* ''WesternAnimation/AmericanDad'':
** In one episode, Stan receives the beating of his life from childhood bully Stelio Kontos. Steve receives the same later on in an off-screen moment.
** Roger is often the show's primary victim of such beatdown, most of them administered onto him by Stan. Sometimes Roger deserves such beating and sometimes he doesn't depending on the episode. Apparently Stan does not believe that he is committing assault when he assaults Roger since Roger is an alien and not human and Stan often beats up Roger even over the pettiest of grievances such as in "Not So Desperate Housewives" when he abuses Roger and throws him through a wall because Roger was forming a friendship with a dog named Fussy, who Stan was also trying to bond with. Stan always gets away with beating up Roger, except in "Season's Beatings" when he gets in trouble for beating Roger up in a public mall and gets kicked excommunicated from the church as a result.
* ''WesternAnimation/{{Amphibia}}'': "True Colors" has a particularly nasty one. When [[spoiler:Andrias drops Sprig from the castle window, it makes Anne's [[SuperMode calamity powers]] activate, and with her new powers, Anne proceeds to beat the ever-living daylights out of Andrias]].
* One WesternAnimation/{{Classic Disney short|s}}, ''The Art of Self Defense'', has WesternAnimation/{{Goofy}} receiving one of these for pretty much the whole short, from various exercise equipment and ''his own shadow.''
* ''WesternAnimation/TheAvengersEarthsMightiestHeroes'':
** We have Giant Man pounding the living daylights out of Abomination just as the villain was about to squish Wasp.
** ComicBook/CaptainAmerica delivers a particularly epic one to [[spoiler:the Skrull that had impersonated him and marred his reputation by manipulating and betraying the other Avengers and proclaiming to the world that they should surrender to the Skrulls]]. Needless to say, it's ''very'' satisfying.
* ''WesternAnimation/TheBatman'': In the second episode, "Traction", Bane gives Batman one of these to the extent that Alfred has to carry him back to the Batcave.
** Likewise, [[WesternAnimation/TheBatmanVsDracula his first battle against Dracula]], where he's only saved thanks to the coming dawn.
** Metallo gives one of these to Superman in "The Batman/Superman Story Part 1", and would have killed him with his Kryptonite heart until Batman got a hold of it. Superman then effortlessly kicks his ass.
* In ''WesternAnimation/BatmanBeyond'': Terry [=McGinnis=] as Batman does this to one of the Splicers. To be fair, Dr. Cuvier shot him up with vampire bat serum, so he wasn't quite human at the time.
** In ''WesternAnimation/BatmanBeyondReturnOfTheJoker'', specifically the flashback, Batman gives Joker a severe beating, enough to actually make Joker bleed at the mouth, grab him, throw him out of the room, and then grab him and slam him against one of the block pile's faces and utter in a very chilling voice "I'll break you in two...!", all after the Joker showed Batman a "family memories" video documenting the three weeks of {{electr|icTorture}}ocution and serum based torture to make Robin [[MindRape go insane]] to the extent where ''[[TheHyena his entire speech was composed of nothing else but]] [[LaughingMad insane laughter]]'', reveal everything he knows about Batman (including his SecretIdentity), and then giving him a makeover to make Robin resemble a crude imitation of the Joker called Joker Jr. In fact, because of this, he almost ended up breaking his [[ThouShaltNotKill one rule]] by killing The Joker as a result.
* ''WesternAnimation/Ben10''s [[BigBad Vilgax]] dishes these out like there's no tomorrow, examples include ''every freaking time'' he fights Ben, with the best being the time he destroyed Mount Rushmore '''with Ben's face.'''
** In a Ben 10,000 episode, Ken (and a HeelFaceTurn Devlin, Kevin's own son) try to attack Kevin after the latter mopped the floor with Ben earlier, only to have their asses handed to them. Ben wakes up in time to see his kid beaten, and he completely [[PapaWolf loses it]]. Ben then transforms into [[AttackOfTheFiftyFootWhatever Way Big]] and repeatedly pounds Kevin to the ground, with each punch being felt throughout the city like earthquakes.
** Ben himself deals out a fierce beatdown to Aggregor in ''WesternAnimation/Ben10UltimateAlien'' after said villain killed the Andromedan aliens to gain their powers. Ben (as ''Humongosaur'', no less) goes absolutely berserk, and it takes Gwen's intervention to stop Ben from outright killing him. [[spoiler:Unfortunately, it turns out that Aggregor's new form is NighInvulnerable, so Ben couldn't have harmed him much anyway.]]
* ''WesternAnimation/BewareTheBatman'': Batman's first encounter with Killer Croc [[spoiler:ends with Croc beaten within an inch of his life]].
* ''WesternAnimation/TheBoondocks'':
** In "Granddad's Fight", Robert Freeman is so full of hate and rage for Colonel Stinkmeaner for wrecking his stuff, hurting his knee, and making him a laughing stock of the entire town, that before Mr. Stinkmeaner can land a single hit on him, Freeman proceeds to beat the tar out of him, landing blow after blow until the final punch knocks him to the ground. After the fight is over, they discover that Stinkmeaner died from the beating and Robert feels bad about it.
** In "Let's Nab Oprah", Huey delivers one to Riley when he finds out that his friends Ed and Rummy are going to try to kidnap Creator/OprahWinfrey, and he's going to accompany them. ''Twice'' (the second time was more revenge related for having security sic Bushido Brown on him).
** In "Attack of the Killer Kung Fu Wolf Bitch", Granddad's date Luna says that she's a master of White Lotus Kung Fu. Huey doesn't believe her, saying that there are no masters left of this ancient art. He asks for a demonstration, and Luna proceeds to beat the daylights out of Huey. After the fight, Huey walks back to the bathroom where Riley and Granddad were hiding from Luna, and drops to the floor and passes out.
** In "Stinkmeaner: Begun the Clone War Has", the ''clone'' of Stinkmeaner comes to annoy Robert. Wuncler finds Stinkmeaner's treatment of Robert hilarious, and starts a fight tour. Robert is told to hold onto his hatred of Stinkmeaner by Riley, and spends most of his time training, and when the fight finally occurs, Robert beats the living tar out of him yet again in a manner that would make most MMA fighters jealous, reducing the clone to a sobbing, bloody mess on the ground. If it weren't for Huey stepping in, he would've killed him again.
* Cat and (sometimes) Dog usually receive this from the Greasers in ''WesternAnimation/CatDog''.
* ''WesternAnimation/CelebrityDeathmatch'': Gandhi inflicts one on Genghis Khan during their fight, and Genghis fails to fight back.
* ''WesternAnimation/CodeLyoko'': Happens almost every time XANA possess somebody or creates a human spectre. In almost all cases, the Lyoko-warriors nearly died from these beatdowns.
* ''WesternAnimation/CourageTheCowardlyDog'' had this inflicted onto Courage in the Villain Ball (No, not ''that'' VillainBall) episode. Basically, all of the major antagonists team up and play a dodgeball match with Courage, Courage being the only one not throwing the ball.
** There's also the Mecha Courage episode where he's pitted against Di Lung's robot dog in the Roman Colosseum. The match is largely one sided, and during one particularly painful instance, the robot doesn't even give Courage the chance to finish saying his 'the things I do for love!' catchphrase. Ironically Courage manages to win ''because he outlasted the robot till it's batteries died''.
** The poor dog had this happen to him too many times for his own good. Other examples include the embittered Kitty and a sad Goat venting their anger onto him for their personal tragedies. Only thanks to (partial) cartoony rules is that character still alive and well.
* ''WesternAnimation/DannyPhantom'': Vlad does this to Danny ''[[EstablishingCharacterMoment in his very first appearance]]'' in "Bitter Reunions." He doesn't stop until Danny loses consciousness and powers down, revealing his SecretIdentity.
** Danny ends up on the receiving end of an even more vicious beatdown in [[TheMovie "The Ultimate Enemy"]] at the hands of none other than his [[FutureMeScaresMe evil future self]]. Fortunately, this paves the way for Danny's HeroicSecondWind.
* The ending of TheMovie of ''WesternAnimation/EdEddNEddy'' has [[spoiler:[[MoralEventHorizon Eddy's brother mercilessly beating up Eddy]]]] and [[spoiler:the Kids beating up Jonny for attacking the Eds, whom they just befriended]].
** Sarah and Kevin dish these out frequently, usually to the Eds.
** Jimmy dished one to Edd in the episode "A Fistful of Ed."
** Let's not forget the time Rolf clobbered Eddy with a dead fish.
* ''WesternAnimation/TheFairlyOddparents'':
** In "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddparentsS4E9MrRight Mr Right]]", this episode is the best example of this trope. When Francis tried picking on Timmy he gets met with a scorpion sting, multiple stings from a wasp nests and a large pro wrestler (from previous episodes) that all beat up Francis. With the professional wrestler turning into a female (due to Timmy joking but making it a reality due to his wish) after beating up Francis. However the ending is a far more vicious karmic beaten given to Timmy. As Wanda's way on testing whether everything goes back to normal involves Francis knocking on the door. Timmy opens it and Francis taking his revenge has in his hand a jar of scorpions, a wasps nest and the pro wrestle behind him. After a few exchanges of dialogue the episode ends with an off screen non merciful vicious beating of Timmy.
** In the episode "Teacher's Pet", In the ending Crocker gets attacked by all the fairies and animals he tried extracting his energy from. He threatens Timmy saying he will return until he finally passes out.
** In the episode Crock Talk, We see through your this episode Crocker getting repeatedly beaten until he's decapitated. We pretty much just see him get a no mercy beating frequently.
* A staple in ''WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy'':
** In "[[Recap/FamilyGuyS4E20PatriotGames Patriot Games]]", Stewie beats the crap out of Brian after the latter tries weaseling his way out of paying Stewie back one too many times.
** Several episodes feature Peter and Ernie the Giant Chicken beating the stuffing out of each other.
** In "[[Recap/FamilyGuyS12E7IntoHarmonysWay Into Harmony's Way]]", Peter – annoyed at a simple request by his boss to complete some reports before a 5 p.m. deadline – beats the crap out of his boss.
** In "[[Recap/FamilyGuyS12E4AFistfulOfMeg A Fistful of Meg]]", her tormenter, Mike, initially does this (before Meg gets the upper hand).
** In "[[Recap/FamilyGuyS5E9RoadToRupert Road to Rupert]]", after Meg had enough of being humiliated by Peter and his friends, she stops the car she's driving them in and immediately gets rear-ended. When confronted by the hostile driver of the vehicle behind her, she proceeds to beat the living hell out of the guy.
** In "[[Recap/FamilyGuyS8E11DialMegForMurder Dial Meg for Murder]]", Meg comes out of jail as a hardened psychopath and gets revenge on her abusive family and classmates. In it, she beats the crap out of Peter twice and beats up the popular kids with a pillowcase full of unopened sodas.
** In "[[Recap/FamilyGuyS8E18QuagmiresDad Quagmire's Dad]]", Quagmire administers a brutal beat-down to Brian after he finds out that Brian had sex with his father but Brian didn't know about this fact.
** Quagmire himself gets a pretty brutal one from his sister's abusive boyfriend in "[[Recap/FamilyGuyS10E3ScreamsOfSilenceTheStoryOfBrendaQ The Story Of Brenda Q.]]". It's one of the most terrifying moments in the show's history.
** In "[[Recap/FamilyGuyS5E11TheTanAquaticWithSteveZissou The Tan Aquatic]]", Chris is being bullied by Kyle, another boy. In a rare moment of responsibility, Peter attempts to discuss the situation with Kyle; only to be verbally abused by the 13 year old. Peter snaps and gives Kyle a pretty brutal beatdown. Also a bit unusual for Peter, he understands that he's in serious trouble:
--->'''Brian:''' Is something wrong?\
'''Peter:''' No, No. Everything's cool right now. Might be some problems later, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.\
''[Later]''\
'''Peter:''' I'm going to prison, aren't I?
** In "[[Recap/FamilyGuyS6E9PetersDaughter Peter's Daughter]]", Peter unexpectedly shows up at Meg's school after she's been mocked (again) by AlphaBitch Connie D'Amico. Peter proceeded to grab Connie by the head and repeatedly bash her face into a fire extinguisher case with an increasing amount of force until Meg was able to stop him. He then dropped Connie into a bloody puddle on the floor as Meg led him away, sobbing the whole time.
** In "[[Recap/FamilyGuyS13E17FightingIrish Fighting Irish]]", after Peter bites off more than he can chew by bragging that he can beat Creator/LiamNeeson in a fight, only to for eponymous actor to essentially make Peter his slave after they actually meet. Peter is left begging for mercy, only to finally try to put his money where his mouth is after finally having enough. What follows is an '''epic''' CurbStompBattle, where Neeson punches, throws, and kicks Peter all around his trailer, at one point even managing to [[CeilingSmash embed Peter's head into his ceiling]] and pummel his hanging body until he finally falls out, then finishes him off by breaking ''both his hands and kneeing him in the nose so hard, he goes flying into a nearby dressing-mirror''. Ouch. [[ThrowTheDogABone Though at the very least, Peter's friends were still impressed he had balls to even try.]]
** In "[[Recap/FamilyGuyS12E16HerpeTheLoveSore Herpe, the Love Sore]]", Peter, Joe, and Quagmire lose their table at The Clam to some three tough guys who proceed to aggravate them when they try to take the table back. This somehow causes everyone they know to disrespect them all just because they couldn't retake the table back the first time, so when the three go back to reclaim the table [[spoiler:they get utterly ''wrecked'' for their troubles and fail...until the guys they got beaten by reveal they are army soldiers on a break and leave with people cheering them on, effectively recovering their table just because they annoyed the soldiers]].
** In "[[Recap/FamilyGuyS16E6TheDInApartment23 The D in Apartment 23]]", Meg and Chris dish one out to the entire student body of their school, after being ostracized for an offensive tweet Brian wrote.
* ''WesternAnimation/GravityFalls'': Season 1 finale "Gideon Rises" has a surprisingly violent moment in which Dipper [[spoiler:''dives off a cliff'', crashes through the windscreen of a giant robot, and brutally beats the shit out of Gideon.]]
* The titular character in ''WesternAnimation/{{Invincible|2021}}'' is subjected to these quite often, having two of them hospitalized him. The worst is when [[spoiler:Mark fights his father and is beaten so badly he is on the brink of death. Seeing how violent Viltrumites can get, Mark got VERY lucky.]]
* Frequently in ''WesternAnimation/JusticeLeague'', especially in later seasons. In JLU's second season finale, Superman's fight against his robotic double briefly turns into him delivering one ''to himself''.
-->'''Superman''': I'm NOT like you! I'm NOTHING like you!
** Creator/BruceTimm justified the show's tendency for fist fights between the characters by saying that getting up close and personal is what would likely happen when you put a bunch of people who hate each other into a room together.
** ComicBook/GreenArrow ''intentionally'' provokes Wildcat into doing this to him in a JLU episode to try and get him out of caged fighting. The end result is [[spoiler:Green Arrow being beaten to death, [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone shocking Wildcat]] and causing him to quit voluntarily.]] Except [[spoiler:Green Arrow used a stunner off of one of his arrows to put himself into metabolic stasis, giving the appearance of death, to [[BatmanGambit give Wildcat a taste of what killing someone felt like.]]]] [[Awesome/JusticeLeague Crowning Moment of Awesome]] for Green Arrow right there.
** Superman delivered two of them in the two-parter ''Twilight (of the Gods)''. The first is when {{ComicBook/Darkseid}} arrives on the Watchtower, and the rest of the League has to physically hold back Superman to let Darkseid say why he was there. Later, at the end of the second part, Superman and Darkseid face off, and Superman was actually keeping his promise of not stopping until Darkseid was "a greasy smear" on his fist.
*** {{ComicBook/Darkseid}} returns this in the finale to ''Justice League'' giving a relentless beating to Superman for over half of the episode, until Superman realizes that Darkseid is the one being he can use his full power on and [[TheGlovesComeOff proceeds to do so after his "world of cardboard" speech]] and delivering a MegatonPunch. It still doesn't stop Darkseid though.
** ComicBook/TheQuestion gets one of these at the hands of ComicBook/LexLuthor, of all people, while attempting to avert a bad future in the ''Unlimited'' episode "Question Authority". Luthor's newfound SuperStrength just makes it worse, because he is clearly ''enjoying'' brutally attacking his would-be assassin.
** Delivered to Franchise/WonderWoman by Mongul in the adaptation of "ComicBook/ForTheManWhoHasEverything". Though Mongul at least had a reason to keep doing it, [[{{Determinator}} given that Wonder Woman refused to stay down.]] But even she was too weak to even really fight anymore, he was still whaling on her.
*** This time Franchise/WonderWoman under mindcontrol delivers one of these to ''Hawkgirl'', ''ComicBook/BlackCanary'', ''Vixen'' and ''Huntress''. Just the OhCrap look on their faces when they see her says it all. "Anyone got a plan?" "Yeah, try to stay alive."
* ''WesternAnimation/{{Kaeloo}}'': OnceAnEpisode, Bad Kaeloo does this to Mr. Cat as punishment for whatever evil things he did through the episode.
* A brutal example in ''WesternAnimation/KipoAndTheAgeOfWonderbeasts''. [[spoiler:During the series finale, Kipo engages in a fight with a mutated Dr. Emilia. She gets the upper hand and starts pummeling Kipo, eventually rendering the poor girl unconscious.]]
* In episode 13 of ''WesternAnimation/TheLegendOfCalamityJane'' a mascara-sporting villain beats Calamity Jane to within an inch of her life. She spends most of the episode trying to recover from the vicious attack.
* Tenzin's fight with [[BigBad Zaheer]] in Season 3 of ''WesternAnimation/TheLegendOfKorra'' becomes this when [[spoiler:the rest of Zaheer's gang arrives and beats Tenzin senseless]].
* In the ''WesternAnimation/LooneyTunes'' cartoon ''WesternAnimation/DuckingTheDevil'', after WesternAnimation/DaffyDuck collects his $5,000 prize, he accidentally drops a bill and Taz takes it. Daffy goes into the cage and [[Awesome/LooneyTunes knocks the dangerous beast utterly senseless]].
* ''WesternAnimation/MegasXLR''. Name any episode. Chances are Coop has beat the living daylights out of someone in it.
* In an episode of ''WesternAnimation/{{Metalocalypse}}'', the normally kind and child-like Toki has a really bad day when he attends a Snakes N' Barrels concert and a fan won't stop screaming in his ear. Eventually, he snaps and viciously beats the fan to death in a fit of rage. ''Everyone'' is shocked and terrified by this, including Murderface, who planned to beat Toki up for registering all Planet Piss websites and making them into bestiality sites. Starring Murderface.
* ''WesternAnimation/MoralOrel'':
** When Clay starts advising Orel that 'turn the other cheek' sometimes meant fighting back, Orel started dishing these out to anyone that made a fist in his eyesight. Even Clay. (Clay didn't punish him for it because technically Orel ''did'' do what Clay said to do.)
** Joe gives his elderly, Alzheimer stricken father one of these in "Dumb", which normally would seem like a huge KickTheDog moment, but given how Joe had just found out that his mother, whom he thought went the DeathByChildbirth route, was alive ([[spoiler:and it's implied that Nurse Bendy was ''barely'' a teenager when she gave birth to him]]), it's honestly hard to blame Joe for doing that.
* In ''WesternAnimation/ThePenguinsOfMadagascar'', Skipper doles one out to King Julien in "Out of the Groove" ''[[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments through dance.]]''
* In the ''WesternAnimation/PinkyAndTheBrain'' episode "Welcome To The Jungle", Brain delivers one to his arch enemy Snowball when he tries to sacrifice Pinky.
* ''WesternAnimation/ThePowerpuffGirls1998'':
** In "Candy is Dandy", the titular heroines strike a deal with Mojo (just so they can rewarded with candy from the Mayor for their heroics), but when he betrays them, they beat him to a pulp. [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone They only realize how far they've gone when they notice a tear fall from one of his swollen eyes.]]
** This is pretty much the basis for the episode "Bubblevicious". Here, Bubbles [[FriendToAllLivingThings (of all people)]] snaps and literally tears through the monsters when she decides to go [[BewareTheNiceOnes "hardcore!"]] Granted, they were holograms. Later in that same episode, [[BigBad Mojo Jojo]] captures her to use as bait to lure in her sisters so he can attack them all at once. He tries to torture Bubbles with a cry ray so the other girls will hear, but it backfires when she screams so loudly that she actually causes her restraints to ''break apart'', and [[OhCrap only when it's too late does Mojo realize what happened]]. The girls come in, as predicted, but by then, Bubbles has already pulverized Mojo, proving just how "hardcore" she can really be. And then, though weakened, he makes the fatal mistake of attacking the girls with a laser [[InTheBack when they're not looking]] -- and then has only a few seconds [[OhCrap to realize his wrongdoing before Bubbles attacks him even further]], which is how the episode ends.
** The whole runtime of "The Boys Are Back in Town." The girls really get it bad from the Rowdyruff Boys.
** [[BerserkButton MEAT HAIR.]]
* The ''WesternAnimation/RobotChicken'' parody of ''ComicStrip/{{Popeye}}'': "It's Tuesday, Wimpy! Where's me money?"
* ''WesternAnimation/RockosModernLife'': In the episode "Trash-O-Madness", a scene has Rocko trying and failing to retrieve Spunky from [[BullyBulldog Earl]], getting punched each time. Eventually, Rocko gets fed up and socks Earl in the nose. In response, he snarls angrily and brutally beats the shit out of Rocko.
* ''WesternAnimation/SamuraiJack'': In the episode "Jack in Egypt", the instant Jack realizes the Minions of Set have been released they come out from behind the black and deliver a savage, relentless beat-down that leaves Jack covered in bruises and gashes within the first ten seconds of the fight. He spends the rest of the episode running in terror, receiving more beat-downs along the way.
** His fight with the Guardian starts out more or less even, but after Jack [[BerserkButton ruins the Guardian's suit]] he receives a beatdown that leaves him a broken mess. If it weren't for the intervention of the time portal the Guardian was protecting, Jack would have been killed.
* ''WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons'':
** In "[[Recap/TheSimpsonsS4E4LisaTheBeautyQueen Lisa the Beauty Queen]]", a School Fair is advertised has being the "Happiest Place on Earth", causing Disney Lawyers to harass Principle Skinner, and threaten to sue him. At which point, Skinner breaks out Green Beret training, beating the tar out of the Lawyers, and when one flees, hurling his briefcase at him and knocking him out. He caps this off with [[BondOneLiner "Copyright Expired"]].
** In "[[Recap/TheSimpsonsS6E15HomieTheClown Homie the Clown]]", Homer pummels the shit out of the [[UsefulNotes/McDonalds Hamburglar]] {{Expy}}, the Krusty Burglar, while doubling as Krusty, both with his hands and implied by slamming the poor guy's head against a rock lying in the parking lot. All of the kids in the lot are horrified and one of them begs Homer to stop because he thinks Homer is PummelingTheCorpse.
-->'''Kid, in tears:''' Stop! Stop, he's already dead!\
'''Krusty Burglar:''' ''[as Homer is dragged away by security]'' Please look at my medical bracelet...!
* In the ''WesternAnimation/SouthPark'' episode "Breast Cancer Show Ever", after Cartman keeps making fun of breast cancer, Wendy decides to fight him after school. Cartman spends most of the episode trying to get out of the fight while saving face in front of his peers, because he knows this is going to happen. While he does [[WouldHitAGirl give her a few good hits]] at the beginning of the fight, he ultimately fails and gets his ass handed to him in front of the entire school.
** Cartman got another one in "Stunning and Brave", when he threatens to frame [[PoliticalOvercorrectness PC Principal]] (seriously, that's his name) for having sex with Butters in order to get out of the four days detention he was given earlier. [[WouldHurtAChild Things went downhill]] ''[[WouldHurtAChild fast]]''. Notably, PC Prinipal didn't even seem to care one bit that he was being framed for paedophilia. The whole reason he gave Cartman a beating was because he ended his threat with "capisce?", which PC Principal considered racist because it [[TheMafia associated Italians with intimidation tactics]]. The beating only got worse after Cartman referred to Jared from Subway as a "spokesman" rather than "spokes''person''". SkewedPriorities never felt so brutal.
** In "Worldwide Privacy Tour", when [[GirlyBruiser Bebe]] fights Butters.
* ''WesternAnimation/SpongeBobSquarePants''. Three Words: "Big, meaty, CLAWS!"
** In the same episode, when [=SpongeBob=] suggests to do some kicking, Patrick kicks Sandy hard on the butt. Sandy gets very angry and chases him outside with a trombone (Cue ScreamDiscretionShot.)
** In "The Fry Cook Games", [=SpongeBob=] and Patrick's friendship is shattered once again when Mr. Krabs and Plankton turn them into aggressive sociopaths bent on killing each other. In the final event: Bun Wrestling, they both engage in a vicious, violent, heavy brawl... until they both realize how their actions are affecting their friendship, and that friendship is more important than wanting to win very badly, much to Krabs' and Plankton's dismay.
** Happens a lot to [[ButtMonkey Squidward]] (a great example being in [[BearsAreBadNews The Camping Episode]]).
* ''WesternAnimation/StarTrekLowerDecks'': "[[Recap/StarTrekLowerDecksS2E04MugatoGumato Mugato, Gumato]]": Mariner gives a merciless thrashing to Rutherford and Boimler during a sparring match, which is what starts their suspicions about her being an undercover secret agent.
* ''WesternAnimation/StarVsTheForcesOfEvil'': Instead of using currency, the Wooletts (Kelly’s race), beat each other up in exchange for goods and services, so naturally, this is a regular occurrence to them. [[NoodleIncident Kelly’s uncle once bought a yacht, and is apparently still in the hospital for it.]]
* ''WesternAnimation/StarWarsTheCloneWars'':
** In "Innocents of Ryloth", the recently freed Twi'leks give one to the Tactical Droid who was oppressing them as he tried to finish off Obi-Wan Kenobi and Numa. They were MAD.
** Anakin Skywalker does the same to Padme's ex Rush Clovis in "The Rise of Clovis" when Clovis tries to kiss her.
* ''WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse'': In "Crack the Whip", [[spoiler:Jasper gives one of these to Amethyst.]]
* ''WesternAnimation/SupermanShazamTheReturnOfBlackAdam'' gives us several fights through the course of its 20 minute run time, and while many of them favor one opponent or another, you can't call any of them truly one-sided. At least not until Black Adam offers Captain Marvel a SadisticChoice between sacrificing himself or letting a hostage die, and then tries to kill the hostage anyway. Superman saves the hostage, and Cap then delivers unto Adam a profoundly one-sided beat down, defeating the villain in the space of five quick attacks.
* ''WesternAnimation/TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles2003'':
** The [[EliteMooks Foot Elite]] deliver one of these to Leonardo at the climax of "The Shredder Strikes Back", leaving him near death. Another occurs in "Exodus, pt. 2", where a souped-up Shredder (with some assistance from Karai) delivers one of these to the four turtles, leaving injuries that took several episodes to heal.
** Just to get the point across, the Turtles are so badly beaten that the only way they can "win" is to set the ship they're on to self-destruct and [[TakingYouWithMe take the Shredder out with them]]. Fortunately, the Utroms show up in time to [[BigDamnHeroes save them]].
* ''WesternAnimation/TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles2012'':
** The first time time the turtles face off against the Shredder, he ''severely'' beats the tar out of them. Highlights include: throwing Raphael into a sign, ''electrocuting him'', and Michelangelo being crushed underneath the sign wreckage. The only reason the turtles escape alive is because the Shredder gets distracted [[spoiler:by Bradford and Xever mutating into Dogpound and Fishface]].
** In the Season 1 finale, Splinter delivers one of these to the Shredder in an [[PrimalStance animal rage]], leaving him in a heap on the floor. Shredder returns the favor in the Season 2 finale.
** Splinter once again returns the favor in Season 4's "Earth's Last Stand"; he's so furious at Shredder for betraying their EnemyMine against the Triceratons, on top of being willing to [[RevengeBeforeReason ensure Earth's destruction for the sake of his revenge]], that he beats the ever-loving crap out of him. Shredder spends the next handful of episodes [[DarkLordOnLifeSupport bedridden and in intensive care]].
* ''WesternAnimation/{{Teen Titans|2003}}'': Slade almost kills Robin this way in the episode "Haunted". To the point that Robin, who is otherwise ''always'' DefiantToTheEnd, actually ''begs'' Slade to stop. But you know what the worst part was? [[spoiler:[[YourMindMakesItReal It was all in Robin's head]]. Which means that all the damage ''HE DID TO HIMSELF.'']]
** You had a strong male-on-female version as well in Season 4, when Slade kicked the crap out of Raven, mindraped her, all the while musing on how "it's always the quiet ones".
** In TheMovie, Robin brutally attacks [[spoiler:and supposedly murders Saeko-Tek]].
** Fortunately, Raven gets back at Slade with her own (rather epic) NoHoldsBarredBeatdown in the episode "The Prophecy." After beating the crap out of the other Titans and then realizing he can't hurt Raven without disobeying orders from Trigon, Slade tries to escape by sinking into the floor... only for Raven to ''[[Awesome/TeenTitans2003 telekinetically reach into the ground, pull Slade back up, and beat the living stuffing out of him.]]'' Even the other Titans are scared.
* ''WesternAnimation/TeenTitansGo'':
** In the episode Caged Tiger we witness Dr Light having a change of heart. However since the male Titans weren't there, they aren't aware of this and come down to brutally beat down Dr Light. We see Robin punch him, beat with a metal staff, jump and body slam him. Beast Boy transforms into various large animals jumping up and down crippling Dr Light until then it's Cyborg's turn. Cyborg jumps on him and transforms his arms into battering rams pummeling him, fires many small rocket missiles from his back and lastly blasts Dr Light with a large laser cannon.
** In the episode Pirates when we Raven tells Beast Boy and Aquaman to fight to the death over her love. Aquaman hesitates but Beast Boy immediately attacks as he transforms into different animals he mauls, throws, pummels and bites Aquaman. In the beating he eats Aquaman's left eye and cripples his arm. Until Raven tells him to stop
** Another episode in which Dr Light was brutally beaten was Lication where the episode starts with Dr Light entering the Garage of the Titans Tower. The Titans then catch him and start immediately beating him using various of their powers to pummel him. Until Robin explains to them he wasn’t stealing he was renting it and lets the crippled Dr Light try to use his bike but ends up crashing because he could barely move at all.
* ''WesternAnimation/TomAndJerry'': In the short ''The Milky Waif'', Tom spanks Nibbles with a fly-swatter. Jerry catches Tom in the act and checks to see the damage done. [[PapaWolf He then roars like a lion and absolutely demolishes Tom]].
* ''WesternAnimation/TotalDrama'': While most of the AmusingInjuries in the series are PlayedForLaughs, things occasionally turn more serious to prove a character is not [[SeriousBusiness messing around]]. Most notably done by Mal, Mike's [[SuperpoweredEvilSide evil alternate personality]], to both former BigBad Alejandro and even the AxCrazy Izzy. Only [[TheSociopath Chris]] himself rivals the amount of suffering Mal brings to the other characters.
* ''WesternAnimation/TransformersAnimated'': The first thing Megatron does after getting his body back in the first season finale? Take down Optimus, Prowl, ''and'' Bulkhead. The second thing he does is take [[TheStarscream Starscream]] down with one strike of the [=AllSpark=] key.
** And let's [[SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome not forget his]] [[spoiler:[[TheStarscream Starscream]] [[AmusingInjuries Death]] [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin Montage]]]].
* ''WesternAnimation/TransformersPrime'': Optimus Prime gives one to Megatron in ''One Shall Fall''. Optimus knocks Megatron off a cliff, then jumps after him and grinds his wheels into the Decepticon leader's face, blinding him. After that, Optimus proceeded to beat the crap out of Megatron and nearly killed him too. But when Megatron gets a sudden power boost from the dark energon, he returns the beat down and is about to kill him when Bulkhead, Arcee, and Ratchet pull a BigDamnHeroes.
** A couple of Vehicons decided [[KickTheDog to have some fun]] beating up [[spoiler:an amnesic Optimus/Orion who begins to doubt and protest against Megatron's plans. This [[NiceJobFixingItVillain backfires on the Vehicons]] as the beatdown causes Optimus/Orion to unconsciously activate his arm cannons (which he didn't know he had) to defend himself.]]
* ''WesternAnimation/TransformersCyberverse'': After he attempts a coup, Megatron delivers an epic thrashing to Starscream and, temporarily, kills him.
* ''WesternAnimation/TheVentureBros'': Any fight involving Brock Samson.
