* ''Series/TwentyFour'': In a WorldOfBadass filled to the brim with {{Jerkass}}es on both the hero and villain sides, the few characters who are nice often turning out to be [[TheMole a mole]] or [[TheScrappy a scrappy]] in some way, and TheHero Jack Bauer himself being most famous for the JackBauerInterrogationTechnique, you would think that no one could possibly qualify. However, there is Michelle Dessler. Despite being a highly capable CTU agent who can be intimidating when she needs to be, she nonetheless manages to stand out as an exceptionally kind, compassionate, and sweet person throughout her time in the CrapsackWorld of 24. She goes out of her way to take time to comfort [[spoiler:George Mason while he is battling his fatal radiation symptoms]] even while dealing with the stress of trying to stop a bomb threat, her good influence manages to get Tony, initially a bit of a {{Jerkass}}, to [[TookALevelInKindness soften up]] and become one of the kinder characters in the series himself for a while, and even her kill count is astronomically lower than her fellow CTU agents. In fact, only one on-screen kill, [[spoiler:and it was to stop a man infected with a deadly virus from breaking quarantine and spreading it everywhere, so quite justified]]. All in all, she manages to arguably be the [[TheCutie warmest and most compassionate]] character in the series, which is certainly needed in a world like ''24''.
* ''Series/AlloAllo'': Oberleutnant Hubert Gruber is a truly unique example. He's both an adult male and a soldier for the Wehrmacht. But he's kind hearted, soft spoken, tend to use baby words and is a great painter and a pianist. He's therefore the most adorable character in the series.
* ''Series/{{Alphas}}'':
** Gary has his moments, due to his penchant for hilarious comments and his doomed DatingCatwoman relationship with another autistic individual who works for Red Flag.
** Rachel, due to her SensoryOverload powers and difficulty being assertive.
* ''Series/AmericanHorrorStoryCoven'': Misty (a FriendToAllLivingThings and diehard Music/StevieNicks fan) and Nan (who has a sweet demeanor, BlessedWithSuck TheEmpath powers, and ThroughHisStomach approach to romance) are absolutely adorable, except during their BewareTheNiceOnes moments.
* ''Series/{{Angel}}'': Fred, especially with her ability to put more words in 3 seconds than any other person in the whole planet.
* ''Series/{{Arrow}}'': Felicity Smoak. Just look at her when she's hopped up on painkillers in "Time of Death". The sight of her giggling and slurring her speech in an oversized shirt is cute enough, but her pure joy at Oliver stroking her face and telling her [[SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments "You will always be my girl"]] is just CutenessOverload.
* ''Series/AshVsEvilDead:''
** Heather, due to her innocent facial expressions, HumbleGoal, TraumaCongaLine suffering, and the way she flirts with Pablo at first but is quick to back off when she thinks he has a girlfriend.
** Tanya from the last two episodes of season 2, due to her BespectacledCutie appearance and her earnest, yet socially awkward demeanor.
* ''Series/BabylonFive'': Ambassador Delenn, despite being one of the most powerful sentient beings in the galaxy and more than capable of commanding a war fleet, can turn absolutely [[CuteKitten kittenish]]. Witness her private moments with [[OfficialCouple John]] [[OneTrueLove Sheridan]], or any time she embarks on a passionately idealistic speech. This fits with her role as TheHeart, as she is easily the most dreamy, romantic character on the show. Creator/MiraFurlan's dreamy green eyes don't hurt, nor does the fact that her nose goes all adorably wrinkled when she's confused or [[WhenSheSmiles smiling]].
* ''Series/Batman1966'': Catwoman's OneShotCharacter apprentice Pussycat, due to her CatGirl costume, her singing voice, her half-heartedness about being a criminal in the first place and some cute and clever dialogue while she's paired with a brainwashed Robin.
--> '''Pussycat:''' I'm not the kind of girl to kiss a boy on the first crime.
* ''Series/{{Battlestar Galactica|2003}}'': Gaius Baltar is perceived this way by female fans.
* ''Series/TheBigBangTheory'': Bernadette is a short, adorable blonde who wears glasses and has an incredibly cute voice.
* ''Series/BigBrother'': Typically RealityTV lacks this kind of archetype, but an exception is Hannah Chaddha of Big Brother Season 23, who is absolutely adorable. She’s the youngest of the cast, very short in stature with a baby face, often styles herself with cute hairdos and outfits along with makeup blush that emphasizes her youthfulness, and is about as kind as one can be on a show like Big Brother while still doing what is required to make it far in the game. For example, having UndyingLoyalty to fellow houseguest Tiffany even when it became unpopular to associate with her, because she thought that the house wasn’t being fair to her, and going out of her way to be sweet to fellow houseguests Derek X and Claire even while knowing that she couldn’t take them far because of her alliance. Her status as this was sealed with her elimination episode, when she got blindsided by a double eviction at the worst possible time and then spent the entire episode alternating between looking completely terrified or on the verge of tears as she failed to win either the HOH competition or veto while every other member of the house ganged up on her to ensure her eviction, making her come across as a major {{Woobie}}. Most comments about the episode on websites like Website/{{Twitter}} were along the lines of “my poor baby!” with crying emojis and outrage at the other contestants. The extent of the outrage even got so bad that the episode’s HOH who targeted Hannah ''had to have her Twitter account set to private for a week'' as a result of the intense fan backlash, showing just how much fans had a protective instinct over Hannah for being such a cute and sweet houseguest.
* ''Series/{{Bones}}'': Most of the squinterns (forensic geeks) and Sweets get their fair share of this in addition to being {{Adorkable}}.
** For Sweets, it's his nerdy and NoRespectGuy moments that do it.
** Zack Addy was the young, innocent and socially awkward member of the team and was like the little puppy of the team. Everyone loved him, sometimes more than the two main characters.
** Vincent being a MotorMouth about LittleKnownFacts, plus stuff like his CannotTellALie awkwardness, make him adorable.
** Arastoo, due to the amount of empathy he brings to the cases he works on and for his relationship with Cam (such as when we get to hear his love poetry).
** Wendell's status as TheEveryman among a group of nerds and his thoughtfulness in dealing with his peers make him count.
** Jessica, due to her sense of creativity, TheNicknamer moments, enthusiasm for the MadScientist experiments, insecurities about the dissolution of the educational cooperative she grew up in, and CollectorOfTheStrange hobby.
* ''Series/BoyMeetsWorld'':
** ''Sometimes'' Shawn Hunter, but ''especially'' [[WholesomeCrossdresser when he's 'Veronica']] in "Chick Like Me" (S4 E15). She's just so shy and so happy to hear how pretty she is.
** Eric Matthews becomes more Moe [[WholesomeCrossdresser when he's ''Chantelle'']] in "What A Drag" (S7 E11). She's so sad when she is told that she's ugly, she actually cries for days until Topanga (not knowing Chantelle is Eric) says she has 'a beautiful spirit' after she gives her good relationship advice.
* ''Series/BrooklynNineNine'': The {{Adorkable}} Detective Amy Santiago who tends to act like a klutzy, bashful overgrown schoolgirl still running for high school valedictorian.
* ''Series/BuffyTheVampireSlayer'':
** CuteBookworm and TheReliableOne Willow, when she's not, y'know, evil. This is especially noticeable in the first few seasons.
** AllLovingHero and former abuse victim Tara. [[spoiler:One of several reasons it was such a sucker-punch when she was killed.]]
** Dawn, interestingly [[JustifiedTrope justified]]: [[spoiler: She was deliberately made to be an adorable younger sister so that Buffy would protect her, and so that everyone else would want to, as well.]]
** Potential Slayer Vi has plenty of endearing polite, shy, NaiveNewcomer, and CaptainObvious moments.
** Potential Slayer Amanda's normal teen interests (with some ClosetGeek overlap), JumpedAtTheCall heroism, and normally sunny disposition make her a delightful character even without her ActionGirl skills.
** Watcher's Council member Lydia, due to her occasionally jumpy politeness and being a {{Fangirl}} of Spike.
* ''Series/TheCape'': Raia has her moments due to her constant smiling, being a FriendToAllLivingThings (although she rarely interacts with animals onscreen) and showing more sensitivity and compassion toward Vince than the other Carnival of Crime members.
* ''Series/{{Castle|2009}}'': Castle's daughter Alexis, given her WackyParentSeriousChild characteristics, with some NotSoAboveItAll moments. And then there's how much she avoids being a BrattyTeenageDaughter, such as her anxiety about stuff like a WildTeenParty she accidentally started and how she once missed paying for a subway ride.
* ''Series/{{Community}}'':
** Annie Edison. When an argument makes her bring out the PuppyDogEyes, everyone else has to close their eyes to avoid instantly forgiving her. Annie grows out of this as she becomes MsFanservice, but she still has some elements of it in later seasons.
** Abed should also count, him being socially awkward and weird, not helping on the fact that he appears to be rather young (early 20's) everyone in the group seemed to look out for him, or at the very least not target him when they get into a fight, a lot of girls also ended up getting crushes on him do to finding him adorable and his aloofness reminding them of their dad.
* ''Series/CriminalMinds'': Spencer Reid. Conspicuously the youngest member of the BAU, Reid's adorableness is frequently signposted by Matthew Gray Gubler's voice jumping an octave and random characters flipping his hair. The writers once devoted the first two minutes of an episode about another team member's grave childhood trauma to Reid performing "physics magic" with utter joy.
* ''Series/DaddysDaughters'': ChildProdigy [[http://www.papinydochki.ru/wp-content/photos/Galina_Sergeevna_small.jpg Galina]] [[http://www.papinydochki.ru/wp-content/photos/liza_arzamasova.jpg Sergeevna]] (Music/LizaArzamasova) is a realistic-looking example of {{Moe}}. She is an {{Adorkable}} BespectacledCutie with GirlishPigtails, ZettaiRyouiki, and golden hair.
* ''Series/DarkAngel'': Joshua is an unexpectedly adorable ''Moe''. Maybe not in appearance, what with him being a seven-foot mutant dog-man. However, his sweet, gentle, idealistic personality and [[TheWoobie tragic story]] leave many just wanting to give him a big hug.
* ''Series/TheDarkCrystalAgeOfResistance'': Deet is a Grottan Gelfling with huge dark-brown eyes that resemble PuppyDogEyes and she's a FriendToAllLivingThings and ConstantlyCurious regarding the surface world.
* ''Series/DeadMansGun'':
** Leo Sunshine from "The Imposter" is a kindly peddler who is mistaken for a famous lawman. He talks to his horse, encourages the woman he engages in PlatonicProstitution with to follow her dreams, is a bit of a NeatFreak, refuses to seek extra perks from his job, and is nice to another peddler rather than experience AcquiredSituationalNarcissism.
** Peggy from "The Fortune Teller," due to her friendship with the more scholarly Irene and excited facial expressions while she expresses hope that her boyfriend will propose to her.
** Bill from "Wages of Sin" is a considerate GentleGiant who is highly earnest about the work his faith healer boss engages in and turns out to be an AngelUnaware with genuine healing powers of his own.
* ''Series/{{Defiance}}'': Andina's awkwardly shy facial expression and generally caring nature can inspire surprisingly warm feelings about her.
* ''Series/DirkGentlysHolisticDetectiveAgency'':
** MotorMouth StepfordSmiler Dirk Gently can be plain adorable.
** Once it becomes clear that there's more to Bart than an AxCrazy killer, her lack of social skills, loneliness, and sense of confidence can paint her in an endearing light.
** Charming, well-meaning BunnyEarsLawyer and small-town sheriff Sherlock Hobbs is charming without trying to be.
** Mona, the sunny and ditzy shapeshifter with a ChildLikeVoice inspires feelings of endearment.
* ''Series/DoctorWho'':
** Victoria and Zoe definitely fit into this category too. Victoria has the appearance of a Disney Princess with her huge eyes and blushing, fragile-seeming Victorian era manner and appearance.
** Jo Grant. She is so adorable, small and excitable, and her relationship with the Third Doctor changes him into a better man.
** Also, Amy Pond and her husband, Rory, who is {{adorkable}} in human form.
** Clara's big and expressive brown eyes are ''an actual {{running gag}}'' during her tenure, and go together rather well with her short height and anxious, but sensitive and kind personality. Though the Doctor teases her about them, whenever she does use the {{puppy dog eyes}}, it's clear from the Doctor's behaviour that he can't stay mad at his companion.
** Two for one: both Jennys from the revival series qualify. The Tenth Doctor's "daughter" is a LittleMissBadass HairOfGoldHeartOfGold woman who, fittingly, is {{adorkable}} and peppy just like Ten himself. [[ReallyWasBornYesterday Her newness to the world and desire to learn comes across as extremely endearing]]. Meanwhile, Jenny Flint, from [[BadassCrew the Paternoster Gang]] during the Eleventh and Twelfth Doctor eras, is 100% BadassAdorable. She is best described as having the abilities and SpyCatsuit of Marvel's ComicBook/BlackWidow with the personality of an anime girl. To sum it up, she plays up the aesthetic of submissive maid to her wife and is a complete sweetheart to everyone else as well. Her Cockney accent adds even more to the overload of cuteness she has going on already.
** The Doctor themself is sometimes this, especially their Tenth incarnation. It went up to eleven in their Eleventh incarnation, who was basically a big, overgrown puppy in human form. The Eighth incarnation in AudioPlay/BigFinishDoctorWho also falls under this at times. So, interestingly, is the other-wise acerbic Twelfth incarnation, especially during Series 9 where it's clear the man needs a hug but rarely gets one when he needs it, and he reverts to a near-childlike state briefly when he's forced to say goodbye to [[spoiler: Clara, who is about to be KilledOffForReal]]. Their Thirteenth incarnation is this from her debut onwards, with her {{Adorkable}}, childlike personality and high empathy for everything around her.
* ''Series/{{Dollhouse}}'':
** Summer Glau (again) as Bennett TheWoobie. So Moe that she threatens to create an adorable Moe singularity.
** Sierra's fan girl persona. Sierra's default state seems to be [[TheWoobie woobie.]]
** Topher Brink. He may be amoral and occasionally arrogant, but his awkward nerd tendencies, coupled with his decent looks, make him adorable.
%%* ''Series/DowntonAbbey'': Daisy the kitchen maid.
* ''Series/ElleryQueen'': Margie Coopersmith from "The Adventure of the Pharoah's Curse" is a polite, constantly smiling secretarial temp, who makes a lot of endearing but useful FanGirl comments about both the manuscript she's helping Ellery with and the mystery. She is a pleasure to watch through it all.
* ''Series/{{Enlisted}}'': Private Park has a very huggable aura due to her cheery, go-getter attitude that rarely goes away unless she's talking about things that make her more sympathetic (the painful failure of her marriage or how she was born in a North Korean labor camp).
* ''Series/{{Firefly}}'':
** Kaylee Frye. Whedon likes his anime. He has even said that everything becomes happy and shiny when she smiles.
** Goes double for River. On top of being ''very'' Moe, she's also 125% [[TheWoobie woobie.]]
* ''Series/FreaksAndGeeks'': Millie, given her insecurities about maintaining her lifelong friendship with Lindsay, the times where she's TheComicallySerious, and her overall nature of being a naively wholesome [[MoralGuardians Moral Guardian]] who's generally more concerned than judgmental.
* ''Series/{{Friends}}'': Phoebe. Quirky, sweet (usually), cute, [[TheIngenue extremely naive]], and always [[ThePollyanna cheerful and optimistic]] despite her [[TheWoobie sad backstory]]. Many fans find her adorable.
* ''Series/{{Fringe}}'': Both versions of Astrid Farnsworth but especially the red-universe Astrid. She's emotionally withdrawn, socially awkward and is damaged by secrets in her past, but eventually comes out of her shell to her blue-universe self -- who can't help but {{squee}} whenever she manages to make red-universe Astrid happy.
* ''Series/{{Glee}}'':
** Emma is a neurotic but sweet ShrinkingViolet.
** Kurt. If you took all the most adorable traits a twenty-year-old guy could possibly have and smushed them all together, you'd get Kurt's actor Creator/ChrisColfer.
** Brittany. Her childish nativity and sweetness is an ungodly cute combination.
* ''Series/TheGoodGuys'': Samantha is pretty huggable due to her excited JumpedATTheCall efforts to help the detectives, her cute NerdGlasses, her talkative nature, and the shy way she crushes on Jack.
* ''Series/TheGoodPlace'': Janet is so adorable and good-natured about everything that she comes across as ''extremely'' Moe. Even if she’s an AI and not a person. It helps that she was [[spoiler:the one part of the real Good Place that Michael put into his fake “Good Place”]], explaining why she is so much kinder than the other characters.
* ''Series/GreysAnatomy'': Lexie Grey (aka "Little Grey"). Yeah, the one with the juice box... Not a virgin, but about as pure as a character can get on that show...
* ''Series/HarpersIsland'': Bridesmaids Beth and Lucy spend most of their screen time being endearing. For Lucy, it mainly manifests in her doting on her CanineCompanion and acting as a confidant for Trish. For Beth, it's her implied shyness and cute flirtations with the schlubby Malcom, even if most of that only takes place in {{Deleted Scene}}s.
* ''Series/Hawkeye2021'':
** Kate Bishop is quirky, [[CuteClumsyGirl klutzy]] and adorable in general (true to the roles that her actress Creator/HaileeSteinfeld usually plays), and so sweet that she saved and adopted a lost dog in the middle of a fight scene. While Clint takes some time to warm up to her, the audience found her endearing and wanted to protect her right off the bat.
** Yelena Belova returns from ''Film/BlackWidow2021'' and manages to continue being just as adorable as she was in her debut film, despite [[AffablyEvil her open intention and mission to kill Clint]] due to misinformation on [[spoiler:how her sister really died]]. Her banter with Kate Bishop manages to somehow amp up the cuteness of them both even further, where Yelena’s genuine adoration for Kate makes her come across as really sweet even in the role of an antagonist.
* ''Series/HowIMetYourMother'': [[spoiler: The Mother herself.]] Even more so when [[spoiler:Barney]] meets her and her eyes look like the size of dinner plates.
* ''Series/TheInspectorLynleyMysteries'': DS Barbara Havers - played by Creator/SharonSmall, she of the heart-shaped face and enormous green eyes - ''definitely'' qualifies as this, particularly since she is a "puppy" [[TheWoobie the world keeps kicking]]. Of course, unlike most kicked puppies, [[JerkassWoobie she]] [[{{Tsundere}} bites back]]... but she [[CharacterDevelopment gets over that]] eventually. ([[DeadpanSnarker Well]], [[SarcasticDevotee mostly]].) And that doesn't stop her 'kicked puppy look' from being one of the most effective on television.
* ''Series/{{Jeremiah}}'':
** Mr. Smith's childlike awkwardness, determination to help people, and ResignedToTheCall nature about his visions all win him a lot of adoration from plenty of fans.
** The pregnant girl from ''To Sail Beyond the Stars'' who is about to give birth while alone, homeless, and in a post-apocalyptic world where there are no support systems or people who explain how this works has a strong air of sweetness and vulnerability, although she does ultimately show a smart and snarky side as well.
** In "Red Kiss" The group of kids who think Jeremiah and Kurdy are angels are very huggable, with the way they are WiseBeyondTheirYears in some ways and [[AdorablyPrecociousChild precocious]] in others.
** Kent from "The Question" is the living embodiment of every TheHeart cliche you could expect to find in a BootCampEpisode story, but his actor is very earnest about it and gives him some pretty touching moments.
* ''Series/Jericho2006'':
** Bonnie, for being a deaf, headstrong eventual ActionGirl who inspires a lot of her older brother's more tender moments.
** Spirited, tomboyish CoolTeacher Heather!can be adorably bashful at times.
** Sunny, genuinely helpful J&R TokenGoodTeammate Trish, especially during her OddFriendship interactions with Bonnie.
%%* ''Series/KatieMorag'': Little Liam. Katie Morag herself could also be this to some.
* ''Series/KyoryuSentaiZyuranger'': Mei/Pteraranger is a pure-hearted, sweet, kind WarriorPrincess who also possesses a high-pitched voice that would belong to a {{Moe}} character in anime, even though [[CuteButCacophonic it might get on your nerves]] sometimes. Interesting that her ''Series/MightyMorphinPowerRangers'' counterpart is a hot MsFanservice instead.
* ''Series/{{Leverage}}'': [[ActionGirl Parker]]. Partially as a result of her obviously DarkAndTroubledPast and partially as a result of her endearing CloudCuckooLander qualities, Parker's emotional pain seems to set off protective instincts in the entire team. Eliot even offers to kill a charlatan psychic for making her cry.
* ''Series/TheLibrarians2014'': Super-intelligent, DelicateandSickly MotorMouth Cassandra is absolutely adorable.
* ''Series/TheLordOfTheRingsTheRingsOfPower'': The Harfoots are very cute despite their disheveled appearance, especially Nori with her big blue doe-eyes and curiosity about the outside world.
* ''Series/MadMen'': [[Creator/ElisabethMoss Peggy Olsen]], even when she becomes successful, she's just so damn adorable, you want to hold her in your arms and never let go.
* ''Series/TheMandalorian'': Grogu. The character officially known as "The Child" until Chapter 13 took the Internet by storm from the instant of his reveal as the FirstEpisodeTwist in the premiere's last scene, and the vast majority of web talk and memes are relating to just how ''insanely cute'' he is. Furthermore, Grogu's cuteness affects people ''in-universe'' as well.
* ''Series/MaxAndShred'': Howie, a snarky, friendly, WiseBeyondTheirYears ChildProdigy who isn't completely immune to endearingly childish excitement.
* ''Series/McHalesNavy'': Nurse Melba Benson, Parker's DistaffCounterpart and GirlOfTheWeek, due to being a CuteClumsyGirl who has a delightful MeetCute moment with him.
* ''Series/{{Merlin|2008}}'':
** Merlin is more than just {{Adorkable}}. He's also the certified TheWoobie and TheCutie to the upmost degree, especially in the eyes of the fandom.
** Sir Mordred. Why yes, ''that'' [[Myth/ArthurianLegend Mordred]]. His younger self qualified as CreepyAwesome, but Mordred as an adult is an {{Adorkable}} [[TheKnightsWhoSaySquee Arthur fanboy]] of the non-annoying variety who just wants to be the best Knight he can be. Plus, [[spoiler: it's Arthur's own fault when he [[FaceHeelTurn eventually turns on him]], and he remains sympathetic even as a villain]].
* ''Series/MrRobot'' : Elliot Alderson. Even if he has a lot of mental illnesses and takes a lot of drugs, he is still so damn adorable that anyone would feel so bad for him and want to hug him. He even has few moments where he shows his {{Adorkable}} side and he cares for people close to him, especially his sister Darlene and his childhood best friend Angela.
* ''Series/MsMarvel2022'': Just like her comic book counterpart, Kamala is a very kind, cute, and dorky teenager, making it easy for viewers to root for her and have a protective instinct over her.
* ''Series/{{NCIS}}'': Abby Sciuto is a moe PerkyGoth who frequently wears ZettaiRyouiki and pigtails. She doesn't have the moe personality though; being more of a BadassAdorable when threatened. And she hates it when someone she cares about is threatened. Cue [[BadassAdorable Dawwsome]] ass-kicking when that happens.
* ''Series/NoOrdinaryFamily'': Katie, due to her status as a DitzyGenius, GenkiGirl, pop culture {{Fangirl}} and UnexpectedVirgin, and the nervous way she combines the latter two on a date.
--> '''Katie:'' Before we do what it is that I think we're gonna do, um, you should know that... you're about to [[Series/StarTrekTheOriginalSeries boldly go where no man has gone before.]]
* ''Series/ObiWanKenobi'': Leia. She is a rebellious snarky sweet little girl [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking who can't pronounce Inquisitors]]. You would be hard-pressed ''not'' to find her adorable.
* ''Series/TheOfficeUS'': Erin - we even see her in her "jammy jams".
* ''Series/TheOriginals'': Camille's AllLovingHero and GenkiGirl moments make [[BaseBreakingCharacter most of the section of the fanbase that likes her]] view her with extreme tenderness and affection.
* ''Series/ParksAndRecreation'': Leslie Knope. She's just so happy and sparkly all the time!
* ''Series/PhilOfTheFuture'': Whether her smiling perkiness and sense of optimism are being mocked or played straight, Debbie tends to be utterly adorable throughout most of her scenes.
* ''Franchise/PowerRangers'':
** ''Series/MightyMorphinPowerRangers'': Trini is an extremely cute, selfless NiceGirl who sticks up for victims of bullying and often leads the initiative on important projects such as helping the environment. Her fellow ranger Kimberly isn’t far behind either.
** ''Series/PowerRangersLostGalaxy'': Many of the Rangers are endearing in a surprisingly soft way.
*** Leo, an idealistic SeekerArchetype with FriendToAllChildren moments and hero worship of both Andros and his brother.
*** Kendrix, due to being a HotLibrarian with a passion for science and logic that doesn't keep her from being occasional playful, even more protective of her peers than the average Ranger, and quick to reach out to help people.
*** Maya, due to being a FriendToAllLivingThings with some cute CultureClash moments and a sunny nature that masks occasional bouts of deep pain about her lost culture.
*** Damon, due to his wisecracking nature, fondness for GreaseMonkey work, and insecurity about his qualifications to be a Ranger.
*** Karone, due to her bubbly GoodFeelsGood excitement about her job, guilt about her previous BrainwashedAndCrazy actions, and FriendToAllChildren moments that come across as a desire to get something back from her stolen childhood.
** ''Series/PowerRangersTimeForce'': Trip. Appears younger than the rest of his teammates (his actor, Kevin Kleinberg, was 17 when he got the part), has mild {{cloudcuckoolander}} tendencies, is [[GadgeteerGenius really good with tech]], his innocence once led to him falling for a villain's plan, and, most importantly, he is [[http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m8eqlrPxep1r2qdjeo5_500.png downright adorable]].
** ''Series/PowerRangersWildForce'': Alyssa, for being TheHeart of the team on many occasions and a CuteBookworm to boot.
** ''Series/PowerRangersNinjaStorm'':
*** Marah, due to her happy-go-lucky nature, OpenMouthInsertFoot tendencies, and how she has more moments of emotional vulnerability than the average villain in the franchise.
*** Tori is a particularly capable ActionGirl, but her status as a caring and down-to-earth peacemaker who (unusually for the show) is largely devoid of over-the-top moments can still make her count.
** ''Series/PowerRangersDinoThunder'': CuteBruiser and IdolSinger Kira is very good at charming fans.
** ''Series/PowerRangersSPD'':
*** Bridge, the CloudCuckooLander with a ThinkingTic and [[CharacterTics signature hand gesture]], whose zaniness doesn't make him any less effective.
*** Syd for some fans, due to some [[GirlyGirl fun dialogue and personal accessories]], as well as getting some of the more powerful SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments of the show.
** ''Series/PowerRangersMysticForce'':
*** Chip, due to his humorous FunPersonified and AscendedFanboy characteristics, and how they don't stop him from being a KnightInShiningArmor.
*** Vida, due to her enthusiasm about old records, BigSisterInstinct, constantly re-dyed skunk streak, and the way she initially hates pink but warms to the color after becoming the Pink Ranger.
*** Madison can be quite adorable, due to her dazzling smile, caring nature, initial ShrinkingViolet characterization, and EekAMouse reaction to seeing a frog that gets overcome once the frog saves her life.
*** Clare, due to her CuteClumsyGirl comic relief moments and eager desire to help out the heroes.
** ''Series/PowerRangersJungleFury'':
*** Fran, due to her glasses, FriendlessBackground, and ShipperOnDeck moments.
*** Lily, due to her sweet and forgiving nature and BigSisterInstinct toward Casey. One Screenrant reviewer noted that "having a cheetah as her jungle spirit almost seemed like too fierce of an animal for Lily."
** ''Series/PowerRangersRPM'': Doctor K. ShorterMeansSmarter meets WoobieDestroyerOfWorlds.
* ''Series/RuPaulsDragRace'': While the show mostly runs on shade and drama, there are occasionally queens who are [[TheCutie adorable enough]] and [[NiceGirl kind enough]] to be seen as this.
** Jinkx Monsoon of Season 5 has many cute runway looks, is very kind to the other queens, is seen as a {{Woobie}} at several points for either her narcolepsy giving her trouble or [[TheBully Roxxxy Andrews]] picking on her, and has an endearing sense of humor.
** Trinity K. Bonet of Season 6 is a ShrinkingViolet whose CharacterDevelopment for the season is learning to not be so hard on herself. She is also very kind to the other queens, and nerdy in a way that is endearing, such as going with a [[Franchise/StarWars Queen Amidala]] look on the runway at one point and of course naming herself after a character from ''Film/TheMatrix''.
** Joslyn Fox of Season 6 is considered to be one of the nicest queens to ever be on the show, with multiple noted instances of her comforting other queens who were having breakdowns and, unlike most other queens, never throwing shade at anyone. 158** Molly Hooper is widely considered to be the cutest and sweetest person on the whole show, and she’s a major {{Woobie}} to boot. [[AllLoveIsUnrequited She's hopelessly in love with Sherlock, who not only doesn't reciprocate, but also treats her like complete dirt]] before his CharacterDevelopment. This makes her come across as TheWoobie almost every time she appears for being so sweet to everyone yet usually only getting dealt InnocentlyInsensitive remarks from Sherlock for her trouble. That plus the implication that she spends her holidays alone makes her often sad to watch, making many viewers want to give her a hug. Despite [[GrewASpine catching on to how poorly Sherlock is treating her and starting to stand up for herself later on]], she still [[TheEmpath notices whenever Sherlock's sad and offers to give him whatever he needs]]. She also has several {{Adorkable}} moments, such as when she makes an awkward joke about post-mortems at a Christmas party (since she does so many of them), and is told "don't do jokes" as a result. Finally, she’s extremely attractive in a cute way which only adds to all of this.
* ''Series/{{Smallville}}''
%%** Chloe.
** Tess has a few moments following her HeelFaceTurn, due to her NeverBeHurtAgain motivations and awkward yet joyful interactions with her former enemies.
** Alicia starts out as as a creepy {{Yandere}} and doesn't completely lose this trait after recovering from her mental illness, but the degree of vulnerability she shows and her bubbly persona whenever the sugary part of her SugarAndIcePersonality is on display inspire a surprising amount of warmth.

* ''Series/Stargirl2020''
** BadassAdorable Courtney.
** Beth, a GenkiGirl who has NoSocialSkills in the most endearing way possible.

* ''Series/{{Supernatural}}'':
** Castiel is this, especially after he absorbs Sam's memories of Hell and goes mad. He becomes the "naked guy at the rave" babbling about bees and worrying about dog track dogs' well-being. He's still incredibly powerful, but he eschews violence, has puppy dog eyes, and wants to play board games.
** Kevin Tran is the boyish, nerdy prophet who when introduced is fragile and just trying to cope with his life having been turned upside down.
** CloudCuckooLander Hunter Garth Fitzgerald IV, TheFool who once questions a pre-teen suspect with a sock puppet.
** Jo (albeit [[RescuedFromTheScrappyHeap not right away]]), due to being a CuteBruiser who goes through a couple of grim ordeals (something her actress is good at being expressive for), has some interesting LikeBrotherAndSister interactions with the Winchesters, and rejects a MustNotDieAVirgin proposition in a funny and memorable way.

%%* ''Series/{{Today}}'': Now-retired weatherman [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Willard_Scott Willard Scott]] is another early example.
* ''Series/{{Torchwood}}'': Toshiko Sato. (although we first see her character on a Ninth Doctor ''Series/DoctorWho'' episode). A HotLibrarian, BespectacledCutie, [[ShrinkingViolet shy and timid]], and [[AllLoveIsUnrequited has been in love]] with her {{jerkass}} coworker for some time now, but has never been brave enough to pursue her affections.
* ''Literature/TrainMan2004'': Densha Otoko, the eponymous character's {{otaku}} friends mention the word "{{Moe}}" in front of Hermes, and Hermes, who is [[{{Muggles}} a normal human being]] and does not know what the word means, asks them, "{{Moe}}?"
