In "If I Can't Have Love I Want Power" she isn't shy at all in portraying herself sexually, which includes her wearing very low-cut gowns along with showing full frontal nudity on multiple occasions (once while heavily pregnant), since its themes explore the MadonnaWhoreComplex and her character is rebelling against convention that as a mother she has to be non-sexual. The uncensored version of the album's cover also features her with one breast exposed while she's cradling her baby (this however harkens back to the painting featuring Mary with Jesus which inspired the story).
