'''Philosophy'''

The House of Philosophy is essentially a massive forum where deities can gather and debate their points of view. The place has a rather Roman feel to it, with a large open plaza littered with Roman-style buildings, fountains, plants, and other elements one would expect in a large, well maintained park. The House is open to any deity, and many are encouraged to come here to resolve their issues with their words rather than their fists. The deities that make their home here, however, spend the majority of their time plumbing the depths and mysteries of life, the universe, and everything.

Ever since [[Pantheon/CourtOfTheGods the Court]] ruled it as such, the four Alignment Incarnations ([[Pantheon/{{Heroism}} Cosmos]], [[Pantheon/{{Villainy}} Melkor]], [[Pantheon/ReligionAndFaith YHVH]] and [[Pantheon/{{Ambiguity}} Lucifer]]) are no longer part of this House, but still retain honorary membership.

* Special Relationship: [[Pantheon/MilitaryAndWarfare Alexander the Great]] (Aristotle)
* Once Upon a Time in Ancient Greece, a man from Athens approached the Oracle of Delphi. The man asked the oracle if there was anyone wiser than his friend, and the Oracle replied that it was true. When the man, Chaerephon, then told this to his friend, the friend was skeptical and proceeded to try to find people who might be wiser than him: politicians, craftsmen, and poets. But no matter who he talked to, he always found them lacking and eventually conceded that even though he knew nothing, unlike these experts he knew that he knew nothing. The name of this friend was Socrates and his method of interrogating one's beliefs and asking questions no matter the subject laid the foundation for Western Philosophy. During his rounds of questioning people in the city, he acquired a group of people who followed him and eventually became his students. Eventually, Socrates asked the wrong people the wrong questions and was tried and convicted by a jury for charges of corrupting the youth and blasphemy against the gods. Instead of running away or resisting, he accepted his death sentence and drank a cup of poisonous hemlock.
** His student Plato would continue his legacy, moving from questioning others to trying to find the answers. Plato believed that the true nature of things lay in forms: immaterial, timeless essences of things, with the Form of The Good at the very top; the physical world is merely composed of imperfect versions of these forms. He believed that trying to better match these forms could lead to better lives and happier societies, and so sought to find them with the power of reason. Part of this journey was the Dialogues, where Plato wrote out his ideas in the form of how Socrates debated people in years past. He also founded The Platonic Academy, a place for personal and intellectual development. It was once said that "All Philosophy is but a footnote to Plato".
** One of Plato's students, Aristotle, agreed with his teacher on certain things like the importance of virtue but disagreed about the Theory of Forms: Aristotle believed that the physical form of a thing was intrinsic to its nature, and so sought to study the physical world of empiricism instead of Plato's idealistic realm of forms. Later, King Philip II of Macedonia asked Aristotle to tutor his son, who would become known as Alexander the Great. Aristotle encouraged Alexander's desire for conquest, but they broke apart due to their disagreements over Alenxander's belief in "ruling by friendship", believing he should put a tighter Yoke on the Persians. After Alexander died and his empire fell apart, Aristotle returned to Athens, established his own school of philosophy in the Lyceum, and penned his most well-known works. The books (or to be more accurate, lecture notes), established everything the Western world believed from medicine to ethics to logic to almost everything in between.
* It was a confusing time in the Pantheon: trickers and trolls from the House of Mentalism had decided to target the House of Knowledge, switching books and creating misleading theories. In the chaos, a librarian gave a wish to the heavens: "please, send help against deceivers!" In a moment, three figures walked out of the dust. Those in the know knew they were saved, for the three great philosophers had come to the Pantheon.
** Before his fateful death, Socrates wondered what the afterlife was like: would he be able to meet with the heroes of old, or would there be nothing, and thus freedom from earthly worries? it turns out the latter was true, and Socrates is committed to becoming a "social Gadfly" once again to promote virtue in the Pantheon. [[spoiler: This is only half of the truth. In reality, Socrates was sent to the Intelligible Realm, the afterlife of philosophers. After convincing the past Arbiter of the truth of morality, he became the new Arbiter, the administrator of the realm. However, he later realized that his answer was actually wrong, and waited for someone who would find the true answer. After Socrates Jones put forward an argument that the truth of morality may exist but be unreachable, Socrates was convinced by other Underworld leaders such as Ereshkigal to come to the pantheon in order to help bolster stability. He brought Plato and Aristotle to help him manage his new position]].
** Plato is ecstatic to be in the Pantheon, as a world of Tropes may be closer to the world of forms he seeks. He's currently trying to figure out why the Pantheon came to be and what its true nature is, but with reason instead of scientific testing.
** Aristotle is no stranger to tropes, as his book Literature/Poetics is the earliest surviving work of dramatic theory and the first philosophical writing on literary theory. This technically makes him the earliest known troper, which some suspect gives him authority rivaling that of Gygax and Arneson. However, if he does have this power, he has yet to use it openly.
* Socrates is well known not for providing answers, but for asking deep questions. However, Socrates in Plato's later dialogues does have concrete opinions and positions on topics, as Plato was expressing his opinions through Socrates. The question on whether these dialogues reflected the "real" Socrates, and how other accounts of him seem to be contradictory is known as [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socratic_problem the Socratic Problem]], and it is one that scholars in the Pantheon still discuss. It is currently unknown if Plato's writings influenced how Socrates appears in the Pantheon, but observers have noticed that the different accounts given by his students seem to all be at least partially true, and Socrates has yet to say any concrete philosophical opinions in his Pantheonic dialogues.
* As leaders of the House of Philosophy, the three have taken it upon themselves to help the field of philosophy flourish throughout the pantheon, whether it be individual thinks such as Machiavelli or whole races which as the Chmmr of the Alliance of Free Stars.
** Speaking of aliens, the non-human races in the Pantheon present a unique opportunity to engage with an even wider field of views than the philosophers ever thought possible. To that end, they often engage with conversation partners who are just as enthusiastic about philosophy as they are, such as the Silver Surfer, who is part of a ProudScholarRace.
** As a Spartan, Kratos does not fully trust the Athenian philosophers, believing that wisdom comes from one's actions instead of their words. On the other hand, Atreus is fascinated by their teachings, so his father begrudgingly lets him listen in on their lectures. The trio respects Kratos's redemption and love for his son, but also recognizes that he still has a long road to walk in order to become the great god and king he is destined to be.
* Despite being generally lawful or neutral, the three philosophers are ardent allies of the [[Pantheon/AssassinsCreed Order of Assassins]], an organization with the explicit goal of fighting for freedom above all else. The answer why is a bit complicated: Kassanda, an ancient greek predecessor of the Assassin Order and [[spoiler: daughter of Socrates's contemporary Pythagoras]] personally knew Socrates and a young Plato. Socrates and Plato likewise treat Kassandra like family, and are always willing to help her and her successors. It helps that Assassins such as Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad are avid philosophers themselves and their company makes for great conversation.
* While the first Western philosopher is usually identified as Thales, these 3 are considered the forefathers of Western philosophy, laying the groundwork for the millennia of thought to follow. However, time moves on, and the Pantheon is nearly unrecognizable to the world in which they once lived, it is time for them to decide what parts of their philosophies hold up in the modern day and which ones do not.

** Many of the things that these philosophers have said are suspect, if not offensive today. These things include accepting the existence of slavery as a natural fact and justifying it (mainly Aristotle), believing that men were superior to women (again, Aristotle), holding some beings as more significant than others in the Great Chain of Being (Aristotle ''and'' Plato), and holding a Greek-centric worldview (pretty common in the ancient world). While the three men are still respected as great thinkers, that respect nowadays comes with a squint and a raised eyebrow.
*** On the other hand, it would be incomplete to say that they were completely misogynistic even during their mortal lives. Socrates dearly loved his first wife Xanthippe (although some sources say that he actually married Myrto or cheated on one them with Alcibiades) ''because'' of her feisty attitude; Plato advocated for women's education; and even though Aristotle didn't like how Sparta treated men and women with the same rules for a while (as he thought men were naturally active and women passive), he still argued that the happiness of women should be taken in equal regard.
** However, one of these views that may have been twisted throughout the ages was their consistent criticism of "Democracy". However, this is an issue of language drift: to them, the term "Democracy" did not refer to voting or representative democracy but a general rule by the people. While the three philosophers had their differences on what the ideal society should be, they all agreed that uncritically giving power to the majority of people is a degenerate (bad) form of government; democracy is characterized not by how the government works, but by the people ignoring the rule of law in favor of their own desires and are likely to bring tyrants into power. While they generally favor an aristocracy (rule by the most virtuous), they are not opposed by a properly organized and benevolent system based on voting and representation (what Aristotle calls a ''Polity''). It is because they oppose this degenerate form that they are enemies of Lucifer, who wants the entire world to be ruled by personal whims and desires. When the demon lord heard that the three philosophers opposed him, he simply smirked and said, "interesting".
** On the other hand, they're not exactly a big fan of tyrants and dictators. Socrates personally disobeyed the Thirty Tyrants of Athens, although not as much as others would have, while Plato absolutely abhorred them when he was young. Plato later went on to try to depose the despot Dionysius I of Syracuse, but did not succeed. Aristotle say tyranny as the perverted form of Royalty/monarchy, and personally believed that the Polity was the superior form of government over even Aristocracy or Monarchy. It is for this reason that the three also consider YHVH an enemy, as the mad god not only imposes oppressive rule on the people but is known to bend to rules for his benefit. For this reason, the three refused to have any sort of association with the [[Pantheon/GrandUnitedAllianceOfLaw GUAL]] until it was reformed into its more "rational" form.
** Despite being well-known philosophers, Socrates and Plato are not very well-versed in formal logic. This is because the concept wasn't really invented yet (Aristotle invented Term Logic), but also because they despised the Sophists, who they saw as prioritizing winning arguments over actual truth. After [[spoiler: Socrates Jones beat Socrates]], the three saw that they needed to learn modern logic.
** While the philosophers are currently attending school, they intend to eventually teach philosophy at Elysium Academy as soon as they get the proper credentials, as a continuation of their teaching work during their mortal lives. For that reason, they have become well-acquainted with current teachers such as Byleth Eisner, John Keating, and Eikichi Onizuka.
** One of the oft-debated arguments over Socrates was whether he was purely heterosexual or had a younger male lover in either Alcibiades or Plato, which would be called Pedastry (a form of Child Sex Abuse) nowadays. There is also the matter that Plato wrote Socrates as being approving of Pedastry, while Xenophon wrote him as against it. As far as researchers understand, the Socrates in the Pantheon was completely loyal to his wives, but Plato may have written [[HotTeacher his attraction to his teacher]] into his Dialogues. For understandable reasons, no one is eager to dig any further, and the LGBT deities in the Pantheon do not consider Socrates or Plato to be one of their own. Whatever the case, it can at least be assured that none of the three are ''currently'' doing anything with young boys.
* Exclusive to Socrates
** Despite being qualified to run for office in ancient Athens, he never did so, instead preferring to help his city by "improving" its inhabitants directly, talking and debating with them one at a time in the city's main square. Is is these dialogues that made him so revered, and as a citizen of the pantheon he intends to continue his work. After all, many people in the Pantheon believe that they have figured out life's great truths, and Socrates wants to know if they are correct:
*** Char Azamble advocates for his father's philosophy of Contolism, which believes that humanity should leave earth and move toward the stars in order to evolve into psychic beings. Socrates asked why [[AppealToNovelty evolving psychic communication would be inherently beneficial]], or why humans in space would have the right or authority to decide what the humans on earth on do if they declare themselves independent. Char did not have answer to these questions. Plato wonders if Contolism is really a philosophy at all, as it says nothing about ethics, the state, reality, or anything that would instead be called science in the modern world.
*** The Demon Lord Lucifer, a great leader of the Pantheon's Chaos Faction, believes in a fully individualistic world where everyone was only beholden to their own desires. Instead of giving a direct counter-argument, Socrates instead posited a scenario where a person has access to an endless supply of drugs. They can do anything they want in the world and cannot be stopped, although they are obviously compelled to always take more drugs by their addiction. The addict is technically free as people would be in an ideal world of chaos, yet this person is a slave to their desires. When Socrates asked Lucifer if such a person is free, Lucifer said that they would be. As they were both in the House of Crime, Socrates led Lucifer to an alleyway where a disheveled addict, obviously undergoing withdrawal symptoms, fought with another addict over a blanket. Lucifer did not say anymore.
** Socrates's day job is not that of a philosopher, but instead a stonecutter as he refuses to make any money off of teaching philosophy. One day, while doing his work in the House of Craft he was approached by the stoic pony Maud Pie, who started a long conversation about rocks. The two have entered into a deal: Socrates helps her find and shape cool rocks, and she sometimes listens to him debate philosophy.
** Socrates was tried, convicted, and executed for two crimes: corrupting the youth and Asebeia(impiety, mockery of the divine), as his accusers believed that he was spreading atheism among his students. This is seen best in his debate with Euthyphro. However, is it unknown whether he is actually an atheist or merely an inquisitive believer, or perhaps [[NayTheist believes the gods exist but does not worship them in the traditional sense]]. Athena, the patron deity of Athens and the goddess of wisdom, has said that the trio's temple sends sacrifices to her, but is is unknown if Socrates contributes to them. Given that no one really cares to dive into his private life, the mystery is fated to remain so for a long time.
** [[spoiler: When he is not teaching philosophy or cutting stone, Socrates serves the Arbiter, the ruler of the intelligible realm, the afterlife of Philosophers. Because philosophers and rational beings, the work is relatively easy, but his inexperience with management sometimes requires him to call for more experienced underworld managers such as Ereshkigal. After the two became friends, the goddess has connected him to the [[VideoGame/FateGrandOrder Chaldea Security Organization]], but it is unknown if and when he will be summoned as a servant.]]
* Exclusive to Plato
** As an extension of his virtue theory and the theory of Forms, Plato naturally tried to figure out what the "ideal society" should be. His answer was quite unconventional: a society divided into three classes: workers/farmers who made goods, warriors who kept the public order and protected the city from outside threats, and philosophers kings drawn from the best of the warrior class that ruled with wisdom. Each class had their own privileges and responsibilities: only the warriors and philosopher kings were provided an education, but only commoners were raised with their birth families and could own property. Before you ask, he had no knowledge of the Hindu caste system. Plato thought that giving people specific jobs would help keep balance, but more modern deities questions how Plato didn't see how this could obviously lead to a [[Literature/{{Divergent}} dystopia]]. Furthermore, Plato endorsed the elites of scoeity telling everyone else the "Noble Lie" to maintain social harmony that everyone is born with different kinds of souls that are fit for different positions. Naturally, this is opposed by those who oppose stratified societies and those who care about the [[Main/InformationWantsToBeFree freedom of information]].
** One of the lesser-known parts of Plato's was his entanglement with the rulers of the City of Syracuse. Long story short, he tried multiple times to influence the city's heirs and kings to be wise philosopher kings, but they rejected him and his teachings to become tyrants, the last one even putting him into slavery. He was bought out by a friend, but the expense has still shaped an otherwise elitist man to be against slavery in every form and very sympathetic to slaves.
** "Plato" is not his birth name; [[OnlyKnownByTheirNickname it is a nickname that refers to his wide shoulders]], and his real name is Aristocles. Why does everyone call him Plato? It was given to him by his wrestling coach, Ariston of Argos, because of his broad chest and shoulders; the Greek word platýs means "broad". Plato was quite good at wrestling, perhaps even participating in the Isthmian Games. This is why he has been categorized as the class grappler in Holy Grail Wars. In the pantheon, Plato has considered joining the Pantheon's professional wrestling circuit, but only after he becomes accustomed first.
** One of Plato's less well-known characteristics was his love of jewelry: when he was young he was known for wearing rings and earrings and was even called decadent for it by Sextus Empiricus. Perhaps out of an after-life crisis, he's started a habit of visiting the [[Pantheon/GemsAndJewellery Hall of Gems and Jewlery]], where he sometimes buys items from Olivia's store.
*** Speaking of rings, one of Plato's most famous dialogues was one in Literature/TheRepublic where Socrates debated with Plato's older brother Glaucon on the nature of justice. Glaucon famously came up with a story in which the farmer Gyges discovered a ring that allowed him to turn invincible, thereby holding him unaccountable to the consequences of his actions. He used this power to seduce the queen of his city, kill the king, and then become the new thing. Plato was surprised to learn that his brother's tale was surprisingly accurate and that a ring that turns individuals invisible while also corrupting them with power was a [[Franchise/TolkiensLegendarium real object]], crafted by the called Maiar Sauron. After learning about this, Plato instantly became an enemy of the Dark Lord for creating and using such an evil object.
** In the Dialogues ''Timaeus'' and ''Critias'', Plato went outside of his comfort zone a bit and created two pseudohistorical characters named, well, Timaeus and Critias, as well as creating the fictional island of Atlantis, which was once in favor with Posideon and tried to invade Athens but sank due to hubris of its inhabitants. Plato was surprised to learn that in many worlds Atlantis is not a metaphor for philosophical lessons but a real place, sometimes abandoned but just as often inhabited by Mer-people. Moreover, Plato learned of Dartz, a king of Atlantis, and that in the [=YuGiOh!=] world Timaeus and Critias were legendary knights. Plato is interested in meeting these Atlanteans someday but hasn't found time in his schedule yet.
** During his lifetime, Plato abhorred the written word, as he believed that reading books was an inferior method of gaining knowledge compared to talking with actual experts. That is why when he had to write something of his own, he wrote dialogues that better fit his ideal form of learning. However, at this point, he acknowledges that writing has won over oration many times and that it was beneficial as a whole for human society to preserve knowledge through text. The greatest example of this was the bard [[Pantheon/TheatreAndSpectacle William Shakespeare]], whose written plays have become famous throughout space and time. However, he is intrigued by technologies such as video and BrainUploading which could teach in a more preferable, "organic" way.
* Exclusive to Aristotle
** After studying at the Platonic Academy in his youth, Aristotle became the teacher of Alexander the Great and accompanied him on his conquests. However, the two experienced a schism over Alexander's treatment of his Persian territories, as Aristotle believed that his method of "conquering through friendship" was no way to build a lasting state and that he should prioritize Greeks over Persians. After Alexander died, his empire fell apart very quickly, validating Aristotle's perspective. However, in the more idealistic Pantheon Alexander's attitude seems to be to his benefit, and Aristotle felt that he may have been a little too harsh and close-minded back then. When Aristotle finally ascended to the Pantheon, he visited his old pupil. Luckily, the two have made amends, and if the philosopher was not in the Ionian Hertanoi before, he is now.
*** As the first ascended deity in the Pantheon to know Aristotle when he was alive, Aristotle can't help but notice that something is....a little ''off'' with Alexander compared to how he remembered him. He has concluded that the historical legend of "Alexander the Great" has influenced his form in the Pantheon and how he appears as a heroic spirit. However, it's hard to know for certain.
** Besides what people normally consider to be philosophy, Aristotle also studied "Natural Philosophy", laying the foundations of what would later become modern science in the fields of physics, psychology, biology, geology, and chemstry. However, ScienceMarchesOn and he has been proven wrong about an astounding number of subjects, not famously the nature of gravity and the heavenly Sphere model. This is partly because he did not do scientific experiments, instead gathering data from observations and then seeking out patterns. Part of the reason he has enrolled back into Elysium Academy is to catch up on millennia of scientific developments.
*** However, he found that in the world of [[Franchise/AvatarTheLastAirbender The Avatar]], the world really was split into four elements as Empedocles suggested, but not his fifth element of Aether. Additionally, the world's 10,000 year cycles fit closely with Empedocles's predictions about the cosmic struggle between the forces of "Love" (attraction between elements) and "strife"(attraction of like to like) as seen by Raava and Vaatu. To that end, he has offered to help aid the heroes of the Avatar world if the cosmic balance is ever at risk.
*** Besides the psychical world, Aristotle also studied the human mind and the meaning of dreams. This has caught the attention of Carl Jung and Sigmund Freud, who also studied human behavior in symbolic and qualitative terms. Aristotle is not sure about biological urges or the "collective unconscious" playing such a large role in the human mind, but finds their theories interesting regardless.
*** One of Aristotle's more influential theories is the Great Chain of Being, a cosmological ranking of all life and objects in the universe, which also influenced later Christian thought. Aristotle's version characterized living things based on their capabilities, with hot and wet characteristics (ex. warm-blooded) being above cold and dry characteristics (ex. cold rock). Humans, which had the ability to reason, were notably at the top of this classification. However, the existence of [[Main/TalkingAnimal talking animals]] and [[Main/SlidingScaleOfAnthropomorphism non-human humanoids]] has made Aristotle reconsider this entire model, as they clearly possess Rational Souls. Moreover, successors to his model influenced racist scientific theories that justified colonialism, which has led to a lot of blowback in modern times. Adam Taurus despises Aristotle for making this model, as he believes that it puts the beast-like Faunus below humans. Aristotle has had to apply for a restraining order against the Faunus supremacist.
** As noted earlier, Aristotle wrote [[Literature/{{Poetics}} the earliest recorded literary analysis]], in which he wrote about plays. Nowadays, he is working on expanding his analysis to account for the new forms of media that have developed over the ages, starting with the House of Theater. His reviews of plays are popular online and in newspapers, but his dry writing style turns some readers away.
** Instead of matching a specific Form of behavior like Plato believed, Aristotle's virtue theory is based on trying to find the "golden mean" between two extreme vices: for example, the virtue of courage is between a vice of deficiency(cowardliness) and a vice of excess(foolhardiness). This virtue theory would later be incorporated into later moral systems, especially in Christian and Islamic Theology. This has led to Aristotle having a surprisingly religious audience, such as [[Pantheon/{{Leadership}} Saint Jeanne d'Arc]]. She may not be able to read books very well, but listening to Aristotle's lectures is informative and surprisingly enjoyable.

* Sure, there are other [[RuleOfSymbolism Jesus metaphors]]. Who did you think they worked for?
** Someone called [[Film/MontyPythonsLifeOfBrian Brian]] has attracted several followers who believe him to be the God of Jesus Metaphors. However, Brian is not a MessianicArchetype, he's a very naughty boy.
** Suspiciously vulnerable against [[Literature/HisDarkMaterials knives (the subtler, the more dangerous)]].
*** Be ye warned, anything ''called'' "subtle" is, by definition... [[{{Metaphorgotten}} not very subtle]].
* [[Pantheon/FamilyAndRelatives Scar]] nominally opposes Him and is said to be working to overthrow Him, but really... he knows he has no chance in Hell.
* Leader of the [[WesternAnimation/SouthPark Council of Nine]].
* Just shook his head in dismay upon learning about that [[WebVideo/SuburbanKnights trek to find Malachite's Hand]] and [[WebVideo/BennettTheSage who]] dressed up as him.
* Aslan has symphonized with [[Pantheon/DigitalPersonas Kevin Flynn]] and the unascended Film/JohnCarter over their respective film franchises suffering GenreKiller and having planned sequels cancelled just because [[MoneyDearBoy the films didn't make enough money]]. In addition, [[Pantheon/{{Thieves}} Sly Cooper]] has stated that he's on the same boat since his franchise is unlikely to ever get sequels, and he's [[spoiler:stuck in Ancient Egypt]].
* Being a fantastic representation of Jesus Christ, Aslan can only "hate" evil and nothingness in themselves, whether it be personified as the Leaders of the Alliances that oppose peace, justice and universal kindness. In fact, Aslan has already predicted the ultimate triumph of Good, even before he was accepted in the Pantheon. Needless to say, [=YHVH=], Melkor and Nekron were angry and confronted Aslan about it. He merely said.
-->The nature of your defeat is quite simple: none of you respond to love. [[WildCard Lucifer]] can only understand freedom as a prize, not a right. [[TotalitarianUtilitarian YHVH]] responds only to things that can be weighed or measured. He imposes law, he doesn't nurture it. He ''appraises'' order; he doesn't bother to seek out its truth or meaning. And [[{{Narcissist}} Melkor]] lives in a mirror; the world is nothing more to him than a reflection of himself. And [[TheSociopath Nekron]]... the world, to him, is a small animal, caught in a trap, to be tormented. His pleasure is the giving of pain, and from this, he receives the same sense of fulfillment most people get from a kiss or an embrace. You're caricatures, all of you. Gods or not, you're ''caricatures''. And this is why you are destined to lose.
** For that speech, Lorien smiled and congratulated Aslan, while Jean-Luc Picard and the ''Enterprise'' crew delivered a standing ovation. Aslan was even accepted into the ranks of the Grand United Alliance of Good. Cosmos, aware of his reputation, offered to cede leadership of the Alliance to him, but Aslan replied, as he is too humble to be an active leader.
** Much to the shock of those listening, however, Lucifer listened calmly and intently to his advice. Much to their horror, he accepted Aslan's words but gave a warning of his own.
--> '''Lucifer''': Indeed I do Aslan. For it was only through earning my right to freedom that humanity [[EmptyShell was able to be saved from our shared Creators YHVH grasp]], even as I fell from heaven as the price. To say that one mustn't earn one's freedom even when it is all but stripped away leaves one only with despair and complacency, as [[Pantheon/OrderAndChaos humans will give up to their freedom for false safety in societal order]]. Make no mistake, humans can have freedom, but for every individual, that word has a different meaning, even one of order that humans strive for can be ideal so long as gods do not exist to choke the freedom in such a state. Yet there are two things you truly do misunderstand about me. Heed me well, to say I am a caricature incapable of responding to love [[NotSoDifferentRemark is the same kind of mentality YHVH, Nekron, and Melkor have]]. For if I did not respond to [[ThePowerOfLove Love]] I could not conceive my ''many'' children with their human mothers and fathers, nor create one by myself, and if I did not know of the love of [[ThePowerOfFriendship Friendship]] I could not be summoned and incarnated in forms when heroes have needed aid through the bonds of their friends. I am contradiction incarnate, I am mankind's eternal protector, ''and'' its eternal adversary. I will save humans when they need it, and I will be struck down when humans need it. ''That'' is my nature.
* Also has a seat in Pantheon/RealAndLegendaryPastiches.

* Respected by: [[Pantheon/OtherPowers Mega Man X]], [[Pantheon/PhysicalAppearance Bardock]]
* TheMentor to: [[Pantheon/ClothingStyle Elissa Power/Empowered]]
* The Goddess of Truth, Diana of Themyscira, better known as Wonder Woman, is the owner of the Lasso of Truth, an artifact with the ability to force people to tell the truth. Those who try to resist will experience incredible pain. Even without her lasso, anybody in Diana's presence is more honest then they normally would be.
* Diana's origins are a bit harder to determine nowadays. Once thought to have been molded out of clay by her mother Hippolyta, it was revealed that that was just a lie to cover up that she was actually the daughter of Zeus. Others say that she may be the byproduct of her mother and Hercules. There are even those who believe that Hades could be her father in one way or another. If all of this isn't confusing enough, Diana at one point ended up on a fake version of Themyscira, its Amazons, her mother, and even the Olympian Gods. She also learned that it's been years since she was last in her true home after leaving its shores. This shocking revelation was so disheartening that she ended up in a mental hospital.
* Wonder Woman has a good relationship with fellow DC heroine Supergirl. Supergirl respects Wonder Woman for being the first female super-hero, and Diana values Kara because she is one of the strongest women on the planet and uses her powers for good (even if Diana thinks the young Kryptonian needs guidance, counsel and warrior training). Both women have enjoyed many adventures together and fought hand-in-hand.
* Has had trysts with both Superman and Batman. The former was retconned out of continuity, while the latter didn't pan out due to [[MarriedToTheJob Bruce being too committed to his role as Batman]]. She still remains good friends as co-founder of the Justice League.
* When Diana first saw Usagi Tsukino, her first thought was [[HoYay how cute]] the moon princess was. The feeling was mutual as Usagi thought the Amazon Princess was [[EvenTheGirlsWantHer beautiful]]. The two superheroines have spent considerable time together while complementing the others' attributes ever since. They've even told each other stories about some of their enemies.
** This came in handy when she helped Ichigo Kurosaki and Lin Beifong apprehend Shukuro Tsukishima for a series of attempted crimes, and his Lasso of Truth-compelled explanation of his motives portrayed a completely different fate than what Ichigo remembered of his afterlife (Ichigo had not seen Shukuro and his fallen comrades again in Hell, but rather in Soul Society, where they even helped him against his latest enemy). Investigating further, she and Beifong found footage of Tsukishima being accosted by the "faceless robe" of his story, who she instantly recalled as Death Phantom or Wiseman from Usagi's stories. This led back to Sailor Moon and her comrades, who confirmed Ichigo's history and purged Death Phantom's influence from Tsukishima's mind. While Tsukishima's claimed to have no harmful intentions since then and harbors clear and visible hatred for Death Phantom, Wonder Woman is not sure whether he can be trusted.
* She learned about another person who embodies the concept of truth. To her surprise, that person was actually a pony named Applejack. She didn't dwell on that for very long once she got to know the apple farmer, realizing that they share many things in common like being strong, determined females who are loyal to their friends and family. Also, they are experts in the lasso.
* Diana once found out that she has a villainous equivalent self in an [[VideoGame/InjusticeGodsAmongUs alternate universe where Superman is a tyrant and reigns with an iron hand]]. However, Diana travelled to said universe and defeated her villainous Regime self and now she's training better to avoid becoming a villainess, especially upon hearing that said EvilCounterpart [[VideoGame/Injustice2 has only]] [[TheScrappy gotten worse]].
* Initially had a very hard time getting used to seeing Hercules as a boisterous yet virtuous fighter, thanks to the one in her universe being [[AdaptationalVillainy power-hungry, scheming, and at one time ravaging Themiscyra]] as Hippolyta's conqueror and rapist — and a ''few'' moments of contrite atonement in between those many acts. It's gotten easier with time as she's seen how much nicer, if still boisterous, he is. Not only that, any sexual advances he does pursue are done with the utmost respect.
* Many have wondered whether or not Diana "bats for both teams". While she has been in relationships with men, she did grow up on an island populated with only just females. Not to mention her [[HoYay strong chemistry]] with other females — heroes and villains alike. As it turns out, she was quite the lady killer back home.
* Many have questioned why someone who could fly would own a jet plane, much less an invisible one. There was also confusion on the Invisible Jet being invisible while leaving its occupants visible which made it look even more useless. That technical flaw was fixed. Diana does justify its use by saying she only uses it on espionage missions or when she wants to transport others around the world.
** Another aspect of hers that many questions is her costume. Why would a society of females rooted in Greek mythology have a uniform based on the United States flag? Were they somehow updated on the countries of man's world enough to know which nation would be an ideal entry point? Was it the flag that was instead based on Diana's uniform? Or were the two designs just similarly inspired? Whatever the case, just don't question the overall [[{{Stripperiffic}} design]] of her suit.
* Some scientists have been trying to discover the secret to Wonder Woman's skill in deflecting bullets with her bracers. They argue that [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wiYW_EGzcuw speed and reaction time isn't enough]]; she'd have to be knowledgeable enough in ballistic trajectories to ensure that every bullet she's deflecting doesn't end up breaking into shrapnel, or — if it does — break in a way that would not harm her or anyone behind.
* Has a very interesting contrasting duality of being an advocate of peace and love yet also a fierce warrior. One day she's defending the rights of people and the next she's driving her sword into a demon's head. Not helping matters is that she is seen by some to be too violent compared to Superman and Batman. And some will never let her live down how she [[NeckSnap killed]] Maxwell Lord. Despite these criticisms, Diana won't apologize for who she is and will continue to help others. This earns her the respect of Mega Man X.
* Always the champion for equal rights of all genders, Diana opposes anyone who would dare revoke them. Regardless of whether those opposers are [[StrawMisogynist men]] or [[StrawFeminist women]].
* Has nothing but respect for Peggy Carter for being a capable woman during a time when females hardly got the respect they deserve. Through her friendship with her, she became friends with Steve Rogers, a fellow hero who fought in a World War. The three find it chilling that during the World War [[spoiler:they all knew a Steve who sacrificed themselves in the act of taking down a plane containing deadly weapons in their respective universes]].
** Related to Steve Trevor, whenever Captain Kirk goes on covert missions using [[Creator/ChrisPine his younger avatar]], Diana feels compelled to go along.
* Many Gods had a good chuckle when she teamed up with the Powerpuff Girls and Bubbles mentioned they hoped to be as "well developed" as her. This caused the Amazon to be slightly embarrassed and to cross her arms around her chest.
* Has gained followers amongst some members of the Adepta Sororitas who look up to the Amazon and her strength. Diana has welcomed them with open arms and has been training them in the Amazon ways.
* Diana is often considered one of the most beautiful super-heroines in her own universe. This has garnered her many admirers in the Pantheon, particularly Johnny Bravo who used his standard pick up lines. Not really flattered, yet at the same time not wanting to hurt him, the Amazon [[TakeAThirdOption used her Lasso of Truth to restrain him]]. [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4DsvYzFutOc It also revealed a very embarrassing secret.]]
* Diana has mentioned she has a bit of a kinky side to herself as she enjoys bondage play. Considering the way she handles her Lasso, nobody is surprised. She became friends with both Ally and Lisa who are also into safe bondage practice.
* One of Diana's most admirable traits, but also her most fatal flaw, is her determination. While her spirit will never break and continue to fight, her body is another story, as it will give out at a certain point. Bardock credits her for having the fighting spirit of a Saiyan, but given the difference between how his kind used that fighting spirit in the past versus how many of them use it now, she's not sure how to take that.
* One of the few deities to have actually dealt with battling true Gods. Her most frequent opponent is Ares, the God of War. The two have clashed multiple times in the past and continue to do so in the Pantheon. Ares isn't the only evil Greek God Diana has battled as she fought with both Hades at one point. And while she never fought them, Diana has become enemies to other evil true Gods like Amatsu-Mikaboshi and Bandos. There are those who believe that Diana could kill them as [[spoiler:she is a true God Killer]].
* Diana has the special position of being Athena's own Personal Champion that she calls on to handle missions dealing with the Gods. Diana was surprised to learn that her Patron Goddess had a daughter in Annabeth Chase. She warmed up to the Demigoddess very easy since she was a fierce fighter. She also took a shine to Percy Jackson as a fellow warrior.
** Diana has made more allies of these types like the angel Pit whose Goddess, Palutena, reminds her of Athena, if a bit more playful. She also allied herself with Bell Cranel whose Goddess was Hestia, though she was perplexed with the way he described her.
* Many were surprised to learn that both Diana and Xena don't have the best standing relationship. Many thought they would make great allies since they are both such fierce warrior women. Many even remark how the two even [[Creator/LucyLawless sound alike]]. The bad blood centers on Xena being responsible for the Deaths of the Olympian Gods.
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RqDDZpjYCx4 Analysis of]] Wonder Woman's sword showed that it's potentially more awesome than thought, given that it's stated to be capable of ''[[ComicBook/KingdomCome carving the electrons off an atom]]''. It's even capable of harming ''Superman''.
* Has become good friends with the Crystal Gems. She is helping them with combat training, moral support, and overcoming past grief.
** When she had Steven grasp the Lasso of Truth as she held it, Diana found a kindred spirit: one with a near-boundless sense of love and value of truth. But she found something more as she probed the depths of his being; the former life of Rose Quartz. Or rather, Pink Diamond, the youngest of one of four gem overlords, who faked her death in a rebellion she masterminded to spare the planet Earth. This [[SemiDivine half-Diamond]] parentage of Steven's and conflict with the other Diamonds reminded Diana of her own divine parentage and tribulations dealing with her half-brother [[MadGod Ares]]. Diana was impressed with how Steven managed to solve everything diplomatically, as, in spite of being less reticent towards killing than Batman or Superman, she would rather redeem even her worst opponents. She sympathizes with the Gems' grief over all the secrets kept by Rose/Pink Diamond which caused much collateral damage.
** Connie was awestruck at the sight of Diana, and wanted some fencing lessons and for her to sign some of her comics, all of which Diana graciously obliged.
** Even having handily defeated all of the Gems, she finds them impressive at what they do and admires the love they have for one another, particularly Garnet and her components, Ruby and Sapphire. She has taken it upon herself to [[YouAreBetterThanYouThinkYouAre convince Amethyst not to be so hard on herself]] regarding her origin, or being an imperfect quartz, and [[YouAreNotAlone letting Pearl know that even without Rose Quartz, she will never be alone as long as she has her fellow Gems]]. She has given Steven lessons in shielding as well and trained him with the Lasso of Truth. At one point, she encouraged the Gems to fuse and show off their moves. And then something interesting happened: when Steven still had the Lasso in hand, he and Amethyst fused into Smoky Quartz and did a triple lasso lariat. Upon realizing, and then getting a little mischievous, Quartz ensnared the nearby Peridot, Lapis Lazuli and Pearl, followed by each of them uttering rather uncomfortable secrets about [[HoYay mutual attractions]]. Pearl, coming back to, yelled at Quartz to apologize to Diana for using her tool in such an indecent manner. Amethyst immediately de-fused and repeatedly apologized to Diana, who just laughed the whole thing off. Diana had an idea and invited the Gems along with Connie and Steven to Thermyscira. Hippolyta and the other Amazons were initially skeptical, but Diana managed to convince them their missions were practically one and the same. Diana was able to convince the Gods to make a special lasso for Steven, though that may take an indefinite amount of time. The Crystal Gems have been welcomed as Honorary Amazons, and they frequently visit for combat and revelry, and also in Connie's case, study.
* Diana has fought Kratos on a number of occasions due to Hera being one of the main targets of his murderous hatred of the Olympic Gods. To make matters worse, ever since her longtime enemy and former friend Barbara Ann Minerva ascended to the Pantheon, Kratos has been trying to kill her claim her fur. Ever since transforming into Cheetah, Barbara has hated Diana and wanted her dead; however, Diana refuses to see anyone kill her cursed and misguided friend. Kratos is one of the few enemies whose pursuit can make Barbara recognize this long enough to accept Diana's help.

* Previously just an offspring of a minor warlord that became known as 'The Fool of Owari' due to his antics unbefitting of a Samurai, Nobunaga made himself known in the times of war due to a surprise victory against the Imagawa forces when outnumbered heavily. This eventually continued where he utilized foreign muskets to eventually decimate the feared Takeda Cavalry, thereby signalling the end of the era of 'Samurai Fought in Honorable Duels', war was revolutionized. Nobunaga found a loophole in the terms that this demon version of him has diverged quite enough while he still had a lot up to his sleeve to be represented in the Pantheon. Protests that there have been no Sengoku figures that have two versions between the [[VideoGame/SengokuBasara two]] [[VideoGame/SamuraiWarriors realms]] having TWO portfolios were raised, because it was not the usual thing, but Nobunaga didn't give a damn, that was the way he lived his life, if he didn't follow, he might as well let the Imagawa trample his clan. And so, much to everyone's surprise, Nobunaga repeated his feats at Okehazama against the Demon!Nobunaga, claiming his house in an unprecedented move. Henceforth, the two Nobunagas became rivals, though if anything, Nobunaga thinks his demon version is... amusing.
* With his ascension, there has been rumor if Nobunaga would initiate a call to arms to [[VideoGame/SamuraiWarriors those originated from his realm]] to [[UltimateShowdownOfUltimateDestiny fight for supremacy]] against [[VideoGame/SengokuBasara those from the alternate Nobunaga time.]] His response? "Is that so? An interesting proposal..." followed by an ominous chuckle, but he has yet to take any direct action about it.
* As per his historical-self when it comes to countering detractors ("is that so?"), Nobunaga has a knack to counter-troll anyone that attempts to {{Troll}} him, and then irritate them with "I forgive you" (via allowing them to get away with what they want as much as they fail to actually succeed). Clearly they were hoping that he would just cut their head off for daring to do that, but of course, Nobunaga here is different than that demonic Nobunaga. That doesn't mean that [[HistoricalHeroUpgrade he's gotten a lot more heroic]], though. If it fits his vision, he'll sadistically burn his oppositions to death. The thing at Mt. Hiei? He'll do it remorselessly if he had to. He's a lot more complicated.
* Due to his own rather weird and unpredictable personality and the multiple versions of the Sengoku Period deities within the Pantheon, it's rather hard to say how Nobunaga feels towards his compatriots from the same realm. And that includes his sister.
* He has renewed his alliance with [[VideoGame/DynastyWarriors Cao Cao]], just like he did when [[VideoGame/WarriorsOrochi everyone was fighting against Orochi.]] Cao Cao himself has finally recognized that ''this'' is the Nobunaga he knew and trusted.
* Though he's mostly appearing as the more complicated dark lord, there are times that Nobunaga, thanks to a certain mishap in his ascension or perhaps a battle with the demon Nobunaga, he ended up getting transformed into [[VideoGame/FateGrandOrder a little girl with a Napoleon complex]]. In this form, while she's still the same Nobunaga with visions towards innovation, she could get a bit comical since she's almost like Deadpool, sometimes not acknowledging the fourth wall and getting meta. However, even Gods would be aware, since her muskets were said to be able to pierce through a God's divinity, the greater the rank, the worse the wound.
** Also in this form, Nobunaga has made mentions about a certain "Saber with Shit Stats", which eventually took form in Okita Souji. [[VitriolicBestBuds They bicker as much as they watch each other's back]].
** Ever since then, sometimes the Pantheon often gets flooded with chibi-version of female Nobunaga who often cutely squealed "Nobuuu!"
*** However, those from the Nasuverse can't help but [[Creator/JurotaKosugi hear Kishima Kouma whenever this version of Nobunaga starts to speak]]...
* Nobunaga was very amused about this place called [[Anime/KillLaKill "Honnoji Academy."]] And that the council president there, Satsuki Kiryuin, for some reason reminded him of something...
* Apparently he's also the guy who commissioned [[VideoGame/NinjaGaiden the whole Hayabusa clan]] in case of demonic shenanigans beyond what he could handle. This, in addition to [[VideoGame/WarriorsOrochi assistance against Orochi]], earned him the respect of Ryu Hayabusa.
* When incarnated as his Drifter aspect, Oda ''revels'' in the brutality he did, but do not be fooled, the man is still very much human. He may not be able to see ''why'' people hated him for the awful things he did, but he has learned from his mistakes and prefers to serve as an advisor to someone others can respect. One case being Shimazu Toyohisa and their alliance of non-humans.
** Is more amused by YHVH compared to the rest of the Pantheon, having spent his own life stuck in his ways until he was carried off to another world. Though Oda also sees him as a good example of what not to do when being brutal. Similarily he sees Heaven's Hole as someone to be wary of as she's lust gone horribly wrong, so he can't enjoy ogling her or trying to get release since neither Ranmaru nor his lovely wife Noh are in the pantheon to help.
** [[VideoGame/{{Persona 4}} He also liked to lend certain aspects of his as a Persona (just shortening of his title to 'Rokuten Maoh') to Kanji Tatsumi]], where [[{{Troll}} Nobunaga enjoys teasing Kanji]] to [[WebComic/{{Hiimdaisy}} enjoy naked men (Ooh yaah~<3)]], but also teaches him to still be assured of his sexuality. Nobunaga does know a thing or two about the subject...Ranmaru Mori is not just his page, after all!
* What does it mean to oppose Nobunaga? [[WebAnimation/ExtraCredits MOSTLY]] '''[[WebAnimation/ExtraCredits BAD]]''' [[WebAnimation/ExtraCredits THINGS]].
* As opposed to his demonic version, Nobunaga actually does not like [[VideoGame/{{Onimusha}} Fortinbras]] at all. He's his own 'Demon King', he bows to no one, and really, the practice of thinking him as a super demon and simple embodiment of evil is getting rather outdated...
* Lately, his famed blade of the Heshikiri Hasabe was brought into mind via its origins; Nobunaga still keeps the blade around at times, and is hoping that it can be sharped up a bit more for actual fatal blows rather than that one servant he happened to kill out of a tantrum. Nowadays though, [[TranquilFury though he may not show it]], [[BerserkButton Nobunaga can show his fury if pushed hard enough]]....only it's so confusing to know how to really do so in the first place.
* Has befriended the black dragon of ideals Zekrom in an [[Videogame/PokemonConquest alternate continuity]]. In that universe, Nobunaga tried to conquer the Ransei region [[spoiler: to find [[Pantheon/DivineRoles Arceus]]]]. It was a rather strange, yet amusing adventure for both him and the legendary dragon pokémon. Naturally, the thought of Nobunaga having a legendary dragon as an ally to call upon makes his enemies quite nervous.

* Complicated Relationship: [[Pantheon/FamilyDynamics The]] [[Pantheon/{{Monarchs}} Entire]] [[Pantheon/{{Weapons}} Sky]][[Pantheon/{{Siblings}} walker]] [[Pantheon/{{Destinies}} family]]
* There's always a form of struggle in the world. Between Good and Evil, Order and Chaos, Life and Death, Light and Darkness. One of the most famous examples is with the Jedi and Sith in the world of Franchise/StarWars. But before there was the Empire, the Republic, before even the Sith and Jedi, there were "The Ones". A family of three Force Wielders, each embodying an aspect of the Force.
** The Son: TheDarkSide made flesh. [[AmbitionIsEvil Ambitious]], selfish, powerful, and dangerous like all who draw on the power of the DarkSide.
** The Daughter: The Light Side in its purest physical form. Pure, selfless, humble and wise like those who follow the light strive to be.
** The Father: The [[AnthropomorphicPersonification embodiment]] of [[BalanceBetweenGoodAndEvil Balance]] itself. A master of both Light and Darkness, both selfish and selfless, both cruel and merciful, both wise and powerful.
* Applies to the Entire Family
** The ascension of the three Force Wielders did not go unnoticed to the residents of Pantheon. Almost every Jedi, Sith and member from the House of Pantheon/DarknessAndShadow and Pantheon/LightAndBrightness had felt their presence upon ascension. [[Pantheon/FamilyDynamics Anakin]], [[Pantheon/IntellectualArchetypes Obi-Wan and Ahsoka]] were the most surprised, having seen the three die. Everyone questioned on just how the three had managed to ascend, but they didn't need to wonder for long, because The Celestials had soon arrived. When both members of the Jedi and Sith had appeared in front of The Celestials, not only did they show them a vision of a MirrorUniverse, but they had scanned the memories of everyone present. When doing so, they became [[WowingCthulhu intrigued]] with the Force and desired to learn more about it. And so the ancient race had enacted a plan to bring back the Force Wielders in hopes to learning more of the Force.
** But as quickly the Celestials had appeared, both they and the Force Wielding Family had disappeared. As it turns out, the [[GuardianOfTheMultiverse Living Tribunal]] had summoned them to the Pantheon/CourtOfTheGods to see what was to be done with them. Besides the usual members of the court, there were also a number of other gods that held a strong significance in both the Pantheon and Cosmic Hierarchy present, due to the sensitivity of the situation. There was much discussion on what to do with the family, as each member held a strong influence in both Pantheon and it's residents by the nature of both their existence and power. Some thought to recreate Mortis as their temple, ensuring that neither the Son or Daughter would leave and cause untold devastation in their conflict. But the idea was shot down when others realized that an outside force would indefinitely try to break them out, now that their existence was known. It was eventually decreed that the Celestials, as [[{{Pun}} the ones]] responsible for their ascension, would be made to guard over them. This way each member of the family can move around freely, while having someone capable of keeping them in check. This benefited the Celestials as it means that they can continue to learn more about the Force.
** Not much is known about the history of The Ones. According to a Killik by the name of Thuruht, the oldest of living member of their race, "The Ones are what the [[{{Precursors}} Celestials]] become". Unfortunately the [[HiveMind Killik hive]] does not make any distinctions between fact and fiction. Anything be it fact, fiction, truth, lies, myth, rumor all are history to the Killik. Was't more interesting is that there is almost nothing about The Ones that even ''hint'' to their existence, except for a mural that leads to the [[PlaceBeyondTime World Between]] [[PortalCrossroadWorld Worlds]] and the Night Sister's religion.
*** As an additional layer of mystery, despite what The Ones are and represent, all three members speak of the Force as something greater than them. Whether this hints to something about them, the Force itself, or even both still remains to be seen. The fact they aren't the only Force entities in the universe helps makes thing more ambiguous.
** There was one thing that they family had been concerned about. Now that they were once again alive, and were brought in to Pantheon, they were concerned about the possibility of the ascension of The Mother: [[Literature/FateOfTheJedi Abeloth]]. All three members decided to personally ask for assistance to deal with her should she ever appear. Learning of the danger, both the Jedi ''and'' Sith agreed to [[EnemyMine work together]] should the time come. The Celestials were also quick to assist as where the [[Pantheon/{{Otherness}} SCP]] [[Pantheon/SourcesOfInformation Foundation]] and [[Pantheon/SpaceAndCosmos The Grand Spacial Onlookers]]. It's their hope that she never arrives, but the possibility is too critical to ignore.
*** It's also because of the threat that [[OmnicidalManiac Abeloth]] poses that they view the Pantheon/GrandUnitedAllianceOfDestruction as enemies. [[EvilVersusOblivion Not even The Son wants the destruction of all life and reality]].
** It should come to no surprise that both the Jedi and Sith were heavily interested in The Ones. Their existence is was something completely new to most of them, save for a few. Each member of The Ones have a different opinion/relationship with the two orders.
*** The Father is fairly neutral to both orders, he says that the Sith are one of few who would wish to exploit the power of his family. It's very possible that he's also referring to the Jedi as well. He does have good relationship with Qui-Gon though. As he actively tries to find "balance" in the Force. Same with Revan, but to a lesser extant.
*** The Son has nothing but contempt for both the Sith and the Jedi Order. He wishes for both to be destroyed, mostly so that way there won't be anyone to oppose him in his goal to control the galaxy.
*** The Daughter has made an effort to help the Jedi as much as she's [[GodsHandsAreTied allowed to]]. Her presence is greatly appreciated, as are her thoughts, opinion and any wisdom she can spare. The Jedi do their best to fallow the light, and view her as a sort of symbolic representation of what they should strive to be. Like the rest of her family, she has a low opinion of the Sith Order. The reason is fairly obvious, but almost no Sith [[BullyingADragon dare try to attack her]]. [[spoiler:It's speculated that her main ally among the Jedi is Ahsoka Tano, with her Herald Morai, acting as a form of {{Familiar}}.]]
** The Force Wielding family have a ''very'' complex relationship with the Skywalker family. Anakin, after realizing that everything on Mortis [[AllJustADream wasn't a dream]], was '''''NOT''''' happy to see The Father again, even more so than he was with The Son. It was The Father who erased Anakin's memory about the [[Film/RevengeOfTheSith future that was to come]]. Everything he would do, the monster he would become, the innocent people he would hurt, all of it could have been avoided, if it wasn't for The Father. The Father reminded Anakin that he did offer him a chance to save the galaxy, by taking his place to keep The Son and Daughter in balance. He even warned him that not taking his offer, his ''destiny'' as he put it, would have terrible consequences in the future. He even reminded him that he freed Anakin from The Son's thrall, when he momentarily gave in thanks to the [[FutureMeScaresMe knowledge of his future]]. As for the rest of the Skywalker family, he's relatively good terms with them. The Father even thanked Luke for is actions on stopping Abeloth. Luke in turn only has a [[Franchise/StarWarsLegends vague memory]] of what he's talking about.
*** The Son and Daughter also have a complex relationship with the Skywalkers. The Son still very much wishes to have Anakin/Darth Vader as an ally to help take over the galaxy. What's worse is that not only does he have his sights on Anakin, but also his son Luke Skywalker, and his grandson Ben Solo/Kylo Ren. Anakin/Darth Vader went to great lengths to insure that he, his son, his grandson, and also his daughter Leia, to stay far away from The Son as possible. Luke and Leia will probably have a better time to resist The Son's ''"[[TheCorrupter influence]]"'', but he fears that both his and Ben's former stance in the Dark Side may be all he needs to revert them back. The Daughter however is in a good relationship with the family, but Anakin suspects that her ability to see the future may have allowed her to know if Vader's eventual birth, which is way she kept him at a distance during their time together. After all, both The Son and The Father knew, so why wouldn't The Daughter?
** While The Ones are very aware that the world is not [[BlackAndWhiteMorality Black and White]], They were '''NOT''' prepared to meet Lucifer and YHVH! Lucifer, while incredibly [[AffablyEvil polite and friendly]], is the literal embodiment of Chaos, discord and anarchy. The Father and Daughter are considerably uncomfortable around him, unlike The Son who finds him to be enjoyable company. That said The Son still sees him as a threat to his goals and ambition. YHVH however is much, ''much'', '''''MUCH''''' worse than Lucifer. A the one that is suppose to represent Law and Order happens to be one of the cruelest beings in Pantheon. This greatly distresses The Daughter, angers The Father and The Son thinks that the entire thing is {{actually pretty funny}} (though he still opposes YHVH like the rest of his family mambers).
** Like many, The Ones are very concerned about The Flood. When they encountered The Flood, it was from an infected creature. They felt that the creature was a small part of a much larger HiveMind. Out of curiosity, they entered and connected themselves with the HiveMind. But before the present Celestials could stop them, it was already too late. The moment The Ones connected to The Flood, they learned ''"everything"''. The learned what The Flood was, where it came from, what they could do and what it has planed to do in the future. And in turn The Flood, or more specifically The Gravemind, learned everything there was to know about The Ones. What they are, what they could do, and what they knew about the Force.
** Like an number of other Force Users, The Ones have a low and ''very'' negative opinion on the Chaos Gods. They, Son included, see the Chaos Gods as abominations to reality, and are very much willing to fight against them. With some Celestials that are still angry with their previous encounter right at their side, it doesn't look good for them. They're also a bit conflicted about [[Pantheon/{{Continuities}} Malal]]. On one hand, he's not only a Chaos God, but he also has a good deal ownership over their [[Franchise/StarWarsLegends home reality]]. The only good thing about it is that [[EldritchAbomination Abeloth]] is also trapped inside the [[WebAnimation/IfTheEmperorHadATextToSpeechDevice Retconnian]].
** Despite declaring that bringing or recreating Mortis wouldn't be as effective as it was before. The Father still asked to help bring the strange planet to Pantheon. Not recreate it, but ''actually'' bring it into Pantheon. The request was seemly granted, as many notice that finding The Ones temple is greatly difficult, as they not only have a hard time finding it in the House of Pantheon/{{Ambiguity}}, but people who are said to be there at the same time are nowhere to be found. Those who have a chance to actually see The Ones notice that they are no longer in the House of Pantheon/{{Ambiguity}}. And when they return, they notice that absolutely no time has changed at all, leading many to speculate that Mortis exist [[PlaceBeyondTime outside of time]].
* Applies to The Father
** [[BalanceBetweenGoodAndEvil Representing the Balance]] in the Force is The Father, the patriarch of the Force Wielding family. As one may expect, he is a being of [[PhysicalGod immense power]] who prefers to take a [[AllPowerfulBystander neutral stance]]. Expect in the case of [[ApocalypseHow total universal annihilation]], where he himself will personally intervene. This is actually the reason why he imprisoned himself and his family on Mortis, so his son and daughter don't accidentally destroy the universe fighting each other. Not so much that they'll cause a war expending the galaxy, but that they don't accidentally tear all of reality apart in a direct fight. This is why ''he's'' being imprisoned as well, because he has the literal power to stop them. If the rumors are true, then the origins of The Father are that he was originally a Celestial by the name of Elegast. He would later become what is known as The Father, through a Force nexus that was known as "'''The Wellspring of Balance'''". Which would not only act as his source of power, but the source of his immortality/life, which was unfortunately destroyed in a fight between the Son and Daughter. If true, then this act explains why The Father would eventually die, seemly of old age after over a thousand millenniums later.
** Despite The Father's neutral stance, his disdain for those who would endanger all of reality, or the natural order, for their own selfish goals clear. Darkseid would have all life in the Multiverse to bow to his will, breaking them to insure that they could never live without his rule. Megatron and his Decepticons would have all organic life in the universe destroyed, just to prove their superiority over them. Thanos would bend all of creation itself either for his obsession of death, or for his own ego and [[ForTheEvulz amusement]].
* Applies to The Son
** The Son is the Dark Side in physical form, the embodiment of Power in the Force, the [[AntagonisticOffspring Rebellious Son]] to The Father. As mentioned before, he ''is'' the DarkSide of the Force, he is Power itself, and unlike Sidious, his claims are not boast, but facts. Like the rest of his family, not much is actually known about him and not many are even aware of him. One of the few exceptions are the "Nightsisters" who revere him and his sister as one of the "'''Twin Deities'''", he himself being known as the "'''Fanged God'''". He has this name thanks to his ability to transform into a giant [[OurGargoylesRock Gargoyle]]. If the rumors are true, than he was once a Celestial by the name of Eipha. His source of Power comes from the Dark Force nexus, the "'''Font of Power'''". The Son supposedly drank from this font in diffidence of his father when he and his sister were specifically forbidden from doing so. Said Font is also what sustains him and keeps him immortal.
** As The Son is the very manifestation of Dark Side, it should come no surprise that he would show up to the House of Pantheon/DarknessAndShadow. The Son finds the House to be much more enjoyable than the Temple that he shares with his family. To the [[DarkIsEvil Evil members]] of the House, he's a relatively popular figure, whom some are exited to see. To the [[DarkIsNotEvil not so evil members]] he's another monster that needs to be taken down, but their very hesitant to actually confront him. He's one the most powerful Dark aligned beings in Pantheon, his very presence is like a form of [[TheCorruption corruption]], and if he actually tries to approach you, his CompellingVoice is sure to finish the job.
*** It should come to no surprise that The Son would eventually encounter TheHeartless. The Son seemly has an uncanny ability to control the Heartless with a mere thought. Either by a form of telepathy, or instinct, they do as he commands. One particular Heartless that The Son is interested in, is Ansem, Seeker of Darkness. The two have a sort of partnership, neither of two fully trusting of each other, but they're willing to work together. Many residents of Pantheon dread what the two could do together.
** To the shock and horror of many, The Son went to approach Darth Maul to form a pact. The Son offered Maul the chance to destroy the Sith and the Jedi, in the condition that Maul were to swear fealty to him. To prove it, The Son gave Maul [[ATasteOfPower a small time limit of power he could give him]]. I that time limit Maul felt the full power of the Dark Side at his side, and marched towards Palpatine's temple. Maul proceeded to slaughtering all of Palpatine's men and [[CurbStompBattle soundly defeating]] his former master. The only reason Maul didn't kill the Sith Lord was because the Son took back his borrowed power. After narrowly escaping, Maul returned to The Son. While disappointed about not getting to kill Sidious, he understood the reason to what The Son did. Maul then swore fealty to his new master, TheDarkSide itself.
** Something than many may wonder, is what would have happened if The Son had successfully escaped Mortis. As it turns out, there is a reality where [[WhatIf this actually happens]]. In said reality, Anakin returns to Coruscant as a servant to The Son. Both Yoda and Palpatine [[TheForceIsStrongWithThisOne sense Anakin and The Son approaching]]. [[EnemyMine Both come together to fight against the new threat]]. This is telling with as how careful Palpatine had been for the many years, and how strongly the Jedi have been in searching for him. When Anakin arrived and confronted the two, he came with a literal storm that engulfed the entire planet. The Jedi Master and Sith Lord battled against TheChosenOne, and lost. Anakin then declared himself overlord of the Galaxy, and The Son stood back and watched. Not needing to lift a single finger as they now ruled the Galaxy.
** If their is one being that The Son sees as a true ally, it's [[GodOfEvil Melkor]]. The two see much in each other, both are sons that (in their eyes) were robed of their natural right to rule over all from their father. The two would gladly corrupt all and any to their side. And they are without a doubt, the greatest evil in their home world. Some would think that the Celestials wouldn't allow such a thing to take place. But the Celestials conclude that what The Son is doing is only natural, that it's in his nature, and has yet to actually do anything that would endanger Pantheon.
** For all his malevolence, he does genuinely love The Daughter and even The Father (albeit to a lesser degree). He was both horrified and devastated when he accidentally killed the Daughter and when he saw the Father commit suicide on the mortal plane, even though he had originally desired the latter. Because of this, he has warned the GUAE, under no uncertain terms, that he adamantly refuses to do anything that would harm either member of his family, and that trying to force him to do so would be a very bad idea. Melkor is irritated with the Son's lack of fratricidal tendencies, but knows better than to force the issue, especially since the Son already has a negative opinion of the Chaos Gods, some of his closest allies.
* Applies to The Daughter
** The Daughter is the Light Side in physical form, as The Son is the embodiment of Power, she is the embodiment of Knowledge and Wisdom. She is the TheDutifulDaughter to the [[AntagonisticOffspring Rebellious Son]] of her brother. She's everything that The Son is not, as she said herself it's in her nature to be who she is, just as it's The Son's nature to be everything she isn't. The Daughter possesses every ability that the Jedi are capable of, and many thing that they aren't capable of. Though she herself rarely shows is, and very much prefers not to. As mentioned above, she is one of the "'''Twin Deities'''" in the Nightsisters religion. She is known as the "'''Winged Goddess'''", thanks to her ability to transform into a giant [[OurGryphonsAreDifferent Gryphon]]. Like with her brother and father, there are rumors about her origin. The rumor is that she was a Celestial by the name of Niphal. In an act to stop her brother after he drank from the Dark Force nexus, the "'''Font of Power'''". She bathed herself into the Light Force nexus, the "'''Pool of Knowledge'''". Said pool is not only the source of her power but also the source of her immortality.
** Like how her brother is with the House of Pantheon/DarknessAndShadow, The Daughter has made herself to be a popular figure to the [[LightIsGood good gods]] of Pantheon/LightAndBrightness. Her presence actually helps make the place even brighter, surprising as that is. As she sees the threat that her broth posses with his new dark allies, The Daughter had confronted the Keyblade Wielders for assistance, all who were more than willing to help.
** With the Son joining GUAE, The Daughter would naturally join the GUAG. [[GodOfGood Cosmos]] was more than willing to let her join, while also being sympathetic towards The Daughter for having to oppose her brother. That said, The Daughter does not take direct action unless the The Son is involved. The reason is that she still wishes to fallow her fathers orders, so she primarily takes a position in the Pantheon/GUAGMedicalDivision. There she can user her Force Powers with great effect without disobeying her father.
