He spawns the Cell Juniors to torture and kill the Z Fighters to further goad Gohan into transforming, succeeding when he callously kills Android 16 in front of Gohan. But [[SoreLoser when the fight stops going his way]], Cell attempts to [[TakingYouWithMe self-destruct and take the Earth with him]] out of spite, forcing Goku to perform a HeroicSacrifice. Cell survives his suicide attempt, however, and kills Future Trunks when he returns, before firing an attack that he promises would wipe out the solar system. Cell reveals he plans to [[OmnicidalManiac systematically wipe out all life in the universe]] after he's done with Earth and bring forth "perfect destruction".

Finally, Babidi crushed the head of someone who gave him the names of Piccolo, Goten, and Trunks, [[DisproportionateRetribution just because he found the information to be useless]]. Babidi also constantly threatens Majin Buu when the latter doesn't obey him.

When Piccolo distracts Super Buu to allow Goten and Trunks time to master the fusion technique, Super Buu irritably uses his "Human Extinction Attack" to eradicate the entire population of Earth. Tormenting those not killed by staying in Kami Tower, Super Buu turns Chichi into an egg and smashes it for annoying him, and turns everyone else except Gotenks and Piccolo into candy before [[ToServeMan eating them alive]]. Absorbing Gotenks and Piccolo, Super Buu beats Gohan to near-death while repeating a mockery of Piccolo's teachings to mentally torment him. Absorbing Gohan as well, Super Buu declares he will use his newfound, nigh-limitless power to enjoy systematically wiping out all life on every planet in the universe he comes across. Becoming enraged by neither being able to overpower nor outsmart Vegito, Super Buu shrieks in frustration, releasing his power through them and begins warping the space between dimensions, causing them to collapse on each other and threatening the stability of the multiverse. A [[AxCrazy callous sadist]], Super Buu would happily snuff out all sapient life just to spite Vegito for besting him in combat.

Upon learning of Frieza's death at the hands of the Saiyan Goku, Cooler--coldly noting he'd have [[SiblingMurder killed Frieza]] with his own hands eventually--seeks out Goku on Earth, tries to kill his son Gohan and close friend Piccolo [[ForcedToWatch in front of him]], then attempts to annihilate the entire planet while proclaiming it is his "right" to dictate lives on a whim. In the English dub, Cooler threatens to blow up the sun when he is nearing defeat, willing to let the entire solar system die to kill Goku. Surviving his apparent death and merging with the Big Gete Star, Cooler invades New Namek and plans to systematically butcher the entire populace to use as resources for the Star before moving on to do the same to Earth. When confronted by Goku once again, Cooler tries to torturously drain Goku and partner Vegeta of their very life forces with glee while planning to slaughter their friends, then march on the entire universe with a goal of bloody conquest.

While manipulating [[Characters/DragonBallVegeta Vegeta]] into joining him in making a new Saiyan empire and [[FauxAffablyEvil tricking Goku and his allies into believing that he's friendly]], Paragus secretly plans to leave them, his army, and the Shamoian race to die on the new planet, "New Vegeta", from the cataclysmic Comet Camori. After one of his soldiers finds out about the comet, Paragus swiftly kills him. Once the comet is nearly close to crashing into New Vegeta, [[DirtyCoward Paragus]] decides to leave Broly to die along with the planet, declaring his son to be "nothing" to him.

Noticing the powerful Saiyans, Myuu desires to capture them so he could [[PlayingWithSyringes perform experimental "reconstructive surgery"]] upon them that involves dissection of still-living subjects. In spite of Myuu being revealed to be programmed by Baby himself, Myuu shows full agency as he continues his genocidal plans long after Baby's influence has ended. Myuu would later return from Hell, in league with [[Characters/DragonBallDrGero Dr. Gero]], with their newest Machine Mutant creation, Super 17. Betraying Gero for being too limited in ambition, Myuu aimed to use 17 to resume his galactic conquest.

Knowing that no one would be willing to help him for his plan, Zamasu, as Goku Black, formed a team with a future incarnation of himself. Together, they proceed to travel to Trunks' timeline to destroy the Super Dragon Balls so that there is no way to reverse their plan, slaughter all gods to keep them from interfering, destroy many planets and slowly reduce humanity to near-extinction. Upon fusing together, "Fused" Zamasu proceeds to cause mass destruction on Earth just to demonstrate his power as the "[[AGodAmI ultimate god]]". When Trunks manages to destroy his physical body, Fused Zamasu's spirit survives, and attempts to [[OmnicidalManiac exterminate all life throughout the multiverse]] by [[AssimilationPlot merging with it]], extending the effect on other timelines. In all of his incarnations, Zamasu is a petty, hypocritical, and sadistic narcissist who thinks that the world should be reshaped [[InTheirOwnImage in his own vision]].
57	** [[Manga/DragonBallSuper Manga]]: [[NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist Zamasu]] proves himself [[AdaptationalJerkass even more petty and egoistical than in the anime]]. He tortures his enemies as he demands Tokitoki to be absorbed, and opens a black hole to kill everyone by draining their energy for himself.
64	* "Universal Conflict Saga": [[Characters/DragonBallZamasu Zamasu]] is the same renegade Kai who ravaged the multiverse to enact his "[[FinalSolution Zero Mortals Plan]]". Somehow brought BackFromTheDead in his [[Characters/DragonBallFusedZamasu Fused form]] after he was previously killed by Zeno, Zamasu begrudgingly teams up with the Core Area Warriors, led by Hearts, in their shared goal to destroy Zeno. Zamasu makes it clear he is allying with a mortal like Hearts only to ensure the power of the Universe Seed will kill Zeno, allowing him to continue his Zero Mortals Plan without interference.
65	* "New Space-Time War" arc: The [[MalevolentMaskedMan Crimson-Masked Saiyan]] is an alternate version of [[Characters/DragonBallGokuBlack Goku Black]] who learned of his eventual downfall from [[MadScientist Fu]]. Becoming the Crimson-Masked Saiyan, Black decided to travel across various timelines and kill the Goku from each of them so he could fully master his stolen body. By the time he makes his debut in the Pseudo Universe, Crimson had already killed 99 alternate Gokus and gleefully proclaims to Capsule Corp Goku that he would be Crimson's one-hundredth. When on the back foot against Goku, Crimson proceeds to destroy Pseudo Planet Vegeta as well as Turles when the Saiyan enabled the heroes to escape. Crimson later reveals his goal of resuming his [[FinalSolution Zero Mortals Plan]] by using the energy accumulated within the Pseudo Universe to create "pseudo-mortals", whose lives will be tied to that of the mortals of Universe 7. By killing all the "pseudo-mortals", he could eliminate the Universe 7 mortals in one fell swoop without fear of interference from Zeno. Just as monstrous as his canon [[Characters/DragonBallZamasu incarnations]], Crimson was willing to wipe out all mortal life so he could fulfill [[KnightTemplar his own twisted vision of justice]].

Realising Buu might kill him, Babidi has Buu and Dabura rampage throughout Earth while he attempts to make a wish on the Namekian Dragon Balls to force Buu to obey him. Frustrated that the Namekians have no evil in their hearts to control, he takes control of Cooler and Broly, having them wreak havoc on the planet's villages in search of the Dragon Balls. When his plan fails, he learns that the Earth Dragon Balls have been revived. He orders Buu, now Super Buu, to continue destroying Earth's cities to keep the heroes distracted while Babidi gathers the Dragon Balls, after which he has Buu kill Broly and Cooler once their use runs out. When Super Buu gets angry at Babidi for trying to kill [[Characters/DragonBallMrSatan Mr. Satan]] after the latter steals his wish and ruins his plans, Babidi callously dismisses humans as less than trash, saying there are millions of humans like Mr. Satan.

Upon hearing of his brother Frieza's defeat, Cooler, angered by the blow to his family's pride, ravages a city in hopes of drawing out Goku. In one of his routes, after succesfully killing Goku, he terrorizes Earth for years on end, slowly hunting down and purging every city [[ForTheEvulz for his own amusement.]] When he discovers that Frieza has been feeding Gohan and Trunks information, Cooler kills his brother [[ILied despite saying he'd spare him if he swears loyalty]], before moving on to betray King Cold in an attempt to take over the empire. In one of Piccolo's routes, Cooler and his men attack Namek in search of the Dragon Balls, threatening wipe out all of the Namekians if they don't cooperate. In one of Frieza's routes, Cooler uses the Big Gete Star to consume several planets to add to his power behind the family's back. After consuming Namek, he reveals that he intends to kill both Frieza and King Cold, [[EvenEvilHasStandards sickening both of them with his betrayal of the family]], and use the Big Gete Star to consume all planets in the universe.

Frieza and Cell then take over the fusion before attempting to destroy the Timespace Rift and everybody in it as Ultra Pinich, only stopped due to Beerus and Whis. The two then flee, opening up a portal to hell to create more chaos. They later escape to the real world in an attempt to destroy the entire galaxy.
