24	** Shaggy and Scooby. Fred, Velma and Daphne argue and decide to quit the gang, and all Shaggy can do is to quietly protest, to no avail. And then Scooby asks "Do I quit?", with Shaggy responding "No Scoob, Friends don't quit."

The break-up is from Velma's and when Daphne says "no way" after she quits, Velma momentarily thinks Daphne doesn't want her to go. She's touched for about a second, and then Daphne just says she was going to quit and now everyone will think she's copying Velma.
