Another time, after a mentally deranged man snapped in court during a custody hearing and – after gaining control of a gun and trying to aim at Franklin – accidentally shoots his own son. As his son cries in pain and viewers are wondering whether he'll live or die, Franklin tells him basically, "Look what you've done now" as he reminds him why he was at a custody hearing to have his rights terminated.

Best example being Elizabeth Smart who was trying to get a Bill passed for support of Rape Victims and was interviewed by Grace who kept on pestering her wanting details about what she had experienced with Elizabeth getting more agitated as she won't drop the subject. Finally she has enough and tells her that she's not here to give her details about what she went through and the purpose of her interview is to let people know about The Bill and she's not here to be a ratings ploy for Grace's show.
