28	* One classic ad on Creator/CartoonNetwork featured characters from Scooby-Doo: Shaggy showed up in a spooky castle calling out, "Scooby-Doo! Where are you?" This cut to Scooby on a tropical beach, saying, "Right here, Raggy! On Rartoon Network!" What was scary about it was not only the notion that Scooby would desert his friends in the middle of a case, but also the fact that Shaggy was barely animated at all, paralyzed and semi-slouched in seeming defeat as he called for help. It was ''haunting.''
29	* The Ghouls getting [[BrainwashedAndCrazy Revoltized]] in ''WesternAnimation/ScoobyDooAndTheGhoulSchool'', specifically their expressions: Sibella's eyes [[WideEyesAndShrunkenIrises shrink as if she were going feral]], Elsa looks like her mind just got fried, Phantasm quickly loses her GenkiGirl composure and scowls for the first time in the whole movie and Winnie howls for some indiscernible reason. Elsa, Winnie and Tanis were freed early, but Sibella and Phanty remained under the spell longer. The former was freed by Tanis and apparently needed a few seconds to shake off the effect. Phanty, being under the longest, probably would've had more permanent effects had Scooby not knocked over random chemicals in the potion.

32	** Shaggy being trapped in the mirror can be this for some because there is no named way to get out of there. It's a good thing they brought Matches along to scare the Mirror Monster Shaggy or otherwise Shaggy would've been trapped in that mirror forever!
33	** The girls' fathers are for the most part really friendly monsters and don't seem like the types who would easily hurt anyone, but ''don't'' make them angry however, because they do warn Shaggy and Scooby that if they fail to take care of the girls when they come back, they'll get very angry and might hurt Shaggy and Scooby. The most scariest moment is when Tanis' father grabs Shaggy and Scooby by their necks, and warns them that they'll meet a very mad mummy as his eyes glowed bright red, making it clear to them that they should do their best or it's going to be curtains for them!
