a complete narrative.
5	* AsTheGoodBookSays: You can always trust [[SinisterMinister Fader Martin]] to come up with some bit of scripture relevant to the current situation, even if it's [[FromACertainPointOfView twisted around to accommodate the characters' immoral acts]].
