5	The Court as a whole cares not about alignment, but about ''what you did''. Hence, being Evil is not considered a legal offense in and of itself. The highest penalty awarded is to declare a god to be banished into the Phantom Zone. Other punishments range from being added to an alignment change or drop in influence, to fines and favors owed.

7	A good majority of the Court's documented sessions include the ascensions of deities under violent, illegal or unorthodox methods. Depending on the scenario or if the defendant embodys a vacant trope well enough, judgement by the Court may be rewarding (ascension to the Pantheon) or harsh (the Phantom Zone).
