Some webcomics are good. [[SturgeonsLaw A lot of them are bad.]] And some come to a [[SoBadItsGood strange line between quality and enjoyability]].
----
* ''[[http://vanabbema.tripod.com/ Assassin's Night: A Deeper Darkness]]'' is what happens when you take MundaneMadeAwesome and make it DarkerAndEdgier, with a side of FetishRetardant. The guitar chord that plays to accentuate actions such as, say, opening a door only adds to the hilarity.
* [[http://bionicletales.webcomic.ws/archive/ Bionicle Tales]] is a photo webcomic using ''Toys/{{Bionicle}}'' toys and speech bubbles to tell stories about... Well, nothing. The grammar and spelling are often very wrong and all the jokes are either [[SoUnfunnyItsFunny so badly delivered that you'll laugh anyway]] or just straight up non-sequiturs. One comic contains a single character standing up with the speech "ONE MORE PERSON CALLS ME LOBSTER!!!" with no apparent reason as to why he's saying that. All that aside, something about the comic has a strange charm to it.
* In ''Webcomic/BrawlInTheFamily'', there is the whole [[http://www.brawlinthefamily.com/comic151.html "Waluigi In The Family" FIRST special]] and [[http://www.brawlinthefamily.com/?p=791 SECOND special]]: as many as [[strike:35]] 32 SoUnfunnyItsFunny comics about Waluigi! (Being the comic's primary April Fool's Day gag, this is largely intentional.)
%% ''[[http://www.daydreamspiral.com/brutus/ Brutus]]'' relies heavily on this trope.
* The overall quality of ''Webcomic/CheshireCrossing'' is actually [[SoOkayItsAverage not so bad]] - however, its artwork definitely falls into this category. To say that copy-pasting is rampant in the comic is a gross understatement - ''every'' female character [[YouAllLookFamiliar looks like the same woman with a wig and a different dress]], and every male character looks like a ten-year-old boy. There's just something irrepressibly hilarious about the shoddiness of it all.
%% The whole point of ''Webcomic/ComicTheComic''.
* ''Webcomic/{{Concession}}'' appears to be a perfect example of this trope. Granted Immy's improved his art considerably (it's still nothing to write home about) but with gratuitous [[UsefulNotes/FurryFandom furry]] sex, over-the-top [[BattleInTheCenterOfTheMind battles of the mind]] and a {{wangst}}ing [[invoked]]{{Marty Stu}} wolf with evil psychic powers as the protagonist it's just hard to deny. All while still under the face of being a gag-a-day comic no less. Despite the [[AntiVillain sympathetic]] {{backstory}}, Joel is clearly the bad guy. The whole point of the character is that you are supposed to feel conflicted about rooting for him because he is an [[NietzscheWannabe evil controlling bastard]].
** Then there are instances where the plot (still maintaining the gag-a-day format) delves into pedastery and brain cancer. See the scene where the rat blames his child molestation on his brain cancer -- something that was [[LampshadeHanging lampshaded and made fun of later on]] with the real reason being revealed. And dear God the strawmen, every Christian character is a veritable bag full o' them.
** ''Concession'' '''defines''' the term NarmCharm.
%% ''WebComic/TheExtremelyPostModernAdventuresOfFlintAndHinawa''
* ''[[http://supersaiyancrash.deviantart.com/gallery/31116749 Crash Bandicoot Retold]]''. VideoGame/CrashBandicoot [[JustForFun/XMeetsY meets]] [[Anime/DragonBallZ Dragon Ball Z]] with the goofy cartoon Bandicoot turned into serious Goku-expy and bunch of Original Characters added in. Not to mention some people actually like the comic unironically and it has spawned ''three'' sequels. '''Warning''': [[NotSafeForWork NSFW]]
* ''Webcomic/{{Dolan}}'' comics are relished for their extremely poor grammar and spelling (the name alone is a corruption of "Donald" [Duck]) and bizarre use of rape, scatological humor, racism, and extreme violence.
* ''Webcomic/DysfunctionalFamilyCircus'': The Red Zone captions (those that were exiled for being exceptionally terrible) often fell into this, as can be glimpsed [[http://www.zompist.com/dfc404.htm here.]] They have [[RougeAnglesOfSatin poor spelling]] and grammar, unnecessary reliance on VulgarHumor (which is saying something, since the ''good'' captions already used them heavily), and most of all had almost nothing to do with the comic in question. For example, the linked comic shows Thelma (the mother) washing dishes, with Dolly speaking to her and Jeffy standing close by. Some captions?
--> dad now has herpes\

we got some coupons for some jizz. can we redeem them in the sink\
whu let the dick in the fuzzy hair in the house mommie? can I show him the way to San Jose?
* In-universe for ''Webcomic/ElGoonishShive'' on the fictional ''[[Webcomic/LitBrick Sporkman]]'' [[https://www.egscomics.com/comic/2013-01-14 movie]] which was supposed to be an action movie but ended up as a comedy and thus inadvertently closer to the source material because of it.
* In-universe for ''Webcomic/FauxPas'', on Myrtle's story: [[http://www.ozfoxes.net/cgi/pl-fp1.cgi?215 this is so dreadful it's almost great]].
* ''Webcomic/{{Freefall}}'': InUniverse, believed by Sam Starfall to be intentionally invoked by makers of the {{Kaiju}} movies he loves, to the point that the painfully obvious PeopleInRubberSuits are digitally rendered so well that it looks like a rubber-suited person instead of CGI.
* ''The Gentle Likpas'', available [[http://www.likpa.com/index.php?lang=en&e=b here]] (NSFW, though less so than might be reasonably expected) describes, in severely broken English, the idyllic life and times of the 'likpas', cheerful little penis-Smurfs who [[WasOnceAMan were once men]] 'to whom the natural selection suppressed all their useless organs', and of their female companions, the 'gentle boobettes'. Watch as the likpas and boobettes ride around in sex-powered locomotives, indulge in vaguely suggestive music sessions, and strive to overthrow the soulless capitalist 'phallocracy' and bring about a Communist utopia. It's exactly as gloriously insane as it sounds.
* ''[[http://www.hamstard.com Hamstard]]'', a [[StylisticSuck deliberately shoddy]] strip [[CutAndPasteComic "drawn"]] by the main character of ''Webcomic/{{Erfworld}}''.
* Some people who read ''Webcomic/{{Harkovast}}'' bemoan it for stiff action, [[WallOfText walls of text]] and poor art but it still seems to make them cackle with delight.
* The strips on ''[[http://hownottorunacomic.comicgenesis.com/ How Not to Run a Comic]]'' are all made [[StylisticSuck intentionally badly]]. Some of them are just exercises in laziness and LampshadeHanging, but [[http://hownottorunacomic.comicgenesis.com/d/19940117.html this]] is so ridiculously idiotic that it's hilarious.
* The ''WesternAnimation/AvatarTheLastAirbender'' {{Fan Webcomic|s}} ''Webcomic/HowIBecameYours'' is a typo-laden mess that can be summed up as "RomanceNovel meets SoapOpera meets LifetimeMovieOfTheWeek meets SupernaturalMartialArts", with the characters [[CanonDefilement defiled to absurd extremes]] to fit this sort of plot; it truly must be seen to be believed. The "artwork" is shamelessly traced from screencaps of the show and stock photography, [[CutAndPasteComic some poses copy-pasted several times]], landing it ''deep'' in the [[UnintentionalUncannyValley Uncanny Valley]] at times. The whole thing is a trash-fire through and through, but the sheer amount of [[{{Narm}} unintentionally hilarious moments]] make it nevertheless worth reading for a good (albeit really, ''really'' dumb) laugh.
* The ''Webcomic/{{Jack|DavidHopkins}}'' BS arc [[http://www.pholph.com/whole_arc_viewer.php?id=5&sid=1508 Frigid McThunderbones]] would certainly fall into this category. David Hopkins has quite clearly set out to use this trope in the entire arc. Not only does he parody a wide variety of awful material, but he does it in such a way it's actually funny at times (which is somewhat surprising, considering that ''Jack'' is normally a serious story comic).
* For some ''Kit n Kay Boodle'' is this. Some comic reviewers firmly claim it's in Horrible territory but quite a few [[UsefulNotes/FurryFandom Furries]] enjoy it so it clearly appeals to its own niche.
** Some people find the combination of cutesy-poo artwork and dialogue with graphic sex scenes to be so downright ''bizarre'' it's actually kind of funny.
* ''[[http://www.lawforkids.org/toons/browse.cfm Laws 4 Kidz]]'' comics are so blatantly {{anvilicious}} and poorly drawn that they are really [[http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/law-for-kids-parodies asking to be mocked,]] thanks to MemeticMutation.
%% * ''[[http://www.mantrulcomics.com.ar/?p=2462 Mantrul Comics]]''
* ''Webcomic/MassEffect3Generations'', an alternate ending for the series that breaks most of the established lore, characterization, and continuity just so that Shepard and the gang can have cross-species offspring.
* ''[[http://www.drunkduck.com/Powerup_Comics/ Powerup Comics]]'' is a deliberate attempt to straddle this and irredeemably bad. The main characters are blatant [[invoked]]{{Marty Stu}}s who only have two poses (endlessly copied and pasted). The punchlines, insofar as there are any, usually rely on intentionally offending and infuriating the reader. But once you accept that the comic is irredeemably awful, the numerous art errors and [[OrphanedPunchline non-punchlines]] like "Okay Shadow I know how you love to game!" suddenly become hilarious. Whether you love it or hate it largely depends on whether you're [[StealthParody in on the joke]].
* Any webcomic made by Creator/BrianClevinger[='=]s friend Ryan Sosa. But especially the now-defunct [[http://www.comixpedia.org/index.php?title=The_Real_Life_Adventures_of_Brian_and_Sosa "Real Life Adventures of Brian and Sosa."]]
** The first strip, transcribed from memory: Brian: Oh noes! it's the red phone! Sosa: That means there must be trouble downtown! Brian: To the [[ArtisticLicensePhysics space helicopter]]! SFX: Thumpa Thumpa Thumpa! Sosa: It's Creator/RobLiefeld! He's destroying perspective! Rob Liefeld: Roar! Sosa: Oh god! I can see you're front and back at the same time! Brian: are you moving towards me or away from me? Sosa: I have no idea! Brian: I'll stop him with insults! Hey Rob! nobody likes you! Rob Liefeld: People don't like yogurt either. I'm like yogurt. Brian: Oh god! His logic hurts me! Sosa: I'll stop him with violence! SFX: pow! Rob Liefeld: Arrgh! Naration: Creator/ChrisClaremont swears revenge! Chris Claremont: I hates them!
*** And that is arguably the strip that makes the MOST sense.
* ''[[http://www.smackjeeves.com/comicprofile.php?id=85439 Shadow's Quest Adventure]]'' is a webcomic by user [=Shadowfan0X90=] (Or one of his many, ''many'' alternate accounts, due to being repeatedly banned) It has quite a large amount of people who hate it, and yet can't quite stop reading it due to it [[SoBadItsGood being so unquestionably awful.]] Bad grammar, poor presentation, and loads of plot holes (A good few of them being characters dying and coming back to life for no reason) just make it all the more entertaining.
* [[http://manty64.deviantart.com/gallery/26596887 SHERLOK HOMS]], a [[TrollFic troll comic]] in which [[Franchise/SherlockHolmes "Sherlok Homs"]], [[WebVideo/BenDrowned Ben]], and [[ComicBook/ScottPilgrim Wallace Wells]] must catch [[WesternAnimation/MickeyMouse "Soicide Mouse"]], [[Franchise/SonicTheHedgehog "Soicide Sonic"]], and other villains.
* ''Webcomic/{{Starfighter}}'' has interesting, beautiful art. However, it also has such unspeakably stereotypical {{yaoi}} in it that a parody of it would be the ''exact same thing''. Bonus points for naming the protagonists [[WhatDoYouMeanItsNotSymbolic Cain and Abel]], and for portraying the relationship between them as that of a sexual predator and his prey, and yet the 'prey' ends up succumbing to him in the end.
* ''Webcomic/SweetBroAndHellaJeff'' is a joke comic created by Andrew Hussie of [[Webcomic/MSPaintAdventures MS Paint Adventures]], where every strip is [[StylisticSuck intentionally aliased, badly spelled, horribly drawn, filled with .jpeg artifacts, and covered in Comic Sans]]. The hilarity of the comic comes from its parody of amateur webcomic writers.
** But then that only begins to scratch the surface. Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff is ostensibly created by Dave Strider, a character in Hussie's actual webcomic, ''Webcomic/{{Homestuck}}''. Dave is a 13-year old boy who delights in being cool through use of [[IsntItIronic Irony]], that is, enjoying things because they are uncool and thus because it is cool to like them. Dave makes the webcomic, deriving enjoyment from the fact that [[MisaimedFandom his fans think that he is sincere]] in creating these terrible webcomics. In effect, the entire thing becomes a satire of ''Webcomic/PowerupComics''.
** What's crazier is that you can't even make it that bad in MS Paint. He has to use Photoshop and several workarounds to get it terrible enough.
* ''Webcomic/TailsGetsTrolled'', a hilariously bad tale of [[Franchise/SonicTheHedgehog Sonic]] and [[MassiveMultiplayerCrossover pals]], how they deal with {{troll}}s, often in ridiculously bloody and violent ways. It eventually turns into a MassiveMultiplayerCrossover trainwreck, with characters from other properties thrown in haphazardly on a regular basis, and [[NewPowersAsThePlotDemands characters suddenly developing special powers out of nowhere]], [[AssPull or just suddenly revealing they already have them with no foreshadowing]] (suddenly the guy with no ears is a [[VideoGame/TheElderScrollsVSkyrim Dragonborn]], and Elmer Fudd is a necromancer.) Not that it does them any good, as the BigBad is [[Manga/{{Bleach}} Aizen]] [[InvincibleVillain levels of undefeatable and can kill every character in the series save one with a single word.]] The writing is full of typos and terrible punctuation, while the art is crude and amateurish in oddly inconsistent ways (the ''Sonic'' characters are never drawn on-model, while the ''Loony Tunes'' characters are drawn more-or-less correctly but look like they were copied and pasted ninety percent of the time). And characters, especially Sonic, tend to [[HaveIMentionedIAmHeterosexualToday loudly and unconvincingly remind the audience that they're straight]]. {{MST}}ed version [[http://chanarchive.org/4chan/co/36659/miserable-web-comics here]].
* ''[[http://www.mangahere.co/manga/the_ebola_files/ The Ebola Files]]''. Put it this way, if your comic is [[http://badwebcomicswiki.shoutwiki.com/wiki/The_Ebola_Files getting a 10/10 on the bad webcomics wiki because of how much it fits this trope]], you know that ''Webcomic/{{Concession}}'' (which the same wiki considered to be irredeemably awful) has some serious competition. The comic tried to be an action/comedy hybrid and succeeded hilariously at it. It is filled to the brim with drawings so {{Animesque}} that secret bases look like Japanese classrooms, the plot has ArtisticLicense so ridiculous it has to be seen to be believed and is just so random that everything feels so utterly stupid (such as the main character, who happens to be the creator of ebola, asking towards everyone to give them their ebola powers to create a gargantuan bomb). It is so loved that people keep demanding a sequel.
* It's never quite clear whether it's intentional or not, but between the occasional interruptions for captioned photographs of tech support calls, an utterly bizarre early gender [[TheReveal reveal]], an UnwantedHarem that puts [[Anime/TenchiMuyo Tenchi]] to shame, a political filler that's no more or less than a black(?!?) Nazi with W's where swastikas should be, and a GoodAngelBadAngel [[spoiler:lesbian sex scene]], ''Webcomic/TooMuchInformation2005'' definitely fits.
