22	* While most of the [[CrueltyIsTheOnlyOption morally questionable]] stuff Manny has to do in the game is par for the course both for AdventureGames and the setting of the game in general, one moment in particular is very hard not to feel [[WhatTheHellPlayer really guilty]] about: In Year 2, Manny has to drug one of Velasco's crewmembers, steal his identifications, and then hide them in an unidentified body in order to trick [[TheCoroner Membrillo]] into declaring him dead. Compared to the rest of the process, which is mostly comprised of [[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments comedy]], Velascos' reaction to the news is surprisingly sad. What's worse is that both Toto and Membrillo refer to the sailor as "one of your boys" when talking to Velasco, implying he was AFatherToHisMen. Ironically, considering how Year 3 begins, Manny saved his life (and it's almost certain that Velasco learned that Naranja is still alive after Manny leaves).
23	** It's also the fact that Manny has deliberately misidentified a corpse. If nobody discovered that Naranja was still alive, then any loved ones that soul had will never hear definitive news about what happened to him.
24	* Speaking of Membrillo: under his calm demeanor, he's incredibly depressed, having given up any hope of leaving the Eight Underworld -- in fact, he flat out disbelieves the next life even ''exists''. The only thing he can do is to keep identifying corpses, even though the only "reward" he receives is having to call a person to tell them that their loved ones will never return.

38	** It doesn't help that, by the time you meet him, he believes that Hector wants him dead (he doesn't, but Manny made him believe that), and he's now a complete nervous wreck that just wants to be left alone. Then Manny rings the bell, which awakens his other persona - something that apparently Bowsley dreads: Being a friendly shop owner.
