| 6 | The ''House of Mentalism'' is a place that can best be described as surreal and abstract by nature. For one, what's on the surface is largely composed of a series of mazes and intricately-built monuments and buildings. The residents of the House themselves describe these as a normal occurrence here, it's what belies in its societal norms and habits that really makes things more distinctive and unconventional. Every place is designed to be a challenge for anyone who wants to mentally and psychologically challenge themselves. Many of the smartest beings in the Pantheon, be it gods or mortals, attend this House for that very reason and it's large audience generates several habits, such as mind games like chess and tabletops, lectures about psychology and mental understanding, and the art of planning and setting up plans and gambits. These give off the impression that the House of Mentalism is a place whose main audience is the intellectually gifted and those seeking to deepening their knowledge of psychology. |

| 8 | However, deep beneath this impressive surface lies a darker place underground ''literally''. While the House of Mentalism is recognized for the challenges and promises it presents, it is actually more recognizable to others as a gigantic labrynth where the intellectually skilled not only put themselves in even more strenuous thoughtful topics and situations, but they've even set up a base of operations there to not only make themselves at home there, but also ensure that they can keep their mind sharp and to prepare for every eventuality and probability that can occur to themselves, to others, and to the Pantheon at large. On an aesthetic note, only a few places in the House's underground section are lit up or provide a reliable light source. Most of it is corridors, rooms, and halls mostly blanketed by darkness. The general architecture is a mix between highly ornate and intricate pavements, walls, and ceilings whereas others are filled with layers of rock, moss, and an occasional water source. These more natural surroundings tend to house the occasional critters like rats, underground flies, and the like, so it's not rare to hear ambient sounds in the cavern networks, however creepy it may sound. |

| 10 | The underground passages of the House are among the hardest entrances to find as they aren't actually formally found within the House of Mentalism itself. Several different cavern routes are actually scattered throughout which leads into the House's labyrinth section, and even then, they have forked routes that could either lead to nowhere, dead ends, or other Houses. There have been efforts to mark the right routes and destinations, though given the scope of the House, only a few proper routes have been identified and marked via labels, flags, or so signs. There is a project planned to establish a legitimate gateway between the surface and underground section of the House, though progress on it has been slow for a myriad of reasons. The surface section would like to see a proper unity between itself and its darker counterpart, but the latter is said to be either too reclusive or too caught up with its own troubles to properly communicate. |

| 12 | Perhaps the most discussed topic regarding the House of Mentalism is the existence of a massive network of planners, manipulators, and thinkers who have ostensibly been connected to one another as a way of surveillance and to keep up to date with the Pantheon's most recent and notable events. The Pantheon/CouncilOfShadows is composed of heroes, villains, and anyone in-between, and many of them are more than willing to invade, backstab, and override others if it means getting what they want. Due to the absurdly competitive nature of the council, many deities just stick to themselves and even set up defenses and traps to protect whatever intel they may possess. That said, there is a council hall that is surprisingly attended by many, though contempt and disagreements happen on a daily basis. Due to the attempts at secrecy it tries to hide for its nature of and of its own presence, many have dubbed the Council of Shadows as a myth, which furthers just how willing the council members are in charge vering their tracks and agendas. |

| 14 | The ''Overseers of Scheming'' are the most notorious and devious of the House's members and have made several gambits to make them House Representatives. In addition to being cutthroat, they are also among the shadiest guardians in the Pantheon as they hardly make an attempt to represent their House, which isn't helped by the fact that they mostly dwell underground. Only Lord Recluse makes an active attempt to be a public figure, being a politically and diplomatically legitimate leader of a nation as well as leading a country's worth of supervillains and criminals. Makuta Teridax mainly tends to dwell on his own in any one of dozens of lairs, each containing different arsenals, laboratories and records of his plans, and Tzeentch is said to be in the ''deepest'' section of the House, which is barely accessible by anyone, even by his cult followers who tend to create makeshift temples or prayer grounds just to communicate with their patron god due to the absurd location of the Chaos God's domain. That said, this might be for the best due to Teridax's overly manipulative and backstabbing nature as well as Tzeentch's constant ploy messing up everyone for his own glee. |

Lord Brevon sees Lord Recluse as a worthy pawn to use, but the Arachnos leader is willing to go violent against Brevon, knowing full well about what he plans on doing to him. |

On the other spectrum, Zamasu loathes him because of said proclamation and the fact that Lord Recluse was a DeityOfHumanOrigin. While she hasn’t said anything about his relationship with Peter Parker, the stories spread thus far are already causing some distress back in New York and he wants it to stop. |

Likewise, she is weary of Applejack, who is known for teaching others to tell the truth. She learned this the hard way when trying to recruit the Cutie Mark Crusaders, who were once known for spreading rumors via newspaper on the behalf of a classmate. She was disappointed to discover they learned their lesson. |

Of these groups, children and youths appear to be the most susceptible to sharing these sorts of tales. As a result, The Rumor Weed is banned from both the Houses of Pantheon/ChildhoodAndAdolescence and Pantheon/{{School}}. The initial Rumor Weed incident was started by children after school (well, technically when Larry-Boy knocked over a potted plant but, you know, details). This measure was taken to avoid the same situation happening again. |
