Deciding that Matarratas was no longer useful, Ebola [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness tries to kill him]] and his friends before being stopped. Returning later, Ebola returns to the Royal Army at the direct service of the King to help him in his invasion of the New World to reach Aya, the WorldTree. Using several infected enemy Earth Elementals as workforce in an act that disgust even his colleague and former rival Colonel Blood, who Ebola murders, Ebola plans to reach its roots and infect Aya with the Dusk Virus and [[FinalSolution kill every non-Virus elemental in the world]].

He later confesses to have participated in the genocide of Earth elementals in the infamous Day Zero and to have killed his fellow soldiers for their elements. Saving his own life by freezing himself, Briz comes back to aid in the invasion to the New World before finding his old enemies and trying to kill them in revenge, promising to give them a painful death while telling to the family of his victim that he was just "finishing the job" by killing their adoptive brother. When ordered to capture [[TheChosenOne Lluvia Aquarrica]], Turtle brutally beats her and her friends and tries to kill her best friend with his metallic claw in front of her before declaring that his coworker was a traitor for daring to order him to obey orders. A self proclaimed "Perfect Soldier" that embodies the worst of the militarism of the current regime, Turtle claims to love the army but disobeys orders that don't involve killing, [[EvenEvilHasStandards disgusting even his creator, Colonel Blood]].

Once he becomes a [[EliteZombie Hambie]], Gwi-Nam mauls his partner in crime, Min Eun-Ji, and begins to stalk the halls for women, harassing and murdering them while using their parts for food. After a confrontation with Park Mi-Jin and Jang Ha-Ri, where he kills the latter's brother and attempts to force the girls to fight with their clothes off, Gwi-Nam hunts down the girls for revenge for escaping his grasp and injuring his hand, planning to murder their entire group as he sexually assaults and eats the women for his own pleasure.

Once Alacore acquires the formula, he sends out the ninja Kijo to take out Hastings and her Subject 37 creature, feeling that they've [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness outlived their usefulness]].

In her spare time, Bliss engages in torturing women until they break, gaining an immense amount of pleasure from it. Having captured Madison to be tortured for information, Bliss decides to keep her as her own personal pet, before attempting to kill Reena once she escapes and frees her stock.

Vargo [[PsychoForHire offered his services]] to those on the [=ShadowNet=], such as supplying Mr. Jack with enough explosives to destroy six city blocks, anticipating the amount of death that would've ensued. Trapping Reena and Madison in a factory, Vargo reveals that he implanted an explosive that will destroy an entire city block, laughing as he leaves them to die. After getting fed up with Fyzer's conscience, Vargo tries to have him, Reena, and Madison killed in a collapsing warehouse with plans to murder [=NewGen=]'s boss Tyrone afterwards.
44	** ''Pallad City Stories''' "Shot in the Dark": [[FromNobodyToNightmare Johnny Edge]] is [[TheHedonist a hedonistic]] gangster known as "the most depraved man in Pallad City". Once a struggling street thug, Edge would later become one of the top suppliers of the [[FantasticDrug pleasure drug Euphoria]]. Using his newfound wealth to indulge in his own sadism, Edge lures women to his penthouse and turns them into Euphoria-addicted {{sex slave}}s, uncaring when one of them dies from Euphoria overdose. Edge also collects body parts from his slaves and bodyguards who he thinks might betray him, displaying them as [[CreepySouvenir twisted trophies]] for all to see.

46	** [[WardensAreEvil The Warden]] is [[BigBad responsible for all the suffering of the werewolves]]. Keeping them in multiple facilities, the Warden has them kept in cells where the women are kept for breeding and the rest who are without masters are left to be executed. The Warden is also shown to have a fighting arena where many rich families and politicians bet on two werewolves to [[GladiatorGames fight and kill each other for entertainment]]; after photos of the arena are sent to the police, the Warden shoots one of his captives in retaliation and calls for the captive werewolves to be executed. While escaping, the Warden allows his patrons to be killed by the werewolves who have started a revolt, and later on is shown to have a collection of werewolf heads that he's killed, stating that he's only missing a heterochromia wolf head while also revealing that he was the one who orchestrated their extermination and repopulation. When Hook catches up to him, the Warden pulls out Haru and points a gun to his head, intimidating Hook into standing down; the warden then shoots his knees and unleashes Black Bear, a werewolf he tortured and experimented on to match that of a heterochromia wolf, nearly killing Hook in the process.
47	** [[SpoiledBrat Jeff Sunbae]] sees anything and anyone as nothing more than his possessions. Jeff has Hook try to kill two students while [[ScrewTheRulesIHaveMoney using his wealth as a way to stay out of legal trouble]]. While doing a study session with Hana, Jeff refuses to let her leave, assaulting her until Hook intervenes, at which point to which Jeff responds by taking the latter down to a torture chamber where for years Jeff has been abusing Hook over minor grievances. It's shown later on that Jeff forces Hook to participate in an arena where werewolves are forced to battle each other until one of their owners forfeit or the other is dead. When leaving Hook in the hands of Haru and Hana, Jeff orders him to kill Haru, only to [[YouHaveFailedMe punish him all over again for failing]]. Jeff eventually forces Hook to fight Choco by drugging the both of them, causing Choco's death at the hands of Hook. When Hook refuses to fight again, Jeff immediately goes on to torture him all over again stating that he'll be more than happy to replace him, even rejecting Hook's mercy while telling him he never meant anything to him.

50	** ''Webcomic/ZatannaAndTheRipper'': [[EvilPuppeteer Shauna Belzer]], the new Ventriloquist, is an [[AxCrazy unhinged]] telekinetic with a love for only two things: performance and murder. Having killed her own brother as a [[EnfantTerrible child]] and reanimated his corpse into a puppet [[DrivenByEnvy out of jealousy]] for his superior skills, the Ventriloquist developed an intense grudge against Zatanna for her similarly "undeserved" talent. Killing the villain Murmur and turning him into her new puppet to gain revenge, Shauna is unexpectedly transported with Zatanna to Whitechapel in 1888 and kills UsefulNotes/JackTheRipper before he can begin his rampage. The Ventriloquist proceeds to gleefully usurp his legacy and double his body count, sending her puppets to claim more victims and build up an army of the undead. When Zatanna finally arrives, Shauna begins tormenting her by murdering her friends--from several sex workers to a random young girl she briefly meets--and leaving taunting messages in the guise of her father. The new Ripper's sadism climaxes in a sham show where she attempts to murder Zatanna's surviving friends in front of her, intent on finally killing and upstaging her by using her corpse-puppet as her newest assistant.

Snadhya uses Mel as a tool and sends Mel back to her [[AbusiveParents controlling and brutal mother Quain'tana Val'Sarghress]], who breaks Mel's arms and holds her captive for 15 years. When Snadhya has several Sarghress captives, she toys with them before sadistically executing them to show off her new airship. Then when Kalki defies an order from Snadhya for the second time, Snadhya coldly informs her that she [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness has run out of chances]] and has her killed by her summons without any emotion whatsoever.
55	** [[Characters/DrowtalesVelVlozRess Sene'Kha Vloz'Vress]] was the Drow responsible for turning the Vloz'Vress from a quirky RagtagBandOfMisfits into a far more sinister organization via [[ManipulativeBastard manipulation of its super powerful]], but child-minded ruler Kharla. Sene'Kha uses Kharla to kill her opposition or [[AndIMustScream turn them into living dolls]] while using the Vloz'Vress as an expendable force. Sene'Kha even has them bind demons to themselves as practical suicide bombs and when finally captured, it is revealed she had planned to annihilate the vast majority of the City of Chel and rule over the remainder.
56	* ''Webcomic/DumbingOfAge'': [[ArchnemesisDad Blaine O'Malley]], Amber's father, [[ItsAllAboutMe values only himself]]. After years of abusing his wife and daughter, Blaine tries to make the latter drop out of college, just so he doesn't have to pay for her tuition anymore. What follows is him harassing her, threatening her, and luring her boyfriend to get back at her for standing up for herself and punching him in the face. Ultimately, after getting beaten up by Amazi-Girl--who, unbeknownst to him, is Amber's alter ego--Blaine decides to disguise himself as a {{supervillain}} and to act like one, leading him to fatally injure Mike and to kidnap Amber and her friends, just to get a chance at revenge. When his plans go awry because Ross goes against his orders, Blaine murders the latter in a fit of rage, and decides that MurderIsTheBestSolution by attempting to kill every kid he kidnapped, to make sure that [[LeaveNoWitnesses no witnesses remain]]. Confronted by Amber as Amazi-Girl, Blaine relishes the thought that he turned her into a broken and violent person.
57	* ''Webcomic/ElGoonishShive'': [[KnightOfCerebus Damien]], the BigBad of the "Painted Black" arc, was created as an attempt to fulfill a prophecy about one who would unite Human/Alien hybrids known as seyunolus; he took this to mean that he was [[AGodAmI a God]] with an OmniscientMoralityLicense who was meant to [[KillAllHumans kill humanity]]. When some of the people who created him questioned his plan to obtain a group of four seyunolus, Damien decided that they were heretics and killed them. He then went to the company who created the four seyunolus and slaughtered all of their other employees, deliberately killing people in front of the seyunolus to make them fear him. Damien planned to slowly grow the Seyunolu into an army to eliminate humanity, using the sole female seyunolu Grace as breeding stock. When Grace escaped from his nest, Damien sent Hedge out to recapture her, [[YouHaveFailedMe threatening him with death]] if he didn't return with something; when Hedge returns with a transformed Elliot instead, [[BadBoss Damien hits Hedge]] for not returning with a female seyunolu and keeps Elliot tied up and refuses to provide him with food until he reveals information about where he came from. Finally, when Damien was wounded by Grace after he attempted to kill her friends, thus providing possible evidence of his mortality, Damien decides to [[TakingYouWithMe self-destruct]] in order to defeat Grace, deciding that either he was a God and his body was irrelevant, or he was a mortal and life wasn't worth living.
58	* ''Webcomic/EverydayHeroes'''s "Vil-Anon" arc: [[TheBrute Wrecking Paul]], from strips 88-134, originally appears to be TheBigGuy for the organization Jane works for--and is actually the president of said company--until we find out that he is a SerialKiller of [[WouldHitAGirl women]]. He specifically chooses locations where women will be present, either as the targets of the missions or as security guards. In addition, he always uses female sidekicks so that, if his regular target isn't available, he can [[ChronicBackstabbingDisorder turn on his own teammate]]; this is why Jane was able to get a job, as the last teammate had been killed. Goldie is also supposedly killed by Paul, who tries to kill Jane before being stopped.
59	* ''Webcomic/{{Evon}}'': Legune The Alchemist is the Resident MadScientist for [[NebulousEvilOrganisation The Cabal]]. The first thing we see him do is create a couple of homuncului to track down the title character, slaughtering a team of Cabal mercenaries sent by another Cabal member to do the same thing. The second thing we see Legune do is have Evon stripped naked and StrappedToAnOperatingTable, where he proceeds to violate Evon in the process of "procuring" biological samples from her. Then he decides that won't do and attempts to rape her outright, only being stopped by his patron, Maximus, but only because said rape might interfere with Maximus's own plans for her. We then see that Legune used those samples he took to create a clone of Evon. A clone which is physically and magically stronger than Evon, but since she lacks Evon's SuperEmpowering factor, she's deemed useless to The Cabal and turned over to Legune to do what he will with her. "What he will" turns out to be forcing her to give him oral sex while taunting her with imminent destruction if he doesn't please him.
60	* ''Webcomic/ForestOfHumans'': Ru Ha faces against [[SerialKiller ten of the most horrific convicts]], yet these four manage to stand out as the worst:
61	** [[BigBadDuumvirate Junho Park and Hyeseon Kim]] are a duo of sociopathic serial killers who are the biggest threat to Ru Ha. With [[HeManWomanHater Junho]] brutally killing 11 college students and Hyeseon doing a [[SpreeKiller murder spree]] that claimed the [[SelfMadeOrphan lives of her parents]], the two work together after Hyeseon releases all the prisoners to slaughter the staff. Working to kill Ru Ha, they secretly plan to kill off all the prisoners, already killing two of them, with Junho killing one for simply being ugly. After escaping the facility after blowing it up, the two kill a homeowner for their house and plan to kill Ru Ha to continue a murder spree undetected, already murdering her boyfriend and father to toy with her. Two complete sadists who only enjoy hurting others, the two don't even care for each other, with Hyeseon attempting to [[FrameUp frame Junho]] for their crimes as she attempts to kill Ru Ha.
62	** [[SerialRapist Gihwan Kang]] is a brutal and hot-headed convict known to be one of the [[AxCrazy most demented]] of the 10. Having a kill count and rape count of 20 people, with one incident along of him raping and killing 8 people, he was the only convict not released by Hyeseon to prevent him from killing them all. Once he was released by Jaejun, Gihwan immediately attempts to brutally murder everyone, beating Jaejun and having him bleed out while trying to rape Ru Ha [[ForcedToWatch in front of him]] purely out of sadism when believing they were a couple.
63	** [[HolierThanThou Chungshik Lee]] is a minor convict in the group, yet no less disgusting. A monstrous pedophile, [[WouldHurtAChild Chungsik]] brutally murders seven children, filming their despair and murders so he can get off on it. After his arrest and conviction, [[NeverMyFault still believes himself as a good person and a man of God]], and is eager to murder the staff once released by Hyeseon. A complete coward when cornered by people stronger than him, [[DirtyCoward Chungshik]] begs for mercy and for God to save him before promptly killing himself to not face the consequences of his actions.

65	** [[OmnicidalManiac Lord English]], [[Characters/HomestuckTheFeltTwo Lord of Time and leader of the Felt]], is an invincible, time-manipulating monstrosity summoned at the end of the universe, and is the one greatest threat in the story. Initially [[{{Jerkass}} Caliborn, a condescending cherub]], he becomes much worse after he completes his game of Sburb and has his soul merged with Gamzee's and Arquius's. Right after being summoned through the death of his servant Doc Scratch, English immediately sets out wreaking havoc. Using his powers of virtual omnipotence, English massacred the Horrorterrors, murdered Andrew Hussie out of spite from when he was still Caliborn, and obliterated a dream bubble, annihilating the hundreds of failed timeline souls within and causing horrible damage to the fabric of reality. Ultimately, everything English does is a result of his limitless desire to [[CainAndAbel hurt his sister beyond repair]], as well as hurt everything else, and English is ultimately the one character [[TheDreaded feared and dreaded]] by everyone else.

When the Fae queen Vardeline tries to offer him an alliance, Pestilence has her drained of her magic and left to die. He uses Fae magic to strengthen his zombies and sends them to attack Glacier Park, resulting in the infection of Famine's steed. When faced with the heroes and their army, Pestilence uses his zombies as a shield and gloats that with Fae magic, no being on the planet will be immune to his zombie plague.

Darkening nearly every scene he featured in, Red was a classic psychopath, acting only on whatever whims occurred to him at the time, disregarding any and all consequences for his vicious actions.

Allowing the brother of his would-be assailant to kill his brother, Xykon binds him to his service, then mocks him and forces him to bring his brother back as a zombie. Trapping the souls of two mages within a gem where they are doomed to [[AndIMustScream suffer for eternity]], Xykon is a PsychopathicManchild of a ruler devoted only to hurting others to entertain himself.

Whether in life or in death, Ryusaki proves himself to be China's royal family's most hated enemy.

It's later revealed that he plans to sell the alien blood to both the US and USSR governments, hoping to deliberately provoke both sides into engaging in nuclear warfare, while [[WarForFunAndProfit he watches the fallout from the stars]]. Enhancing himself with alien blood, Brutus fights Shifty and rips his tail off, saying it's like how he ripped the tails of lizards in his childhood. After his work is ruined, Brutus holds a gun to Buttons' head, and after failing, attempts to shoot and kill Shifty as revenge for not getting what he wants.

Kidnapping Jaeshin and Yuhyeon, and forcing the Butcher [[BadBoss to relive his trauma]] as a punishment for going against his orders, Baekho shows extreme sadistic joy out of torturing them, having already tortured Jaeshin's friend Junhwan into a coma and breaking Yuhyeon's spirit by showing her the death of her sister on camera. After he has Officer Han mortally wounded, Baekho taunts him about his grandmother's death before trying to kill Jaeshin and Yuhyeon, and when he is subdued and cornered, simply [[BetterToDieThanBeKilled kills himself to avoid prison]].

A monstrous egomaniac, Cheolyeong's abuse completely damaged Yuhyeon and Jihyeon in the present day and traumatized them.

Not satisfied with simply restoring his powers, Metheos intends to reach a level of power greater than any other by draining the life from hundreds of millions of innocent people, consumed with his hunger for power and [[AGodAmI believing all that exists should bow before him]].

Using her powers while dueling with a hero, Iblis tries to force hundreds to kill themselves. A petty, sadistic, monstrous excuse for a human being, Iblis was all too willing to allow her jealousy to corrupt her into a villain every bit as sickening as her master.

To this end, Max manipulates a powerful businessman, Mr. Ellison, to fund his creations, whom he regularly uses to murder weak superheroes and sidekicks, and brutally murders Ellison in front of the man's daughter when [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness he outlives his usefulness]]. Using his powerful robots for various purposes, from [[BadBoss massacring his entire lab staff]], to ordering them to lay waste to a highly-populated city as a test run, Max eventually implants his mind in a robot body, and uses his new strength to sadistically duel with numerous heroes, drawing out their pain for his own entertainment. After trying to murder an innocent woman, Max plans to absorb the comatose superhero [[LightningBruiser Darkslug]]'s cells into his own body, hoping to make himself the most powerful being in existence and finish his research. Though a minor villain when compared to the likes of Metheos or Iblis, Dr. Max stands out as a truly depraved lunatic who is willing to wipe out hundreds of people and kill any of his partners for minor reasons, all to quench his obsession with [[ForScience perfecting his research]].

A mass murderer who slaughtered close to 5,000 people in a cheerful rampage, notably [[WouldHurtAChild strangling a little girl to death]] after brutally murdering her father, all with a sick grin on his face, Pluton earned his reputation when he killed off 4 superheroes and 5 sidekicks sent to detain him. After being freed from his later imprisonment, Pluton carves through everything in his way, including the person who rescued him, and giddily brutalizes a group of sidekicks who attempt to stop him, speaking for the first time solely to reveal [[{{Sadist}} how much pleasure he's getting from hurting them]]. Even when nearly beaten, Pluton tries to sadistically murder a sidekick in front of Darkslug just to torture him. Utterly demented with no reason for his crimes beyond [[ForTheEvulz twisted enjoyment]], Pluton set the standard for all later villains to measure up to in sheer, unadulterated wickedness.
102	* ''Webcomic/SleipnirEquineInvaderFromJupiter'': [[InsaneAdmiral General Kincaid]] is a [[WarHawk warmongering]] US Army commander whose revels in using extreme military force and [[PoliticallyIncorrectVillain refers to his Mexican-American second-in-command Jimenez by the racist nickname Nacho]]. When the equine alien {{kaiju}} Sleipnir arrives on Earth, General Kincaid [[NukeEm gleefully launches a nuclear missile at them]]--sneering at the possibility of an international incident-- and then attacks them unprovoked when they make Earthfall. When the extraterrestrial Valkyrie mechs are revealed to be incubators for [[BioweaponBeast alien bioweapons]], Kincaid allows the draconic Fafnir and lupine Tick Tock to rampage unchecked through Austin, Texas in order to draw Sleipnir out of hiding, intending to let them fight to the death before finishing off the surviving kaiju with a second nuke. When Clint Williams and Jimenez see how monstrous he is beneath his jovial exterior and try to stop him, Kincaid smugly tortures the former and furiously threatens to kill the latter for insubordination.
103	* ''Webcomic/SweetHome2017'': [[AxCrazy Gapsu Seo]] is a violently unstable murderer whose first act in the apartment is to defy Joon's orders to befriend Dusik, instead attempting to kill him [[ForTheEvulz just because he could]]. Gapsu's also a SerialRapist, and it's hinted that one of his victims was underage. After transforming into a monster, Gapsu tries to do just one thing: [[AttemptedRape rape Hyein]], showing just how much he enjoys his crimes. An utterly insane and remorseless sociopath, Gapsu may have the least focus of all the criminals but [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil his actions are far and away the most disturbing in the entire comic]].

Later, after attempting to scold children that have stolen from his shop, Jayce uses curses in order to torture them, and later threatens them with more; later still, Jayce has multiple people trapped in a DeathTrap of magnets. It is revealed that Jayce is a demon created by multiple human souls and killed the human Jayce in order to blend into society.

Considering his murders as "[[HuntingTheMostDangerousGame hunting]]", he [[WouldHurtAChild kills the child Junyoung Min]] and disposes of his body. While looking for a place to work, the killer kills another two women, laughs at the police investigations. After discovering that Junyoung's mother is looking for him, he manipulates her into to coming to his house, where he ties her up and beats her, mocking her for being as "stupid as her son".

Having also enslaved the Dronomeks after taking over their ship, Rex, after SARA continues to avoid assisting him, Rex threatens her with the destruction of Earth and every planet with lifeforms on it should she not comply.

Dying ranting that he wouldn't ask forgiveness to his victims, Hee-sub's father killed entire families for his own greed and curiosity.

Sahan recruits troubled and abused teenagers and then preys on them, twisting them into vampire CannonFodder. When one of his subjects refuses, Sahan has her [[MindRape mentally violated]] with visions of her abusive father. Later, he tries to kill the heroine Hayan in the same manner. Sahan eventually tries to force his {{brainwashed}} students to fight to the death against Hayan, and when that fails, attempts to have hundreds of innocents rip their hearts out if she doesn't submit to his monstrous aims. After his defeat, Sahan, in a mad rage, attempts to backstab and kill his comrades in the other Angels of Death out of spite.
112	* ''Webcomic/{{Unsounded}}'': [[FatBastard Arctrit Ramora]], [[OnlyKnownByTheirNickname known almost exclusively as Starfish]], is the leader of the Red Berry Boys, a criminal gang that kidnaps people, vivisects them, and replaces their organs with First Silver, which they then smuggle across the country. The procedure leaves their victims alive, but [[AndIMustScream in a constant state of agony]], the Silver feeding off their pain and gradually turning them into a gigantic monstrosity. Since Starfish is paid by the body, not by the amount of Silver in each body, [[WouldHurtAChild he targets children for the procedure]] to stretch out his supply and weasel extra money out of his employers. Starfish has no empathy for anyone, including his own men. When one of them is grievously injured and begs for help, Starfish simply smiles and caves in the man's skull. After Quigley [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness outlives his usefulness]], Starfish goes back on his promise to release his child captives, tries to have Quigley drowned while [[ForcedToWatch forcing the man's son, Matty, to watch]], and states Matty will undergo the procedure as well. Starfish is also a child molester, and, after knifing a prostitute who interferes, attempts to kidnap the seemingly ageless child protagonist, Sette, as a SexSlave for himself.

During the war, Theseion created a monastery meant to provide over a hundred orphaned children with everything they need, only for it to be used by Theseion for his [[HumanTraffickers child trafficking operation]], where the orphans are sold as prostitutes, ChildSoldiers, or drug mules, while allowing his partner Horen to torture them to his liking.
